Very friendly staff and they come across as very professional. The pizza quatro formaggi with chicken and salmon is highly recommended.

Service very unprofessional; they throw your plates and cutlery on the table for you to distribute yourself. They take allergies into account; after sending a dish back, I received it reheated from the microwave, where they thought they had removed all the mussels. Unfortunately not, and before I knew it I had already eaten, so I spent the night hanging over the toilet later :’(.

The food was fine, but nothing special. I have no words for the service. Very unprofessional and not hospitable. Had to wait a long time for our food. The mozzarella in the salad was lukewarm. Waited an hour and a half for our pizza.

I was here today, Wednesday. It was delicious, real Italian pizzas. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The shawarma pizza was delicious, and the pastas too!

Delicious pizzas with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. The order was ready quickly and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere in the restaurant was also cozy and clean. Definitely recommended if you are in the mood for a tasty pizza. I will certainly be back here again!

By far the worst Italian restaurant I've had in years. Outrageous prices! We had spaghetti arrabbiata...prepared without care, drowning in pepper, no fresh tomatoes, everything canned, so cheap and inedible...for an unbelievable €15.50. The service was a disaster, overwhelmed and very unfriendly, even rude. What a disappointment, never again. It has nothing to do with Italian food. It's all about profit here; the customer is left out in the cold.

It started with 0.2l of cola in a plastic glass for 4 euros (it is the day before a festival but the other places had glass)... made a comment immediately and nothing was done about it, that was already a red flag. We ordered the spaghetti bolognese and pizza carbonara, the pizza was tasty, no complaints there, but the spaghetti itself just tasted like supermarket brand spaghetti and the minced meat made a big pool of fat at the bottom which, according to the staff, is just supposed to be there..

I don't understand how this restaurant has 4 stars. To me, it's barely half a star. I've never had such a bad pizza, and the calzone looked like it had been shit out of me. Very salty, too. Delivery takes well over an hour and a half as well. This was a one-time thing, never again. WORTHLESS, in short

The four-cheese pasta with creamy sauce was delicious, highly recommended. The price naturally depends on what you have to drink with it, but the price for the food is really worth it for what you pay for (for 2 people and dessert).

Decent place, a little more heat would be great. The soup was very good as was the pizza dough. As a constructive review I would recommend having an oil with peperoncini and a different kind of tomato sauce.

The food is okay but the staff or owners i think he never did see italy,is just with name “Italian Restaurant “ but the food is like Bistro from the west anyway in rest is all okay !

Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't quite right; the mushrooms were still raw, and the peppers were too hard and undercooked. The service was a bit absent. And the restaurant smelled of sewage, which was very unpleasant. So, not a pleasant or good experience.

Had a lovely meal here yesterday with my girlfriend. The service and interest in our little one were especially appreciated. Definitely recommended if you value friendly staff and good food! Tip well deserved.

A truly wonderful atmosphere, the food was fantastic, and the service was friendly. It was nicely seasoned, and the pepper sauce was a pepper sauce, and quite spicy too. We thoroughly enjoyed it. We had a three-course social deal menu for €19.95 per person. We had to pay a little extra for some dishes, but that was understandable. So we paid €26 for drinks and extras, but the total for the two of us was €66 for three courses and drinks. A real bargain for fantastic food. We'll definitely be back, even without the deal, and I highly recommend it.

Modern pizzeria. Everything neat and well-maintained. Dutch crew. The pizzas are also Dutch. Not bad, but not Italian at all. Looks more like a Dutch pizza. Not really recommended. Upgraded supermarket pizza with a Dutch flavor.....

They're trying to attract some extra customers through social deals. And that's necessary because the staff isn't properly trained...and they deliver something different than what people order.

The food was delicious. The staff were very friendly. It was very busy, so we had to wait a long time for our dessert, but it was worth it!

We ate here with 5 people. The pasta and pizzas were good. The tiramisu was watery. As an Italian restaurant, you really should excel in this, so it's a shame that wasn't the case. There was hardly any mascarpone in it. The children serving us did their best, although there was a lack of direction. If there had been an experienced host or hostess, we really could have had more drinks. No one asked for a second round of drinks.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! I was at your place on Saturday, and my wife and I were planning on having a nice meal together. Inside, it looks nice until you get to the restroom. Hygiene is lacking, just like in your kitchen. It stinks, and it's just disgusting that you dare to serve people like that. Excellent (but simple) Italian restaurant/pizzeria in the heart of Emmen. I enjoyed a delicious bruschetta and pizza carpaccio on the terrace in front of the restaurant! The service was prompt and welcoming.

Great food at this restaurant. Friendly staff, nothing to complain about. Two tips for the owner: As an Italian restaurant, you should definitely have Campari in stock 😁. Make sure your wine bottles are opened at the table. In Italy, they often cheat you into putting cheap wine in expensive bottles. You don't want to be associated with that in the Netherlands, do you? 😉

The restaurant's atmosphere is cozy and warm. As a starter, we had delicious pizza bread, served with butter and a fresh salad – simple yet flavorful, a perfect start. The main course consisted of excellently prepared meat: tender, well-seasoned, and carefully prepared. To finish, we had tiramisu. It had a slightly milder flavor than we're used to, but was still delicious. All in all, a pleasant experience and a delicious meal. Don't be put off by previous negative reviews – we had a great evening!

After a long wait—they had a cash register malfunction, and only our order was incorrect—we enjoyed our meal. The unfortunate thing was that we didn't receive an apology, no drinks on the house, or anything like that.

I went here to eat today but it was 3 times nothing through socialdeal I made a reservation but nothing to write home about ANTI-SOCIAL staff about the food we only took a few bites of our starter (which we had to wait 45 minutes for) for the rest the staff was not customer friendly and the food really disgusting I am normally very positive despite setbacks but I cannot say anything else positive that the atmosphere was still quite nice but that is also the only positive thing for the rest the owner was also not very friendly and he gave the excuse that the service was not customer friendly and that it was busy but a hello or good evening is not possible when you are a bit busy I would say stay away unless you do not care how long you have to wait and want to be treated disrespectfully!

We ordered pasta and a vegetarian main course. Both were very tasty and sufficient. Furthermore, the service was friendly and generally quite fast. We both ordered tiramisu for dessert. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with this = it absolutely did not taste as it should. And on top of that it also cost €8.50. The portion was twice smaller than what we received at other restaurants. If you want to charge that for it, the portion must be 2x larger. And it must really taste perfect, as it should.

Don't eat this, I don't know if I can tell this story tomorrow! this is by far the nastiest, limpest, plasticiest pizza I have ever eaten. even a pizza from jaffa is better (and THOSE are nasty). I also ordered 9 containers of sauce, it's better to have too much than too little (I thought). Biggest mistake of my life. If I was thirsty I could have ordered it because it is more liquid than my stool after this pizza. 2 stars for atmosphere because we laughed because even the dog didn't want it.

We had a really delicious meal here with 4 adults and 2 children (2 and almost 5). Super nice employees provided us with a nice dinner, delicious red house wine and cool soft drinks and nice books and colors. Pizzas were very good with an excellent base. Lasagna was absolutely delicious. Pasta Arabiata and Carbonara excellent. Nothing left to be desired. Too bad we live so far away.

The food was delicious, but we had to wait more than two hours for it. The service was friendly but had no overview at all. Something went wrong at every table and everyone had to wait a very long time. When this is in order, it really is a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious food. For now you have to be very patient.

Last night we went to il Castello in Emmen It was, in a word, a disaster! The food is really great. The service is chaos! Just ridiculous, something went wrong at all tables! Wrong wine, carafe instead of ordered bottle. People went to the bar with their glass or empty bottle of beer to pick it up themselves. You were lucky anyway if you got the drink you ordered!! Such a shame because I think you have to earn it. 2 ladies/girls in the "service" of which 1 stood alone behind a screen and the other was regularly there. Neither paid attention to what was happening in the restaurant. Als Belgen op zoek naar eten in Emmen en in deze pizzarestaurant beland. Eerste indruk was een mooie zaak, verzorgt en toiletten heel mooi. Bediening was heel vriendelijk en beleeft. Vlotte services gehad en eten was lekker (pizza en pasta gegeten). M.a.w. een top restaurant

Had pasta en tiramisu besteld. Pasta was opzich wel prima. Tiramisu vond ik wel tegenvallen… heb er €8,50 voor betaald en de portiegrootte was echt klein (helemaal als ik het vergelijk met foto’s van mensen die ter plekke hebben gegeten) en hij was daarnaast ook niet lekker en best sompig.

We bestelden gebakken mosselen. We kregen stinkende lauwe mosselen in de schelp. Na het teruggestuurd te hebben kregen we ze binnen 3 minuten warm en nog meer stinkend terug. Deze verse mosselen waren echt bedorven. "Hebben we een verkeerde batch ontvangen" aldus de keuken. De bediening reageerde laconiek en onverschillig. De bediening was sowieso zelden zichtbaar. De pizza maffiosi was een topper. De pasta daarentegen was vlak qua smaak. Op de pizza polo troffen we nog bot in de kip aan. Voor onze groep van 5 een echte tegenvaller.

Obsługa bardzo miła, zainteresowana klientem. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Makarony świetne, przystawki obfite i smaczne. Siedzieliśmy na zewnątrz i uciążliwe były tylko muchy, ale nie jest to wina samej restauracji.

Heerlijk gegeten. Zeer vriendelijke, humorvolle bediening, ook kok komt nog even langs. Fijne sfeer. Wordt regelmatig gevraagd of alles oké is. Mooie muziek tijdens het diner, lekkere wijn en “het” beste Limburgse bier. Fantastische ervaring.

Heerlijk gegeten bij deze Italiaan. Zeker een aanrader. Prima bediening, goede achtergrond muziek en een goede sfeer.

Het was super lekker. Ik had een stokbrood met kruidenboter besteld. Alleen stokbrood was iets te zout, maar hun zelfgemaakte kruidenboter was echt verrukkelijk. Als hoofdgerecht had ik een pizza tonijn. Dat was ook erg lekker. Net als het toetje. De sfeer was heel erg chique. Ook het personeel was erg vriendelijk. Je kunt er een leuk babbeltje mee doen.

War hier mit meiner Verlobten essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden schnell bedient gerade als gesehen wurde, dass die Getränke leer waren wurden wir direkt gefragt ob wir noch etwas haben wollen. Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Ich hatte eine Pizza Hawaii und meine Verlobte Spagetti Carbonara, laut ihr war es die beste seit langem. Sehr zu empfehlen, sollten wir das nächste Mal in der nähe sein, werden wir auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Lasagne zeer goed. Spaghetti Carbonara was niet lekker. Spaghetti net niet gaar en veel olie smaak. Spekjes waren iets te harde plakjes ipv. Kleine blokjes. Verder ook geen extra anders erin. Weinig roomsaus. Heel jammer. Zeer nette bezorging.
