Very tasty meal. The tapas were nice portions and it went well. We had to wait a little longer for one course. Normally not a problem, unfortunately we had to leave, so we skipped dessert. Was very curious about the Limoncello mouche. Because we went to the theater (which was really fantastic 😉!), we didn't spend 3 hours there. Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. We will come back again!

We all had a different main course and dessert and we all had a very tasty meal. The lady and gentleman who serve are very nice, the restaurant looks nice and cozy, in short, a top restaurant, our compliments to everyone who works there!

Ordered the rice table for 1 person. More than worth the money in quality and quantity. Believe me when I say that I danced with joy in the kitchen. A sublime palette of flavors that comes with one. With the extra sambal as a spicy but tasty note. Heart-warming dishes that make a person happy. You will see me more often!!

Tapas done, everything was put on a plate and the waitress (who was nevertheless pleasant) did not always know what was on it. The food was lukewarm, it took a really long time before it was taken and we got it, foam from the washing up water in my glass... The same sauce and spring onion everywhere. Very raw meat, which is of course possible, but this was previously done unconsciously. Maybe the rice table is good, but this is not worth repeating.

Tonight was during the Winterswijk folk festival where we ended up by chance. We wanted to watch a movie and for that we ended up on the terrace of Samsa. Staff was very friendly and cordial. After the movie we wanted to have a bite to eat and we decided to see if we could go to Samsa... it was possible. A modified menu, but with the tastiest Roti I had tasted in a long time. We promised the owner that we would come for an extensive meal soon and we will definitely do that! Highly recommended, food is great and hospitality comes first!

Good service, actually top service from the owner as we were taken to our hotel at the end. Super friendly staff and the food was delicious. Especially the peanut soup...We had a very pleasant evening. We will come back again when we are in the area.

Went for dinner yesterday, everything was taken care of, everything was neat, a nice, spontaneous boy, man as a waiter, great for each other Ate here again yesterday and it was really good, now dinner dishes were made, everything looked professional and good and the taste was perfect, really good, other restaurants can learn something from it! Atmospheric affair. Indo rice table was a bit disappointing, especially in relation to the price of 45.95 pp. mackerel and prawn crackers were out of stock, and rendang was a bit tough. Portions on the small side and the taste was bland.

Ate here last Sunday. Luckily we had made a reservation, because when we arrived all the other tables were already occupied. After a friendly welcome by the owner, we were taken to our table and we went for tapas. We quickly received our ordered drinks and the menu, and after a short explanation the party could start. There was plenty of choice for us and everything we ordered didn't have to wait long, looked great and tasted delicious. The staff was friendly and polite, and we had a wonderful evening. After dinner we sat quietly with a drink and then went home. I will definitely come here again.

Had a delicious meal here on Friday, nice and busy, ordered a rice table for 5 people, well cared for, lots of food, many different things and everything was well prepared, neatly served, handled with care and what topped it off were the small details, including an edible flower on the roti or the small pieces of garnish. All in all, very good food, top 10, service, top 10, atmosphere, top 10, we will come back 100%

Firstly, it must be said that the man who served us was very friendly, nothing wrong with that at all. But we thought the food was of very poor quality. Very tough pieces of white bread that passed for bruschetta, overcooked salmon, very raw hamburger, white wine not up to temperature. Now we really didn't expect a culinary tour de force for this price, but this was just really bad. We now also understand that when we arrived at 7:00 PM on Saturday evening, there was literally no one else there (other terraces were fairly full). Too bad, because the service was super nice, but this food really wasn't about anything. Perhaps the a la carte menu is better, but it is better to skip the "social deal".

Shared dining...recommended! Starter plank with bruchetta, steak tartare (fairly spicy) and delicious carpaccio. Main course plank with steak, Indonesian hamburger, pork belly, chicken wing, salmon and shrimp. Yummie. Dessert platter with churros, spekkoek, fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries and pomegranate) and crema catalana.

Tapas restaurant. You are supposed to share with your table companions. It is strange that you only get the same portion as the two of you. Small, simple.

Traditional dishes are tasty, but the more everyday dishes really deserve more attention. Many of the soups formed the base sauce for other dishes or vice versa. - Went again but we won't be back.

The food was delicious. The atmosphere is good! And the service is fast!!

We picked up a Surinamese rice table here, unfortunately they had no noodles but only nasi which was bland and had no taste. The roti that came with it was absolutely not roti, long beans were not included but regular beans, there was no egg and the sauce was far from tasty, you could not taste the masala. It is tasteless and has a lot of oil, a disappointment that cannot be called Surinamese at all!!

Went out for dinner with a friend. We didn't really have a nice evening, the two of us did, but the food was not ok and it wasn't too warm inside. I sent an email about this and received a call from the owner about this. He found it very annoying that our evening had turned out the way it did and offered to come over for dinner again. We had eaten here before and we really enjoyed it, which is why I made a reservation at Gusto again, but this time it was really disappointing. But I thought his offer was great and we are going to eat tapas again soon. I will definitely leave another review afterwards, but I'm sure this will turn out fine. Thanks for the solution!

First of all, a compliment to the waiter/server in the white blouse/shirt. He fits perfectly into the catering picture. Friendly, humorous and very neat. There was little else to laugh about. Salad with goat cheese, walnut and honey turned out to be a bowl of bare lettuce. Many things were missing. This also included a creme brulee with a generous dollop of whipped cream on top to cover up the heavily burnt crust. And there were many more mistakes. That really can't be done. In addition, the food is extremely salty. I had to down 5 glasses of water at home. Sometimes it just cracked from the salt. Dishes ordered again were different each time. There was no unity. They also always brought the wrong dishes. Up to 4x. It was also a shame that the owner started discussing with other customers how badly the business was doing. Not good advertising. There were also very few tables occupied. And that for a Saturday evening..... We were able to make a reservation a day in advance. Not again for us.

Went to Gusto for the first time a few weeks ago and we had a delicious meal! The moksi is highly recommended, with lots of tasty and fresh vegetables. We got there through a social deal, so very affordable. Nice atmosphere, very nice and helpful service.

Gusto Drinks & Culinary Enjoyment is a disappointment on all fronts. To start with, the card is more of a wish list than an actual offer. Many items are simply not available, forcing you to drastically adjust your culinary adventure. The service and kitchen seem to have lost track of time, as everything is done at a snail's pace. A party for impatient guests. The so-called tapas range, which is supposedly supposed to provide culinary variety, turns out to be nothing more than a tasteless display of reheated microwave meals. The Cevapcici, which resemble strips of boiled kitten rather than a refined delicacy, are a direct insult to the taste buds. The bread board, touted as a masterpiece of flavors, consists of four toasted white sandwiches accompanied by two sauces that are apparently served with each dish. Culinary enjoyment? Rather culinary deception. The chef seems to limit his talent to operating the microwave, in which the so-called tapas are served lukewarm. A true culinary artist should show freshness and creativity, but here it seems more like a desperate attempt to disguise ready-made food as fresh dishes. All in all, Gusto Drinks & Culinary Enjoyment is a place where expectations and reality are miles apart. If you're looking for an authentic and flavorful culinary experience, I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague

I think Gusto is a really unique restaurant. The flavors are great. They also think creatively for vegetarians and vegans, so there are delicious dishes for everyone. I can't wait for our next visit! We are really grateful to them! 😄🍽️

Incredibly bad! I've been here once before in the past and it wasn't super bad but not super good either, I wanted to give it another chance because the concept is actually just great. But what a flop it was last night, the food was incredibly bad, many things were out of stock so we couldn't order them, I received something different several times even though I had ordered the same thing, but suddenly the recipe was very different. A number of dishes were cold, and the menu also stated what would be included with the dish, but you could see that there was not much left because many things were not included. In addition, my boyfriend and I have had a sore stomach from eating all day. To compensate, we got a cup of coffee, because the cappuccino didn't work. The young person who stood behind the bar tried his best to make us a cappuccino himself, but this was not possible and I think the milk was also expired because he could constantly smell the carton of milk. All in all, really bad, we spent 90 euros between the two of us for food that we couldn't eat, both of us were left with a very sore stomach, and we couldn't order what we wanted. This was the very last time. Never again.

Had tapas here and was a big disappointment. Star restaurant price but minimal quality and quantity.bruchetta was a cut off piece of baguette with something like tomato on it. Very small amounts of meat but loaded with bean sprouts and spring onions. Dishes lukewarm. Only the nasi was warm and tasty. The highlight was the dessert, I asked for churros without chocolate sauce and got 1 ring of churros without anything else (powdered sugar option?). Considering the price of €157, this was definitely not worth the money for the three of us.

As far as I'm concerned, Gusto is the tastiest restaurant in Winterswijk. The taste sensations are wonderful. Very friendly owner and employees. We also think creatively about delicious dishes for vegetarians and vegans. Can't wait for our next visit! Our gratitude is great.

The food at Gusto is delicious. The menu has many tasty choices. For me this is the restaurant in Winterswijk. Adjusting the dishes to vegetarian is no problem and the flavors remain fantastic, this is where you recognize the quality of a good chef!

Het eten was goed en lekker. Had alleen net iets warmer gemogen. Verder niets op aan te merken. Komen graag nog een keer terug.

We hebben super lekker gegeten en gedronken, ook goeie leuke sfeer. Echt een aanrader, wij komen zeker terug!!

Het personeel is jong, vriendelijk en enthousiast. Helaas ben ik minder positief over het eten. Het vlees van het voorafje (buikspek) was dusdanig taai, dat mijn man er haast in smoorde. Bij het hoofdgerecht idem. Ik had roti besteld. De kip was droog, de aardappelen hard en er zat geen ei bij. Dit was absoluut geen originele roti. Zonde van ons geld.

Erg leuke restaurant met vriendelijk personeel. Maar als je onbeperkt tapas (3 uur) hebt , dan gaat het erg langzaam met bestellen ! Iedere keer wachten tot dat je weer mocht bestellen , sorry maar dan noem ik het niet onbeperkt. Maar beperkt ! Geef elke tafel n eigen tablet om te bestellen (tip)

Eten was erg lekker. Jammer dat de warme keuken zo vroeg dicht is. We waren er vrijdag voor de high wine met tapas,s . Na een dag werken moet je dan al vroeg aan tafel om nog 3 uur te kunnen eten.

Laat in de namiddag met warm weer op het terras aangeschoven om wat te eten. Niet gereserveerd, maar er was nog voldoende plek. Ik ken dit etablissement nog toen het meer een koffiehuis was enkele jaren terug. Nu is het echt op de lunch en diner gefocust. Een verrassend menu. Klassieke Franse gerechten, maar ook Aziatisch/Indonesisch geïnspireerde gerechten, waartussen ook Surinaams getinte smaken. Wij hebben voor de Indische/Surinaamse rijsttafel gekozen voor 2 personen. Wel lekker van smaak en zoals gezegd verrassend. Haalt het natuurlijk niet helemaal bij een echte rijsttafel, maar we hebben genoten. Wel een punt van vebetering: kip was te gaar en niet mals. Je kunt hier overigens ook alles van de kaart in de vorm van een tapasmenu krijgen. Misschien voor een volgende keer om echt alles te proberen. Bediening is vriendelijk. Helaas begon pal naast ons iemand te vapen. Het wachten is op een algeheel rookverbod op terrassen waar gegeten wordt.

Ontzettend leuk klein restaurant, met een leuke menu kaart, waarvan de hoofdgerechten net effe anders worden bereid dan bij andere restaurants!! Heerlijk gegeten, vooral de Surinaamse roti!! Complimenten!!
