Hao Hao in Noord

I had to wait a long time for my food. The Fouyong hai wasn't tasty. Vegetarian spring roll, not crispy. All in all mediocre. Used to be a fine place. Had been there for half a year and was shocked by the place. The windows could have used a wash and everything needed a fresh coat of paint. It all looked neglected. If you pay so little attention to your appearance, what attention do you pay to the food? I won't be coming back.

After an hour and 10 minutes, I thought I'd call. I was greeted politely, and immediately told them it was on its way. I had to wait another 25 minutes. I almost wanted to call again, but the food arrived. Cold. The soup, which I often order, was barely lukewarm. I usually burn my mouth from how hot it is. The spring roll had softened by the cooled steam, and I haven't tasted the nasi goreng yet because it's still heating up in the microwave. For the first time, I'm disappointed with Hao Hao's service. It's a 12-minute walk; it couldn't have gotten that cold. Unless they'd forgotten my order. If they had mentioned that when I called, my frustration would have been much less.

I ordered a meal and am appalled by the poor customer service. My food looks like someone threw it on the street. Sauce spilled in a Folk bag. It's a disaster. How can you deliver food like that to a customer?

Just got a delicious meal. Babi pangang, satay, chicken in black bean sauce. With Chinese noodles and rice. Delicious, and I'll eat the leftovers again tomorrow ;-). I did have to wait a bit because it was incredibly busy, which is understandable with this quality.

We've been getting our Asian meals from this Chinese restaurant for years; 👌🏽 fantastic! Friendly people, great food! P.S. If you like it a bit spicy, we recommend the "Bami Afrika" 😋

My husband had picked up our food. The spring roll was full of bean sprouts and few pieces of ham. We had babi pangang, chicken satay, and noodles. Everything had little flavor. The meat was also tough. I wanted to take it back, but my husband said never mind, I'm never going back. And as I read in the reviews, it didn't help either. I don't know what happened. It used to be a great place.

The order arrived soaking wet, and a container of sauce had leaked. Hao Hao offers no proper compensation. I'll never order again.

Fantastic! I had it delivered to my home, and it was incredibly fast! The food was nice and hot and exactly what I expected!

The food tasted good, but I think the delivery person didn't seal anything. All the sauces were all over the containers. The mini spring rolls were all soggy, and I probably asked for an allergy. There were no mushrooms in the egg, but it was full of them. I could call the delivery person, but then another half hour later. Despite the reasonable taste, you still don't enjoy the food because of the sauce everywhere and the soggy spring rolls. It's a shame, but I won't be ordering this again.

We had to wait 2 hours and 30 minutes for our food to be precise, it was truly scandalous, the food was cold, very disappointing... the last time we went, it was a shame!

Ordered at 17:15, would be delivered within 30-55 minutes. Called at 18:30, would take another half hour. Called again at 19:05, it was ready but could take another half hour!? (1 km further?) In the end we picked it up ourselves. The food was almost cold. Offered apologies but had to ask for the delivery costs back ourselves.

Prima eten wel een erg gedateerd afhaalpunt. Maar gedateerd betekent niet slecht. Functioneel!

Een paar dagen geleden eten besteld zo anderhalve uur moeten wachten en het eten was koud/lauw wat een ramp de helft van het eten was bezorg zo weer 3 kwartier moeten wachten en het eten was niet lekker zeker geen aanrader wij gaan daar niet meer bestellen

Prima eten , vooral de babi pangang is voortreffelijk. Alleen de ruimte waar je op je eten moet wachten is te smerig voor woorden . Hoog tijd voor een hele goede schoonmaakbeurt.

Altijd heerlijk gegeten, maar als het druk is kunnen er nog wel eens dingen misgaan. Gaaf dat ze soms in een Tesla bezorgen!

Planten staan te verpieteren buiten en de gangpaden zijn allemaal afgesloten, vanwege corona maatregelen, maar dan mag je er nu met max 3 personen in of door. Ik snap het wel maar het is geen handige oplossing. Laat dan minder bezoekers binnen.

Lekker. De Afrikaanse nasi is heerlijk. En het Sam Sing menu, met keuze uit 3 gerechten, is een goede deal!

Prima kwaliteit eten maar in de loop der jaren zijn ze veel te duur geworden.

Snelle service, vlotte meiden die je netjes helpen. De wachtruimte is een beetje bouwvallig maar dat weegt niet op tegen het heerlijke eten voor een lage prijs. 30 euro eet je bijna 2 dagen met zijn 2-en van!
