So Thuisbezorgd says it's open, but the door says "On Holiday until January 15, 2026." It's a shame the Thuisbezorgd website is no longer trusted by its customers. It would be nice if the opening hours were correctly listed online... it would prevent frustration in front of a closed door.

It's a good restaurant, the food is very good and the portions are quite large.

It's gotten incredibly expensive, and the quality is really low. I paid an extra €4.50 to change white nasi to brown. It also tasted like nothing. Never again for me.

I ordered from this place several times, usually rice table for 2 ppl and am always happy with the service and food! I ask to change dishes sometimes (as my bf is Muslim and does not eat pork) and it was well followed! I recommend this place !

Food is heated up in the restaurant using a microwave and then delivered 🤮

Gets a 1 from me. Terrible service. I waited over an hour for my food, and when I called afterward, they gave me the typical "it's busy" response. I couldn't care less that it's busy. Either hire more delivery drivers, or don't take orders if you can't deliver on time! Last time ordering from here!

Very bad Everything spat out! I do not recommend anyone to eat here or get food. Not freshly made or working with old products. There really needs to be a check here! Chinese Goeveneurlaan is 100x better!!!!

I ordered at 2:30 PM to get it as soon as possible after 4:30 PM. I had to call at 5:30 PM to ask where it was. It turned out it wasn't supposed to arrive until then. And when it arrived, it was cold. I had to heat it up myself to be able to eat it, but it wasn't tasty anymore. I ordered one spring roll and one satay.

Ordered here for the first time: babi pangang bacon with nasi. The food was lukewarm, almost cold. It arrived well in advance, but they should have delivered it earlier instead of waiting until the delivery time. The food was decent (the bacon had a peculiar flavor, not really smoked, and the nasi was sticky) and plenty of it.

Ordered food here on Wednesday, January 15, 2025. The food was inedible. Such a waste of money...time to call the inspection service!

We have been waiting for our food for 2 hours now... when you call them all you hear is "Sorry, it's on its way". Food will be cold when it arrives at all. We will not order from here again, oh and work on your Dutch. When it comes to money they understand you, but when there are problems I don't understand you. In short, no understanding for late deliveries

Cheap food, large quantity but bad quality. Would not recommend.

What a disappointing experience we had at this restaurant. The food was of extremely poor quality, with strange hard pieces of meat. Even our cat, who is normally not picky and will eat anything, refused to eat it. That says enough! We ordered spring rolls and therefore paid for them, but unfortunately we did not receive them. When we called about this, we got an angry lady on the line who just kept shouting that we had not ordered spring rolls. Then she abruptly hung up. This is really no way to treat customers! Fortunately, on a second phone call we got someone else on the line, who finally looked at our order and confirmed that we had indeed ordered spring rolls. It was said matter-of-factly that we would receive the spring rolls for free with our next order. We would not have accepted this as there will certainly be no next order. Ultimately, the spring rolls were delivered later that evening, but unfortunately without the sweet chili sauce that came with them. In short, this restaurant not only has bad food, but also lousy service. That's not how you treat your customers. This was the first and also the last time for us!

I normally order food off the menu here. The lady who is there now is limited to the menu. I ordered tjaptjoi with taufu. Food a bit tasteless and the taufu was inedible. The food used to be really tasty and there was also another lady there.

Unfortunately it is no longer what it used to be! It was always affordable and you got a lot, now that they were on holiday when they got back I was immediately shocked by the prices! Besteld via uber eats. Er was een gerecht vergeten, maar deze werd netjes binnen een half uur nog bezorgd door een eigen bezorger.

Een van de beste buurt Chinezen van Den Haag. Daardoor altijd erg druk. Bestel tevoren om lange wachttijd te vorkomen.

Altijd snel goedkopere dan andere chinese zaken en lekker. Alleen tjap tjoy teveel komkommer vind ik beetje jammer andere betere groenten zou het lekkerder maken.

Ik haal nog steeds hier. Het is niet slecht maar het kan beter. Waar is de echte chinese smaak gebleven. Dat mis, zeker als je ermee bent opgegroeid. Eten is vooral gier betaalbaar.

Aanrader: kip met zwarte bonensaus.

Altijd vers en genoeg eten! Vriendelijke meid en Goedkope prijzen vergeleken met andere restaurants. Ik haal altijd mn eten af dus over de bezorging heb ik niks te zeggen. Ik blijf hier komen als ik hier in de buurt ben

Voor het eerst besteld bij Hang Zhou, vegetarische tjap tjoy met een grote bak mihoen. Eten was heerlijk en genoeg voor 2 personen.! Aardige bezorger die ondanks dat het erg glad is op de wegen toch is komen bezorgen. Ik ga hier zeker vaker bestellen!!

Vorige keer werd vegetarische Surinaamse nasi met vlees bezorgd en vandaag miste er iets van mijn bestelling. De vegetarische bami en fu yong hai zijn de enige gerechten die ik hier bestel en aan kan raden. De tjap tjoy is niet lekker, zeker niet met tofu en de Surinaamse nasi is normale nasi met twee eetlepels sojasaus.. Smaakt nergens naar. Wel prima service. Ik heb vaker meegemaakt dat ze te vroeg waren dan te laat.

eten was top alleen waren ze een portie sate vergeten toch wel een beetje jammer op een bestelling van €60,- vind ik toch een hoop geld om dan een incomplete bestelling te krijgen

Gewoon echt slecht, heb er geen andere woorden voor. Veel langer wachten dan in de app staat aangegeven. Als je belt is de bezorger altijd net de deur uit maar komt een uur later. Het eten is ook echt beneden de verwachting ik vermoed echt heel dicht bij bedorven.

Prijs kwaliteit is erg goed, afgehaald en kreeg het ook redelijk vlot, en niet te vergeten erg lekker ook.

Gemiddelde bezorg tijd 1,5 tot 2 uur

Vandaag besteld thuisbezorgd, 40 min, was er sneller, chinese bami besteld, kreeg tjou min, geroosterd varkenvlees ontbrak. Werd na bezorgd plus een pak kroepoek erbij. Netjes. Maar voortaan bellen voor bestelling en laten bevestigen. Veel, smakelijk enniet duur.

Bij de bestelling was iets fout gegaan. Hierover direct gebeld en hang Zhou heeft dit snel en prima in orde gemaakt. Chapeau

Bij afhalen is het eten best lekker ze hebben een groten afhaal kaart met veel lekkere gerechten, Chinees of Kantonees ook Surinaamse gerechten kan je er krijgen. Binnen is het ook gezellig en de mensen zijn vriendelijk.

Vandaag om 17:23 eten besteld gemiddelde bezorgtijden werd aangegeven 35 min. Half 8 pas gekregen. Rond 18:30 gebeld waar het bleef, dame zei dat de bezorger onderweg was. Eten was helaas aan de koude kant. Geef gewoon eerlijk aan dat je later komt door drukte en niet aan het lijntje houden is al onderweg. Na opwarmen etenswaar het wel goed.

Geen mooie Chinees... maar wel lekker en betaalbaar

Helaas voor ons de laatste keer. Wij hebben hier meerdere malen besteld, maar het lijkt niet te verbeteren. Een uur bezorgtijd, opvolgend waren de loempia's doordrongen in het vet, de babi pangang had een hele rare smaak, in de Koe Loe Yuk zat kippenvlees ipv. aangegeven varkensvlees. En om af te sluiten een stuk touw in de loempia vulling aangetroffen. Babi pangang spek en cha siew waren goed. *Foto geupload onder algemene foto's.

Eten redelijk. Medewerkers redelijk. Bezorgers hangen voor de deur en het zijn niet de meest aardig uitziende gasten..

Lekker eten. Ze hebben daar een maand menu; zeker aan te raden

Goed eten . Niet laten bezorgen ten zij je 1 uur wil wachten en niet alles krijgt wat je besteld heb.

Goed eten zolang het niet bezorgd wordt anders moet je een lange adem hebben

Prima eten en zeker niet te duur. Tevens word je netjes geholpen (in het goed Nederlands)

Ik vind het lekker eten. Niet te prijzig. Afhalen is beter dan laten bezorgen. Niet alleen voor de 2 eur die erbij komt maar omdat je snel bediend word.

We hebben hier een aantal keren eten afgehaald en in een aantal gevallen kregen we niet wat we hadden besteld (dat hadden we eigenlijk direct moeten controleren inderdaad). Je bestelt groente zonder paprika en je krijgt het toch. Of je bestelt groente en je krijgt helemaal geen groente. Vandaag kregen we i.p.v. groente een groot stuk kroepoek! Maar je mag het wel altijd terugbrengen, dan krijg je nieuw. Ze doen nooit moeilijk en zijn beleefd en vriendelijk, dat is een feit. Maar als je er thuis achterkomt ga je niet meer terug. En het eten is op zich prima en de prijs is goed. Dat moet gezegd worden.

Echt een schoon restaurant vriendelijk personeel en het eten was zeker lekker echt een aanrader !!!!
