Good afternoon, I didn't like the pizza. It was too dry, a bit thick, and tasteless. At first, they told us the order would be ready in an hour, but 20 minutes later they said it was ready. So I had to hurry to pick it up, otherwise it would get cold.

I never got such a speed pizza from such a good Delivery! ADNAN the delivery guy, was faster than light! Finally a pizza that is cut and has spices on and IS A PIZZZA!!!!!

Even one star is still too much at the moment. I'm a regular at this restaurant, but I've never had such a bad, disrespectful, and rude experience. I ordered a chicken shawarma pizza, as always. The delivery driver politely called to say he was almost there. I took the pizza and wanted to eat. I noticed two large air pockets, half of it falling off. There was no sauce, no cheese, and certainly no shawarma. I immediately called the delivery driver. He said he could deliver the pizza for free next time. So I called five minutes later to ask if he could deliver the pizza today because I hadn't eaten any of it. My child had eaten the food. It wasn't possible today, and a back-and-forth discussion ensued on the app. I asked for a (partial) refund, but that didn't work either. I asked for the owner, and he said I'd get his number later. Later that evening, I received a call from the pizza maker, and he, too, acted like I was making things up. He said he would look into a solution. Throughout the conversations, I wasn't treated very kindly, even though I constantly stated that I always order and never experience problems, but this wasn't possible. This morning I texted the number, and then texted again, and to my surprise, I saw that I'd been blocked. So, I'd been blocked because I approached someone about an improvement and asked for a solution/compensation? I called that number early this evening, and after asking for the owner, they literally said, "He's on vacation, what are you doing to him? You're making a fuss for 6 or 7 euros, shut up, bitch." They hung up and didn't answer again. Sorry? Shut up, bitch? Like a restaurant employee talking to a customer? RIDICULOUS!!! DISRESPECTFUL!! The pizza wasn't even 6/7 euros, but it was good. And if it was as little as he charged, why are they making a fuss about refunds? I've saved all the conversations via the app, including the pizza, and I'm going to share this everywhere on every platform. Just like I shared with you when I was satisfied, I'm now also sharing my VERY NEGATIVE experience. This is absolutely not how you should treat customers; it's disgusting.

I ordered food today. But I think it's ridiculous that you have to pay 10 euros for 5 chicken nuggets, how can you? They're much cheaper at most places, and you get 6 for less than 4 euros. It's getting ridiculous.

Every week we order pizzas from here and by far the best pizzas I ate in the netherlands! The owner came today to say thank you to us, he was so nice!! Thank you so much, of course we will keep ordering every week!

Ordered 3 times, 3 times wrong. First time wrong pizza; after consultation, I kept the current (cold) pizza with a discount on the next order. 2nd order received no discount despite calling and an ice-cold pizza. 3rd order ice-cold and waited 1.5 hours for two chicken shawarma pizzas, which is a 5-minute drive. I'm done here.

Delivery took 2 hours & pizza was so raw & not so tasty at all

Ordered €100 worth of food this week, waited two hours, and it was supposed to arrive within an hour. When the food arrived, it was still cold and the fries were tough. I called back for a refund because they said we had to arrange it ourselves with Thuiszorg. They said they would bring new food, which they never did, and Thuiszorg refused to refund us. It was outrageous! I explained that we were dealing with people who had medication before meals and children who had a lot of steatosis before meals. They didn't care. I'll never order from them again!

When we order food, we almost always order from Bella. Besides a huge selection of dishes, the food is also delicious. It arrives hot (hot!), the flavor is excellent, and the service is always good. And the people are super friendly! A huge plus for us is that it's Halal too!

Do NOT order ANYTHING from this place, we have been waiting for our food for 2 hours, we called and were told that the delivery person was on the way but after 2 hours still no one showed up, what a SHAME if you have to get so rich!!!

I ordered my food at 7:00 PM and called at 8:30 PM to ask where it was. They said your order would be ready in 10-15 minutes, and it would be here in 9:21 PM, and still no food. They wouldn't answer the phone. The phone was very unfriendly.

These people are completely lost. €20 for a hair salon. The thing was inedible. I ordered through Thuisbezorgd. They clearly mentioned that I was in an industrial area with the truck. License plate, brand, transport company, everything was listed. The pancake delivery guy got it wrong. Then you pay €5 delivery fee. Absolutely crazy. I think I'm coked out.

New name, new owner. The owner enthusiastically brought our food from Maarssen to Breukelen. The food was at the right temperature, and the pizzas were excellent! We will definitely order from here again in the future. The icing on the cake was that the owner called later that evening to ask if we'd enjoyed our meal and to thank us for the review. Waited more than 2 hours for the delivery of 3 pizzas, weak crust, lukewarm pizza and no garlic sauce for the durum pizza. The new operator still needs some practice. I called after almost 2 hours to find out where it was, the young man went to ask, in the background you hear someone say "people have no patience"... I'll order elsewhere for the time being.

Called the restaurant, wanted to deliver new food, but that is not possible with small children who have been waiting for an hour and a half. Money back then? The capsilon dish was filling and very tasty, the potatoes were well fried, and the most important thing is that the meat is halal. I highly recommend it.

Been to this before. (I live quite close by) Food arrives cold, and some things are forgotten. I ordered regularly, but I'm pretty done with it. They need to focus more on quality and service Because this will really cost them customers. Very curious whether they will even read/take this review seriously.

When it comes to ordering food, their food here is definitely my guilty pleasure! When it's busy they call you and if there's a mistake (which rarely happens) they always know how to fix it for me. I like to order here.

I just had a batch of delicious pepperoni pizza down my throat, young man, unbelievable. Highly recommended if you come home drunk with a stomach even emptier than your bank account. They're not that expensive.
