The man behind the phone was very rude

Went here for dinner late at night on July 17th. (Late because I had come from far away.) The young man serving was friendly. The food arrived fairly quickly (there were no other customers) and was tasty, although the pita was a bit tough, so I left it. No one asked about it when we took the plates away!? 2 soft drinks, 2 cheese pitas, and 2 shawarma sandwiches. Bill: 48 euros (paid 50). I think that's incredibly expensive. It wasn't worth it! I think it's an outrageous price. My first experience in Emmen.

The food was okay, but there's still room for improvement. Unfortunately, I received cutlery that was clearly worn. The beer wasn't full and there was no measuring line. The service was friendly and responsive. The prices were reasonable.

We had a delicious meal. I thought the atmosphere was cozy, but my partner thought it was too crowded.

I ordered a honey mustard wrap without tomato because I'm allergic to tomatoes. I received a wrap with tomato and no sauce. They refused to deliver and made a fuss about making a new one. Very poor service and terrible food. I wouldn't eat here. Last place you should go.

Ordered and picked up by phone. Received the wrong sandwich. I called afterward, and the correct sandwich was delivered within 10 minutes. We had a delicious meal. Thanks for the great service!

Unfriendly, both on the phone and in the restaurant. Ordered by phone, it was supposed to take 10 minutes, and then we waited 45 minutes. Then they claimed we hadn't placed our order correctly over the phone, even though they constantly asked for confirmation because Dutch is apparently difficult to understand. We'll skip this place in the future.

Far too expensive, at checkout you had to pay too much for what was indicated on the card!!!

Very nice but crowded restaurant. The service is friendly, helpful and cooperative. The food is also delivered quickly. The question for something to drink with dinner is asked many times, which in the long run is almost irritating. Fortunately, in a friendly way. every time very tasty food. We always pick up the food. Despite that, outside and inside are very cozy to dine and it is very nicely decorated. The owner knows what we want, and while waiting a drink is always offered. Customer for years and not disappointed once.

The food here is really delicious, you have delicious pizzas and hair salons in the large one that fits everyone, the large hair salon is really big and the small one is great for a tasty snack in the evening or if you can never eat that much. The atmosphere is really nice there, you sit there nice and cozy with fun all around you and the wait is never really long. If you are still looking for delicious ice cream then you have come to the right place. Whether it's winter or summer, they always sell soft ice cream here and the choice is really too bizarre for words. They really have a half liter container of soft ice cream that you can completely customize with sauce and speckles or whatever you want in it because they have it anyway. They really have a gigantic cupboard full of all kinds of toppings that you can use to make the ice cream you like. It is recommended for everyone.

The restaurant smelled very much of old furniture, the atmosphere was reminiscent of a second-hand shop with lots of plastic flowers, and it felt like the shop had never been dusted. The waiter was very nice but unfortunately there was a lack of experience here too. Let's come to the most important aspect: strangely enough, the food was ready in 10 to 15 minutes, there were 4 dishes and when it came up there were 3 people working in the restaurant. All 4 dishes were bottom drawer, the children's schnitzel smelled of old oil, mine and my husband gave us diarrhea in the evening. I will never enter this store again, the restaurant is a complete rip off, spend 80 euros for a stomach ache!!! In Germany this restaurant would be closed immediately. So if you need a colon cleanse, I would recommend this restaurant.

Recently had a delicious meal here with my girlfriend. Surprisingly tasty, large portions, not too expensive and very friendly service from the staff. We will definitely go again.

During my visit to Grillroom Sphinx in Emmen I was impressed by the quality of the food and service. However, the atmosphere in the restaurant was somewhat affected by the presence of screens between the tables. Although these screens are probably intended for health measures, I felt they detracted from the cozy, open atmosphere you normally expect in a grill room. Despite this, the choice of dishes was impressive, with a wide range of grill and vegetarian options. My meal was delicious and prepared with care, and the meat was grilled particularly well. The service was friendly and attentive. Despite the screens, Grillroom Sphinx in Emmen is definitely worth a visit for lovers of good quality food.

Leuke kerstsfeer, geweldige service, grote porsies en heerlijk eten. De broodjes en kruidenboter / knoflooksaus hebben wat eigen kruiden eroverheen die hier goed op aan sluiten. Deze grillroom is zeker een aanrader.

Thiny disguised snackbar that pretends to be a restaurant. Dishes are too fat, too salty, too sweet and too devoid of vegetables to hide the fact that they are made by someone who knows how to make fastfood and not much else..

Wij hebben hier voor het eerst eten besteld we kregen 1 verkeerde menu dus meteen gebeld en er werd meteen een nieuwe gebracht die wel goed was, dit kan gebeuren en werd ook meteen zonder problemen opgelost. Daar naast is de shoarma daar echt een aanrader net als de gebakken aardappelen en de patat. Dit is echt een aanrader en gaan zeker vaker bestellen. Wij zijn hier zeer te spreken over

Nu twee keer besteld. Super goede kapsalon. En eten was er al in 20 minuten. Zeer goede ervaring.

Beef ribs were good. The steak was ok. A little bit expensive. Sitting outside is not recommended because you feel that you‘re sitting on the street. Very noisy cars and motorcycles passing all the time few meters from you.

heel goed eten, wel aan de dure kant

Sphinx een zaak waar we al jaren komen. We hebben er vandaag gegeten en het was heerlijk. Ik had de shoarma met champignons paprika en ui en vooraf kregen we brood met tapenade mijn gezelschap heeft ook goed genoten en allemaal goed sphinx dankjewel voor het lekkere eten en de goede service en bediening komen hier graag weer terug voor het lekkere eten

Als ik het kon geefde ik ze 10 sterren De broodplankje had romige kruidenboter en vers gebakken brood Ik nam daarna varkenshaas en dat was geweldig als ik in emmen woonde was ik hier altijd wel heen gegaan

Van een "gewone shoarmatent" naar een geweldig restaurant met verse producten... heerlijke gerechten en bijzondere cocktails....

Een leuk restaurantje met een heel aardige eigenaar en zijn vrouw en broertje in de bediening. Ruime keus in diverse gerechten van shoarma, gyros, steaks mixed grill en pasta enz. We hebben er heerlijk gegeten. Als we Emmen weer bezoeken gaan we er zeker heen om lekker te eten. En dat alles ook nog tegen een redelijke prijs.
