Grand Café Mahler in Zuidas

Normally the place to be for Friday afternoon drinks, but definitely worth a visit during the week as well. Friendly service, good wine, and the poke bowl was delicious.

Beautiful venue. Service is just weird, we did not even took our jackets out and they came for our order but then when asked for something, they are barely supportive.

Review: Poor Service and No Respect for Dietary Requirements I recently ordered fish and chips at this restaurant, vegetarian option. It was the first time in a long time that I, as a Muslim, ate in a Dutch restaurant. Fifteen minutes after ordering I asked if the fish was fried in the same fryer as pork, to which the answer was 'yes'. I then indicated that I did not want the fish. Their response? "You're too late with that now because the fish is already ready." In the end they still put the fish on the table. I didn't eat it, but I had to pay for it. Ridiculous service and no respect at all for dietary requirements and religious beliefs! I'll never come back here again.

Well cared for and tasty sandwiches

Een typische plek voor een zuid as lunch. Service was goed, snel en erg vriendelijk. Menukaart was nog via een qr code, ik moet zeggen dat ik dat altijd toch jammer vindt, snap het principe wel. Voor de lunch hadden we een saté en een spicy wrap. Het was okay maar niet heel bijzonder. Al met al 35 minuten binnen geweest dus voor een lunch tijdens werktijd is het ideaal. Niet heel spannend en bijzonder maar een prima plek om snel wat te eten.

Goede locatie. Ruime opzet. Niet geschikt als je gezellig wilt kletsen met elkaar tijdens het eten. Muziek staat behoorlijk hard en het is er erg rumoerig. Bij bediening zijn nog wel wat verbeterpunten te noemen. Het meest merkwaardige was wel dat toen wij een toetje wilden bestellen dat niet mogelijk was, ivm drukte werd er gezegd! Geef zoiets dan duidelijk van te voren aan. Een restaurant waar je geen toetjes kunt bestellen is toch wel heel vreemd! Voorgerechten waren prima, hoofdgerechten matig. Wijnen waren goed. Koffie was ook goed. Toetjes kunnen we niks over zeggen.

Afscheids borrel collega. Was gezellig.

Onpersoonlijke bediening, zal wel te maken hebben met de corona regels.

Where the Deloitte borrel happens. Classy, happy place!

Fui a almorzar y el restaurante estaba bastante vacío ya que eran casi las 2 de la tarde. La camarera fue muy grosera y me ignoró durante siglos. Tuve que ir a buscar un menú yo mismo. El pollo satay estaba bien. Un poco caro para lo que era. No es lo suficientemente sabroso como para compensar el servicio grosero.

To my experience, it is a cozy place to have dinner, with limited options. It is calm place, with no fast beat or loud music. The waiters are polite and helpful. I had a decent Cesar salad with smoked salmon without waiting for too long, though a bit pricier than my expectation.

Mooi cafe voor een lekkere lunch en op vrijdag lekker norrelen

Snacken voor de Zuid-as, zien en gezien worden op het eind van de dag, met name op Vrijdagmiddag. Ook even bijpraten, vergaderen voor de VU en VU-mc, ook wel AmsterdamUMC lokatie Zuid genoemd. Kortom klandizie genoeg. Het ruikt ernaar verschraald bier, bediening niet onaardig. Snacken kan , dure bitterballen, 100 bij de Sligro voor 6€ , hier 6 voor 6€. Maar daarin zijn ze niet uniek. Ze hebben een monopolie. Eten 3-4 menu’s, maar de fish & chips zijn er prima. Kortom goed voor een vluggertje, ik zou interieur wat opfrissen. Echt bijpraten , pak lijn 24 en zoek een restaurant langs de route.

Had hogere prijzen verwxhr voor zuidas restaurant. Eten is veel voor weinig en kwaliteit klopt met elkaar. Volk is wel zuidas dus die krijg je kado

Altijd gezellig maar wel megadruk voor op donderdag en vrijdag. Ook prijzig. Evhter locatie is heel goed

Buen lugar para tomar una copa después del trabajo, a veces muy lleno y luego hace ruido; Usted también puede almorzar; menú limitado; la calidad de la comida está bien, los happjes son buenos, hamburguesa también. En verano agradables asientos al aire libre. Por dentro está un poco oscuro.

Heerlijk eten, heel vriendelijk personeel.

Buen lugar para almorzar por negocios; casi solo gente de negocios allí, ya que se encuentra dentro de un edificio de oficinas. La comida es buena (el conocido servicio de catering holandés Hutten está haciendo esto), el servicio es bueno. Nada más especial que cualquiera de los otros lugares en el área de negocios, aunque no hay muchas opciones muy cerca. He estado aquí varias veces para un almuerzo simple pero bueno, y definitivamente lo haremos en el futuro.

Nice place for an afternoon drink

We visited Mahler after hanging around at Oliver's. It is among the favorites if the office crowd around that area, so you will see it is crowded on Friday evenings. The drinks are good, a little expensive than Oliver's and they don't have any music playing outside, which sort of reduces the charm of this place. Perfect to grab a drink on a nice summer evening but nothing out of the box.

Ideaal voor de vrijmibo. Alleen jammer dat je uit de pitchers maar 5 bier haalt ipv 6.
