We had a fantastic meal here. We decided to dine here on a whim, and we didn't know what to expect. It was a very pleasant surprise. A warm welcome, friendly staff, and superb food. The difference between a standard Chinese restaurant and this one is like the difference between a snack bar and a bistro. Surprising flavor combinations make every dish a feast for your taste buds.

Something for the style, elegance, tranquility, and class of the interior, delicious food, 10/10 service, and Maliniec, a reasonable price. I'll be back!

I've known this restaurant since the days when it also had a Japanese section. That was great! After we moved elsewhere, I've used it as a takeout option when we visit friends. The beef spring roll is my favorite then. It's a large size and has beef that I call "rendang."

Got a spring roll with babi pangang today, my favorite when I'm alone. Never had a complaint until today. It's only my first time, by the way. The spring roll was just floating in oil, and it tasted just as bad—a nasty, greasy flavor. So I didn't eat it. I'll definitely mention it personally next time. Otherwise, it's always great there. The chef woke up on the wrong side of the bed today. Until next time, I'd say.

Kids out and about so no take-out because we Dutch are great at take-out. By the way, this used to be the Kei. I once worked there for a few months. The 90s. It was always busy then, there was also a Japanese restaurant for a while. Reservations were a must. Good times. Now people go to those gigantic wok restaurants. Nice, but this is more relaxed. Okay, had an introduction. Had a lovely meal out with the two of us. Much tastier than eating your Chinese take-out at home. Served by nice staff, table neatly set. Everything tip top in order. Not super busy, no reservations. People, the food is just delicious there. I would say, sit down quietly opposite each other again, without your mobile phone and without having to walk away all the time. We were done with 100 euros and sat there for 2 and a half hours, no pressure, no rush and nice and full. Not packed, but nice and full. Plates warm, so the food stays warm. 1 point for improvement, offer a drinks menu upon arrival. Most restaurants actually assume that you know, but what if you want something special? After all, you are out for a while. Great, we will come back again. 100%.

A weekend in Almelo. We decided to eat here. Instead of Babi Pangang, we had the Hong Kong menu. A delicious three-course meal with a beautiful presentation. Something a bit different. Very friendly service with a personal touch. It was delicious. We highly recommend it.

Ate in this top tent for the fourth time. This time we opted for a four-course dinner, preceded by a wantan soup. Then shrimp, Victoria bass, lamb and tenderloin with nasi goreng. We no longer had room for dessert. Came to the conclusion that this is the Jonnie Boer among the Chinese. I haven't seen that standard red sauce. Service extremely friendly. You pay a little more, but you get different taste sensations in return.

Yesterday's meal tasted great, no screaming from children like at the wok. Nice and quiet, lots of older people. But also very friendly...

good old fashioned Chinese. I only did takeaway, with the classic Chi-Ned-Ind. dishes. They were fine and it was ready quickly even though it was quite busy. Price was okay too. Next time I will eat in the restaurant and try the more authentic dishes.

We wilden een avondje gezellig eten, en ik hoorde dat het eten anders zou zijn dan andere Chinese restaurants. Daar aangekomen sprak een strenge gastvrouw dat wij de jassen moesten ophangen, en niet mochten meenemen naar het restaurant. Dit hebben we liever niet, en werden op een denigrerende wijze weer naar huis gestuurd. We komen nooit meer.

Samen met een ander stel gegeten bij Internationaal. De 'Chinees' staat bekend om zijn goede afhaal maar dat eten was ons niet bekend. Het restaurant was redelijk gevuld maar niet vol. We hadden een leuke ronde tafel bij het raam. Het eten was van een verrassend hoog niveau met allerlei keuze menu's. Echt heel lekker bereid. De bediening was ook heel netjes en constant aanwezig voor een drankje. Hier gaan we vaker naar toe

Unfortunately, as regular diners, we said goodbye to international. Was Mother's Day and very busy. We had to wait 1.5 hours for our starter. And 2 hours on our main course. We weren't even offered a drink. While we were waiting, a big shot from Heracles came. This was treated as a priority. Too bad we didn't even have dessert.

On the way back from a day of getting some fresh air in Harderwijk, my wife and I wanted to have a nice and tasty bite to eat. We discussed a number of options, but did not quickly find a suitable restaurant, until my wife suggested, 'shall we go to International'? To be honest, I wasn't immediately enthusiastic. I thought of a Chinese restaurant, where, in my experience, not many people physically go out to eat anymore. Not meaning to be negative, but you can take away babi-pangang and foeyonghai, right? My wife corrected me and said that International restaurant is not a traditional Chinese restaurant and that it has a very good name. I was convinced and a telephone reservation was a fact. We were received very warmly by the owner and taken to our table. It was 6:15 PM and it was very quiet… “What do you want to drink?” asked Michelle, the owner. I asked if they had a Pinot Grigio and luckily, it is on the wine list. Coincidentally a Gregoris, I asked? Michelle explained that the Gregoris is a bit lighter in terms of flavor and therefore does not match well with the dishes on the menu. She said that she is a vinologist and the wines on the menu have been specially selected. The kick-off was an amuse of 2 pieces of grilled bacon topped with a tasty sauce. As a starter we chose 'yes' the tomato soup. Michelle guaranteed that everything is made fresh and the soup is really delicious. And yes, the soup was really delicious, with a nice and tasty garnish. The main course was beef tenderloin in an earthenware pot in yakitori sauce, with Chinese noodles for me and rice for my wife. The dishes were kept warm on a stone stove. The pieces of (really tender) tenderloin were accompanied by beautiful, al dente vegetables. Together with the noodles, a beautiful and delicious dish, which you cannot get from the Chinese takeaway. Dessert was really out of the question, maybe next time, because it will definitely come. Before we went 'on hoes an', my wife went to the toilet and from the condition of the toilet you can clearly see how the restaurant deals with hygiene. When I asked my wife what the toilets at International looked like, she said they were really clean and had nice Douglas smells. Resumé, a beautifully decorated restaurant, with delicious oriental dishes and matching wines. The service was really great and Michelle really makes time for a chat, which we found very pleasant and in the end the restaurant was full! In any case, we will definitely come back! Ps: Pictures... yes we completely forgot to take them, but it all looked really good.

We bespraken een aantal opties, maar kwamen niet heel snel tot een geschikt restaurant, tot mijn vrouw opperde, ‘zullen we naar International gaan’? Ik was eerlijkheidshalve niet direct enthousiast. Ik moest denken aan een Chinees restaurant, waar in mijn beleving, niet heel veel mensen meer fysiek uit eten gaan. Niet negatief bedoeld, maar babi-pangang en foeyonghai haal je toch af? Mijn vrouw corrigeerde mij en zei dat restaurant International geen traditioneel Chinees restaurant is en dat het een hele goede naam heeft. Ik was overtuigd en een telefonische reservering was een feit. We werden uiterst hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaresse en naar onze tafel gebracht. Het was 18:15 en het was erg rustig… ‘Wat willen jullie drinken’ vroeg Michelle, de eigenaresse. Ik vroeg of ze een pinot Grigio hadden en gelukkig, die staat op de wijnkaart. Toevallig een Gregoris, vroeg ik? Michelle legde uit dat de Gregoris wat lichter is qua afdrong en daardoor niet zo goed bij de gerechten op de kaart past. Ze vertelde dat ze vinoloog is en de wijnen op de kaart speciaal geselecteerd zijn. De aftrap was een amuse van 2 stukjes gegrilde spek afgelakt met een smakelijk sausje. Als voorgerecht kozen we ‘jawel’ de tomatensoep. Michelle garandeerde dat alles vers gemaakt wordt en de soep echt heel lekker is. En ja, de soep was ook echt heel lekker, met een fijn en smakelijk garnituurtje. Het hoofdgerecht werd ossenhaas in een aardenwerk pot in yakitori saus, met voor mij, Chinese bami en rijst voor mijn vrouw. De gerechten werden op een stenen stoof warm gehouden. De stukjes (echt malse) ossenhaas, werden begeleid door mooie, beetgare groentes. Samen met de bami, een mooi en heerlijk gerecht, wat je niet bij de afhaal chinees kunt halen. Een toetje ging er echt niet meer in, wellicht een volgende keer, want die gaat zeker komen. Mijn vrouw ging voordat we ‘op hoes an’ gingen, nog even naar het toilet en aan de staat van het toilet kun je goed zien hoe het restaurant omgaat met hygiëne. Toen ik mijn vrouw vroeg hoe de toiletten bij International eruitzagen, zei ze dat ze echt heel schoon waren en er lekkere luchtjes van Douglas stonden. Resumé, een mooi ingericht restaurant, met heerlijke oriëntaalse gerechten en bijpassende wijnen. De bediening was echt top en Michelle maakt echt tijd voor een praatje, wat wij als erg prettig hebben ervaren en uiteindelijk zat het restaurant gewoon vol! Wij komen in ieder geval zeker terug! Ps: Foto’s….. ja die hebben we helemaal vergeten te maken, maar het zag er allemaal echt heel goed uit.

The food is delicious in the restaurant. Just the waiting times, wow, that was so long. Even ordering a drink took about half an hour before it arrived, but that was also because I started asking where it was. Worth eating out, we came for my father's 80th birthday. There is a good atmosphere, a reasonably good occupation. the waitress did her utmost to ensure that the two main courses were served in a well-timed manner with the two four-course menus. The food was significantly better than what I am used to from your average Dutch Chinese Indian Restaurant. Compliments to the kitchen crew. There was only one waiter, she gave good advice and a pleasant comment where there was space. This on a Saturday evening with only 1 commis and the Chef, I can only say more, hats off to the entire team.

I regularly pick up something from here. The last time it was noodles, white rice and satay. The food is delicious every time, the staff is very friendly and you don't pay too much. All together 5 stars more than deserved!!!

This is one of my favorite Chinese Restaurants in the East of the Netherlands. They made delicious tomato soup using grandmother's recipe. The noodles and nasi are always well filled. So no bowl of rice with leek, no, really multiple ingredients such as ham, egg and carrot. But also meatless for Veggies on request. In addition to a tight takeaway (unfortunately they do not do delivery), there is a good restaurant where you can eat and drink for reasonable prices. Staff are friendly and will do everything they can to give you a fun night out. The restaurant is located on arterial roads, so you can be back on the A35 or A1 in no time. Or towards the center of Almelo. In short; Highly recommended as soon as you are near Almelo.

Order placed on January 1 at 1645. Ready at 6pm according to the lady on the phone. It was 1830 and the food was lukewarm. Pity. We get food there quite often, but given the waiting time despite the early orders, we will look elsewhere. It was chaos at the pick-up

Haal hier vaak eten en ga daar geregeld uit eten met vrienden of alleen. De kwaliteit van de producten is altijd vers en heerlijk gekruid. De prijs is betaalbaar en zeker gezien de kwaliteit het geld meer dan waard. Fijn vriendelijk personeel die er alles aan doen om het je zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. Kortom de beste Chinees uit de omgeving.

Picked up noodles with babipangpang. The noodles looked more like spaghetti. Small thin strings. The babipangpang was tasty. It could have been a bit warmer. Normally this is one of the best Chinese restaurants, but this time I was disappointed.
