Nostalgic as hell, Kapsalon fire

As a true shawarma lover, I have never experienced anything worse than this. I ordered lamb shawarma and asked if it was real lamb. The answer was "Certainly, sir." After it was prepared, I asked again if they were sure it was lamb. Once again, I received an affirmative answer. Once home, it turned out NOT to be lamb. I am a connoisseur, so I could taste it immediately. Moreover, the meat tasted old and genuinely disgusting and tough. It clearly came from the freezer. If he had just been honest, I wouldn't have minded, but this is pure rip-off. The menu states that a "lamb" shawarma costs €9.50, however, this scammer charged me €11.50 for this junk. That is not how you treat your customers! After a few bites, I threw the whole container away. If you want to eat well, please skip this filthy place. If I had read the other reviews earlier, I would never have been here. Just don't come here and don't try it out either; I warned you.

I placed an order on June 27, 2026. Unfortunately, it was never delivered. After contacting them, I was promised that I would receive my money back on Tuesday, but that has not happened to date. Additionally, I have tried to contact them by phone more than 30 times by now, but no one answers and I receive no response. Very disappointing customer service. I hope this will still be resolved properly because I really want my money back!!!!!!!!!!!!?!

mid falafel kebab but friendly staff

The food was delicious and well-seasoned, especially the chicken fillet pieces, and the staff was friendly.

I ordered twice through their website. The first time, it was delivered quickly, and the food was delicious! The second time (February 24th), I waited over 60 minutes, only to discover they weren't even open, even though I could order as usual. So, if you're planning to order during Ramadan, be aware that the opening hours on Google are inaccurate; they open at 8 PM, and their website hasn't been updated to reflect their adjusted opening hours. That's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 for service. But the food is always delicious, and when I've eaten there in person, the staff are friendly and work hard and quickly! :)

The place looks clean, the service is fast and friendly. We paid a standard price for a large lamb kapsalon. The container was well-filled and not too much sauce, the salad was fresh, and the fries were crispy. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I experienced stomach problems immediately after eating this kapsalon. Too bad, I won't be back.

Top kebab place in the Netherlands. The durum döner costs 9 euros, the average price here, but compared to 90% kebab places in the Netherlands, the portion is huge. The meat is tender and tasty, not crisp though, and the bread wrap is thick and tastes like real bread, which usually isn’t the case in Holland, where both the meat and especially the bread are tasteless.

Good quality food. The waiter is excellent and the service is top-notch. Highly recommended! 👌🏼

Honestly, best donner sandwich I've had in Rotterdam in recent years.

Had a great meal and watched football on Saturday and always a good atmosphere there.

Although I don't normally write reviews, I feel compelled to do so. Sunday's pita shawarma was downright inedible, and the same day I developed terrible stomach pain and diarrhea. I've been sick for three days now. Honestly, it doesn't deserve a single star. I strongly advise against eating here!

Not satisfied with the service provided. The employee was grumpy and seemed to be in a hurry, even though it was quiet in the business. I'm curious how he deals with real crowds, for example when the nightlife crowd comes to eat here. This place used to have its charm, but now it is nothing more than a glorified evening shop that supplies low-quality food. The döner pieces were paper thin – they looked like wood chips. The sandwich was also of poor quality. When I picked it up it fell apart; a mikado pile has more stability than this mess. Next time I will go to my old and trusted Vietcong spring roll shop.

Pay attention to what you pay! I paid €31 for 2 small hair salons and 2 bottles of spa blue. So this cannot be correct. I didn't see it until later. Otherwise I would have said something about it.

Nice sitting outside, good service and tasty. The sambal was so delicious that I considered taking it with me. I decided to leave it alone, I was able to hold it in (with difficulty). After my big workout I really needed something to eat so I went straight in because I was in a hurry. When I asked how much a hair salon cost, the young guy told me that a small portion cost 9 euros and a large portion cost 12 euros?! I was shocked because everywhere I go, a hair salon costs around 6/7 euros. 5 minutes later another man came in who indeed thought the same thing. There was a discussion going on that this is not a “bakery”. I can immediately see from the reactions and this interaction that the older man (most likely the boss) cannot handle criticism and always has something to say in return. The meal itself was 50/50, not bad if you're in a hurry and need food. But I don't recommend it. The hair salon gave me an acute stomach ache. I don't know why this happens, but I recommend doing an inspection in the kitchen. Please do something with this

Only mongols work here. Food is gross and it made me sick for 3 weeks. I waited 20 minutes for my food and already saw 3 mice darting across the floor. not recommended

Fajne miejsce na szybkie jedzenie. Obsługa miła i szybka. Chwalimy też Kapsalon zarówno z kurczakiem jak i z jagnięcą szaormą. Wyszliśmy przejedzeni (bo nawet mała porcja jest duża) ale zadowoleni.

Staat op de gevel 24/7. Normaal ben je dan altijd open, maar hier begrijpen ze dat niet helemaal. In de ochtend zijn ze altijd dicht.
