Very bad experience at this bakery. The employee clearly had no idea what he was doing.

There was actually hair in my döner sandwich. When I immediately reported it, all I got was a disinterested "What can I do?" No apology, no solution, absolutely nothing. That's no way to treat customers. Disgusting, rude, and completely disrespectful. This was the first and last time for me. People: avoid this place.

I’ve tried these sandwiches before and always thought they were great, but the service at this particular location was absolutely disastrous. It was honestly humiliating to deal with the staff — especially at 8:30 in the morning on a Friday, when you’re just trying to start your day. You can’t even ask a simple question because the whole process feels like some kind of ultra-fast service where you’re not allowed to take even one second to think. The staff came across as aggressive, and the woman at the counter in particular was shockingly unfriendly. I genuinely don’t know how someone with that attitude is assigned to customer service; perhaps she would be better suited to a different type of job. It was a terrible way to start the morning, and the experience left me feeling like I never want to go back there again. I truly hope no one else has to go through that. You’re honestly better off going to Albert Heijn, grabbing a coffee and a roll there — you’ll get much better service.

Unfortunately, it's gotten worse compared to a few years ago. Very pricey, but what I find most annoying is that I've ordered a Turkish chicken pizza several times, only to be given veal. When I tell them I want chicken, they get semi-irritated and say, "No, veal!"... that's not how it works when you're working with customers, guys. It's probably easier or cheaper for them, but I won't go there anymore.
