Bad business, ordered and paid for, never had food

A truly terrible restaurant. I ordered food through Uber Eats and then waited three hours, called seven times, and never got through to anyone! I finally fell asleep, and they said they'd delivered, but that never happened because they never contacted me! Worst of all, Uber Eats won't refund my money because they claim they delivered! So, people, be careful ordering food from Thuiszorgd or Uber Eats. They'll rip you off!

No tomato was mentioned in the description, no fries were included, but extra meat was. And you pay 17.11 for that. Nothing I wrote down was delivered. The delivery driver, a young man, was really nice. The owner, whom I then called, was very rude and didn't offer any help with a solution. You don't ask for it without tomato for nothing. Maybe because people have allergies? Never order from these people again. Thuiszorg, take them off their website!

Ordered food and it never arrived, do not order here, money is also gone

I didn't get my food, the service was antisocial and unfriendly. The person didn't want to look into a solution. I won't be coming here again. First, learn ABN NL and learn how to interact with customers properly (a bit more friendliness wouldn't hurt). I won't be ordering from here again.

I've been there a few times now, and the food was delicious. The owner is certainly friendly, so I personally recommend it if you're feeling peckish at night!

Order arrived on time and everything was warm enough, but the food was of quite low quality. Fries were soft, greasy and "soggy", mayonnaise had no taste, herbs on fries (as requested) was way too much and way too salty and not edible.

Top service these people, treated professionally on the telephone, called back promptly for feedback. Gave me the correct explanation of everything, delivery person quite quickly.... Indicated a completely different time than indicated. Food was 💯💯💯

We ordered via home delivery and were promised a completely different time than what was ultimately provided, the food was also really old and dirty. As if it has already been there for 2 days. A total recommendation

Never actually got my food from here, twice in a row. My doorbell doesn’t work, so I supplied my phone number and the information that in order for me to open the door, they’d need to call me. they never called, just put the order to “delivered” and left me hungry and without money. I’m fairly certain they never even came to my door in the first place, though.

Do not order here! This company is a complete scammer. You place an order and pay properly, but then you don't get any food delivered. They make you wait forever, and eventually no one shows up. Despite multiple attempts to contact us by phone, there is no answer and every attempt at communication goes unanswered. This behavior is unacceptable. We are currently in discussions with Thuisbezorgd to ensure that this company is removed from their platform due to these clearly misleading and fraudulent practices. Customers cannot lose their money without some form of compensation or service. Warning: Definitely do not order here! You risk losing your money and receiving nothing but frustration and deception.

What a great tent! This was the best hair salon I have ever eaten in my long life. It is a mystery to me that this tent does not have a Michelin star! In addition, the service was brilliant; they were from feyenoord to rotterdam west within 5 minutes. They must have a time machine or something! All in all my best ordering experience of all time. I don't think I'll ever eat anything else again. By the way, the negative comments are bots deployed by a rival grill room. So don't believe it!

They accept an order, let you pay, indicate that delivery can be there at any time, but never deliver and do not respond to telephone or WhatsApp. Very unfortunate! If you are going to close, just stop accepting orders/deliveries and inform people!!

TERRIBLE! Do not order here! I ordered a hair salon and a Turkish pizza from them and a bottle of wine. I didn't get a Turkish pizza or a kapsalon but 6 pathetic chicken nuggets and chicken feet?? Also ordered red wine and received dry white wine? €50 euros lighter for something we didn't order... After trying to look for cash several times, I got a big mouth and was blocked?? So, no, don't go there and certainly don't order anything here. They won't see me again. Scammers

Called the owner and he simply denies that I ordered even though I had already paid online! Says to ME as a customer: 'Be glad I answer'. Then hangs bluntly from my ear - bizarre and I've never experienced this before (world upside down!!). People please beware of this scammer. Out of nowhere starts talking to me in a threatening manner while I'm waiting for my order.

Best tent in all of Rotterdam and the surrounding area. Always open until very late and also delivered outside Rotterdam! Golden tip; take the kapsalon veal shawarma. They have 100% the best shawarma!

Saw the bad reviews and thought twice about buying from here, but decided to go for it. I went in at 2 am for a night meal and service was great. I called their number and was let in to wait inside where I was then given my meal with extra condiments. The kapsalon itself tastes amazing, one of the best I have had in feyenoord. I dont think the other reviews are necessarily lying, but my experience was great! :) would definitely order again

Heb me eten besteld en moet nog steeds binne komen. Bel naar hun toe en nemen niet op. Of drukken me weg . Het is een hoog bedrag. Wil zo snel mogelijk me geld terug en kom niet aan met hebben het wel bezorgt.

Ze zijn altijd tot laat open en bezorgen zelfs buiten Rotterdam! Heel vaak in de nacht besteld en die lekkere gerechten komen altijd warm en keurig op tijd aan. Kortom, uitstekende restaurant en hele vriendelijke personeel/bezorgers! Ze verdienen meer dan 5 sterren!
