For my birthday, fifteen people came to our house for dinner. We picked up food from Grand Palace Chinese restaurant in Almelo. We ordered the "Sam Po menu" five times, two snack boxes, and three portions of satay. Everything went smoothly. The food was ready on time, it was nice and hot, and we had more than enough – even for the people who showed up unexpectedly. Another nice thing was that we learned some new dishes. Normally, we only order what we're already familiar with, but this time there were some surprising additions. Everything was delicious! We definitely recommend Grand Palace. For a party, but also if you just want to enjoy delicious Chinese food at home.

The menu order was inedible. The bamipangang meat was so hard I couldn't swallow it. The nasi was dry, and the hard stuff looked like it was old and overcooked. It was so dry I couldn't swallow it. The mini spring rolls had a stale taste, so I threw them all in the trash. I called them and got the answer: "We can't do anything with this." They've lost us as customers; we won't be back.

Chinese has always been my favorite, especially from Grand Palace. Delicious. And in my opinion you get a little more food than at other Chinese restaurants.

They clearly suffer from 'too much' local Wok -all you eat- competition. Despite that, it was clean and the food was as always tasty, good, freshly prepared and 'too much' and too cheap!! It's been a long time since I ate Chinese food in a fairly old-fashioned way! But in this restaurant, old-fashioned did not mean poor quality. Almelo can be happy with this restaurant and hope that they stay for a long time for a dinner or to pick up just delicious Chinese food (0% fuss!) and nice people. The devastation has of course struck and the dining room simply needs a makeover (smoking was once allowed, and you can't just brush that off), unfortunately! Good luck!!!!it was delicious...

We had 3 different dishes (including roasted duck). All dishes were excellent; one of the best Asian restaurants we visited. At most, the service could sometimes be a little more attentive (empty beer glasses). But the service is definitely friendly. A recommendation!

Excellent Chinese food, menu for 2 people is complete and more than sufficient! Vegetables were wonderfully fresh and crunchy (ordered after 8 p.m.)! Maybe until next time, it's not exactly on the route, but it was open on Monday +1!
