Went away for a long weekend. On the way there, ate a delicious fried egg here; what did I want on it? Well, a whole list of choices, great! On the way back, went for the chicken satay, absolutely fantastic. Very friendly staff, and orders were delivered super quickly.

Crew was really enthusiastic, friendly and helpful. The food was good and nutritious. The atmosphere was also: beside the highway, but still relaxing and green. I was just a bit disappointed having to pay for the toilets for every member of the family, after having enjoyed an extensive lunch in the restaurant.

We were there at 5:30 p.m. but there was no soup left; you don't expect that when dinner hasn't started yet...

Don't go there if you have a tan; it's clear they don't want that. The 3 people who came after me were served before me, with more complex orders... I was practically stared out of the place. Unfriendly and unclear staff, waited 15 minutes for a 'healthy' sandwich with 4 pieces of egg and the other ingredients just dumped on the bun. And that for about €7 for the sandwich itself; they couldn't even get a whole egg. Really a shame for a roadside 'restaurant'.

A regular stop of mine when I drive north, but also always good when I'm going back home or for coffee or food.

It is no longer a truckers' cafe like it used to be. Menu, service, and interior adapted to modern standards.

We arrived at 8:45 PM and had expected not to be able to eat here anymore because the restaurant closed at 9:00 PM. A lady went to check, and we were still able to order. The food arrived quickly and tasted very good. Even though the staff was already cleaning and tidying up, we absolutely did not feel rushed. Additionally, the staff was very friendly, calm, and not noisy while cleaning up. It was great that, despite being quite late, we were still served so well and courteously!

Polite and friendly service. The food was tasty, and the fries were hot when served. The small and large Coca-Cola were neatly packaged in catering containers, i.e., bottles.

The toilet receipt was not accepted and the cappuccino was lukewarm because they use milk from the fridge. For us, this is the first and last time we have been here.

They overcharge if you pay by card. And this overcharge is not even mentioned in the receipt/ bill.

Cozy restaurant with delicious food. Whenever we are in the area, we never drive past without stopping for a bite to eat and a drink. You can wonderfully relax here after your car journey in an atmospheric setting. Just that little bit extra! Very friendly service and dogs are welcome. You can order from the staff, but also via the QR code on the table. Very convenient. Plenty of clean toilets. If you are traveling in the opposite direction, you can also get here by parking at "Willemsbos service area" and walking through the tunnel under the highway.

The location has the potential to be atmospheric. The service is neutral. A lot of attention has been paid to the interior of the restaurant. It looks good.

Paying 10 euros to take a shower? What a terrible lack of respect. The bathroom is clean and very well maintained, but having to pay 10 euros is a huge lack of respect for the truck driver!

Visited at the end of April, shortly after noon. Nice surroundings, good restrooms, food not excessively expensive, but a 25-minute wait for two sandwiches when no one else was there and nothing arrived from the kitchen during that time is absolutely unacceptable.

I love coming back here again and again. Today a very nice lady suggested a refreshing drink Renett to me, now it is my favorite drink. Very nice and pleasant woman, thank you 🫶 the coffee was also delicious and with foam 😍 You took everything with you and the order was made very quickly. Until next time 🫶

Whether you come for a cup of coffee (with something tasty, perhaps), a good lunch, or dinner, we always receive friendly and enthusiastic service. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, with a lovely fireplace🪵 The restaurant is easily accessible from both sides of the highway! If you're on the "wrong side," you can go through the tunnel and be right in front of the entrance.

For a roadside restaurant, this has to be one of the best. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff and waitresses! The lunch menu is extensive, and the fried ham and cheese sandwich was delicious. There are lunchrooms that don't come close to this quality, and certainly not at these excellent prices. Highly recommended! Ample parking is available, including right in front.

A very friendly place, clean, tasty, and comfortable. But the best part is the service. I'm referring to the very nice waitress from Ukraine. I don't remember her name, but she's probably the only Ukrainian there.

It's great that you can order anything from the menu all day long. Good portions. Delicious sauces. We got our food (toasted sandwich, schnitzel) very quickly. They also have four different soups. Something for everyone! Lovely soft chairs and a homey atmosphere. Friendly service! You can use the restroom for 80 cents, which is deducted from your bill when you turn in your receipt. We'd been to Hajé restaurants before. Restaurant Nunspeet was our first. It was a great location. Spacious and atmospheric. The food was also delicious.

Super surprising was the offer of the gluten free chocolate cake in this Haje restaurant. Unexpectedly good atmosphere, after years a regular road restaurant, now an excellent provider.

My partner and mother-in-law had gotten drinks at Haje itself. My 7-year-old daughter had gotten bubble tea at the Dunkin across the street and they were sent away under the pretext that it was against the house rules. A 7-year-old. What nonsense. A lesson in hospitality wouldn't hurt.

Yesterday afternoon on my way back home I stopped for a drink at Hajé Wegestaurant, along the A28 near Nunspeet. I also decided to order something small, namely a portion of fries with mayonnaise plus two beef croquettes. The restaurant makes a clean, well-kept impression. Clean, tidy tables, clean chairs and a clean floor. The toilets also make a clean impression on me. You can even shower there. There is a very spacious parking lot. I don't have to wait long for the large cappuccino. The portion of fries and the beef croquettes are also brought to the table quite quickly. I have ordered this combination at this roadside restaurant before and I have the firm impression that the portion of fries and the croquettes have become smaller this time, but not cheaper. The fries and the croquettes taste excellent, mind you. Let that be very clear. The mustard is also there. I end the session with a coffee verkeerd. Just like the cappuccino, this is absolutely not bad in terms of taste and presentation. In total I had to pay EUR 21.05, which I think is quite expensive for what you get. The staff is very friendly and attentive. If you don't mind paying a little more for what you get, you can safely visit Hajé Wegrestaurant near Nunspeet: in the end this restaurant made a great impression on me.

The wait time for a take away sandwich was way too long.

We have eaten here before, but unfortunately this was probably the last time. My main course — a casserole with toast — consisted of two tiny pieces of toast, which didn’t really fill me up. I therefore ordered extra fries, but unfortunately they were undercooked. My girlfriend’s veggie burger came straight from the deep fryer, which seemed a bit lazy and disappointing. All in all, not a pleasant dining experience this time.

This must be one of the best highway stops I know of. The staff is super friendly, it is very clean and different from most stops. The prices are reasonable for a motorway stop. I like that you have different options and providers to charge your car as well.

Good place to stop for a break and something to eat. I liked the burger, it wasn't medium rare though. The taste of the burger and the bacon was good though. All day breakfast was also tasty. The service was friendly and the interior is nice. Downside is that the toilets weren't clean.

We have been coming here every now and then for years, always friendly service and delicious coffee... and not to forget the delicious sausage rolls. It is now a year later and unfortunately I cannot change this review. On Friday May 30th we ordered an omelette with ham and cheese baked with it, within 5 minutes the omelette was on the table, which to be honest seemed very fast to me. The cheese on the omelette was indeed melted, the ham under the omelette was quite wet. This in combination with egg yolks that were completely dry on the inside, made it clear to me that the omelette had not seen a pan but most likely been in either a microwave or a convection oven. However it was prepared, in my opinion it definitely did not come from a pan, which is a plus for a real omelette. Hopefully something can be done about this....

On 05/31/2025 I paid 10 euros just for a shower and the restaurant staff didn't want to give me anything extra, coffee or a sandwich.....
