Ordered pizza kebab. It already smelled disgusting in the car on the way back, so I wasn't in the mood for it. Tasted just like it smelled... once and never again..

Shalom recently got a new owner and we had a delicious meal. We always liked it, but this time it was truly fantastic. Kapsalon with delicious fries, fresh salad, and delicious shawarma/donner.

They don't answer the phone And if they do, they are very unfriendly; everything is bad there and that is a shame, it used to be a top place

Shawarma pizza inedible. Small and a completely different crust. Kapsalon large is very small. Was a regular customer but not anymore with the new Shalom. Sorry.

We went here for dinner on Saturday evening; there is just (yet another) new owner, and it was really super good. The bread was warm and the fresh meat tasted great. We thought it was better than it has ever been, and now we hope it stays this way and that it can survive the negative reviews regarding the previous owners.

NEW OWNER VERY GOOD, we ate here tonight and it was super good, really perfect food, truly the best dinner place in Den Helder again.

Last night I had a shawarma sandwich and a Turkish pizza with my son. Delicious, you can tell there are different people running it!!!! Haha, keep it up, then we'll be back more often!!! Top notch!

They don't answer the phone, tried at different times, and just got a new owner, very bad.

Now that Shalom has been taken over, it shouldn't really be allowed to bear the name 'Grillroom' anymore. What used to be okay is now so bad that a regular shawarma sandwich can go straight into the trash. The meat is cut so small that there are a lot of hard pieces mixed in instead of slightly larger and juicy ones. Portions are so small that you are still hungry after a dish. Small is now being sold as large. It seems more like this Shalom has become a kebab shop than one that still serves good shawarma. I had been ordering there for over 30 years, but that was really the last time. A shame.

To my great surprise, I suddenly smelled cigarette smoke while eating. When I looked around, I noticed that the man from the kitchen was standing at the very back of the restaurant, just in front of the toilets, smoking a cigarette, while customers were eating in the restaurant.

I recently ordered a kapsalon from Grillroom Shalom and my experience was truly very disappointing. The meat was super dirty and, moreover, completely cold upon arrival. It was simply inedible — I threw it away after just three bites. The fries were also completely poor: soggy and soft instead of crispy. As if they had been sitting there for hours. Additionally, I had to wait a whopping 2 hours for the delivery, even though I live in the same city. That is truly unacceptable. I also ordered a toasted sandwich, but that was absolutely not worth the money either. For people considering ordering here: I would strongly advise against it. It is not worth your money. All in all, a very bad experience and certainly not a repeat visit for me.

If you're totally wasted or just super hungry, these guys always put you in the best snack box.

I ordered a hair salon 3 times, the fries were still raw and there were hairs in my food, very disappointing, I always order here, I think it is going downhill

Not the shalom I'm used to anymore. Yuck, inedible. The fries were still raw, and the kebab tasted like it had been in the fire for a while—a nasty, heavy smoke flavor. Definitely not the flavor their kebab always had. The chicken shawarma was also tasteless.

Unfortunately I ordered here after waiting 45 minutes I called and they said I was not at home an hour and a half later I finally got cold food bad service and bad tent

If you pick up food you get free sauce and a nice candle, really a top kebab shop

I've ordered multiple times, and when it's good, it's really good. Unfortunately, the quality isn't consistent. Parts of your order are often forgotten. I hope they can maintain the high quality and resolve errors effectively. Sometimes you pay for something you don't receive, and usually nothing is done about it when you contact them. If they can address these issues, I think things will only improve.

This time the food wasn't that good.

Good evening, my name is Lasid. I've been stuck in the trenches my whole life. Since my life in the trenches, I have to adapt to the trench lifestyle, and that includes good chapping. The first time I placed my order at Shalom Grillroom, I knew I was in for a treat. The first bite I took, I felt like a whole new world had opened up. The food was so amazing, I started questioning my origins because this thing was "extraordinary," maybe even amazing. But oh well, I'll eat Orgi more often.

Limp fries and a hard frikandel bad service

Ordered food via Thuisbezorgd almost 2 hours ago, and still haven't received anything. So we called. It turned out they didn't know anything about it. Eventually, we did receive our order. But my partner didn't like the Pizza Margherita and the pizza was cold.

Placed an order with comments... it was incorrect three times. I called the owner and was hung up on. Called again and was hung up on again. Last time I order from here! Highly not recommended!

I ordered a Margherita pizza. The dough wasn't right, the pizza had a ton of cheese, and it was very tasteless. I was a loyal Shalom customer! But this was the last time.

Ordered hours in advance with a delivery time agreed upon. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered at that time. We waited another 20 minutes, so we called. The answer was that the delivery driver would be here any minute and was on his way. Unfortunately, we had to wait another 20 minutes... Normally, it's never a problem if it takes a bit longer, but this time we had to leave, so we agreed on a delivery time. The fries weren't great either, unfortunately.

Good portions and delicious pizza. We don't understand the negative reviews, especially since you get very little food in other cities by comparison. Every now and then we had a slightly burnt pizza (which I personally don't like), but otherwise, we've never had any complaints.

I've honestly never had such bad spare ribs. It's a real shame for that price.

Ordered at a quarter to 12, it finally arrived at half past one. And not even tasty.. doner dish was swimming in fat, and the pita breads were not cooked.. I also did not call again, since they do not give a damn

Yesterday I ordered food here again, NEVER AGAIN Shoarma was as greasy as bacon half cooked and the rolls were barely baked, the fries with the special dishes were cold inside so you are also saving on frying. The sauces were not sauces but water liquid. What a disgusting food this was scandalous and that for so much money. I would say everyone go to Royal on Willemsoord there is attention and quality for food.

I am really very disappointed in the new shalom very dry. I even find steak in the store tastier you pay fvd 70€ where they only pay a tenner for it.

When you order a döner dish, you don't get fries and the döner was cold! If you call for your fries, they will bring you a bag of those dirty, limp, half-lukewarm fries! Never again

After being closed for a long time, I ordered a pizza again as a 'loyal' customer. So that was the last time. I don't know what you guys do in the kitchen, but there was literally a kilo of cheese on it, it had flowed off the pizza all the way to the side of the box like lava. It was inedible. It looked extremely unappetizing. Dough was undercooked, which makes sense with so much cheese. I'm not exaggerating. The pizza was extremely heavy and really dirty. Very unfortunate. This was the last time and a waste of my money. I almost want it back. No one pays for this.

The food was terrible, ordered a large kapsalon, looked like a small one at first, had very little chicken döner on it, fries were rock hard, watery garlic sauce, all in all, don't get your food here.

I get my food cold, incomplete and the people who work there are brutal. I call them because they forgot something again and then the man just says "if you have complaints, you should just not order here anymore" is not customer friendliness.

The most delicious falafel (taameya) with cheese.🌯 I'm serious. 👍🏻Huge portion. Hard to finish it all at once. Delicious flatbread and sauce. Falafel is juicy and soft. I highly recommend it. It's like being in Egypt. 🇪🇬

Mixer grill used to always order some kind of sauce on turkey pieces, now large pieces are very dry, not edible, shawarma, also double fried hard pieces between fries or old fat or double fried, also not edible, don't order anything here for the time being.

The realization has sunk in: My love for Shalom comes mainly from sentimental feelings from going out. Don't get me wrong, when you're drunk it's okay to eat salt and mud. Sober, however, you realize that the fries appear to be cooked, and then a few scoops of frying fat have been poured over them, and you wonder whether the dönner is really meat. The dönner is tasty, because I live for salt, but it still gnaws... Delivery is usually fast, but that is reflected in the quality. And then those shouting blunt people in the shop or on the telephone. By the way, the garlic sauce is really delicious!

I eat there more often, but it remains a restaurant that is not really visited very often

I always order my large hairdresser and two cans of Fernández here (regularly). You will never hear me complain because when I order they are always delivered right on time, sometimes even earlier than the stated time! I think this is the nicest hair salon in Den Helder!

Slechte pizza, was aan sommige kanten helemaal zacht en de andere kanten waren verbrand. Wel snelle bezorging.

Vriendelijk personeel, kwaliteit is goed. De zaak ziet er ook mooi uit. Enig puntje van kritiek is de hoeveelheid, porties zijn wat aan de kleine kant.

Heerlijke spareribs. We wilden graag twee soorten, dat was geen probleem. Alles was heerlijk, klein minpuntje aan de salade: er zat ananas in die niet echt goed meer was. Verder super, voor herhaling vatbaar!!
