Got takeout with a few friends. Sabich Bowl and Shawarma bowl. We're big fans of Israeli cuisine, so it seemed like a good idea. We ordered the bowl instead of pita for our big appetite. These folks have heard the bells ringing but don't know where the clapper hangs. The bowl consisted of a slug of lettuce and three fried eggplants... The pita bread was meh, the sauces meh (bad tahini). The shawarma bowl also didn't have much shawarma. And that for €12 per person. Expensive (and tasteless) salad, haha. There's authentic Israeli food in Amsterdam, but compared to this, at Maos, you'd feel like you're in Tel Aviv.

The service is very friendly. The pancakes are relatively large. Prices are ok. There is some room for improvement in terms of taste. Unfortunately the entire menu is still available (ingredients were not in stock - a shame). But all in all very good.

Lekkere pannenkoeken, vriendelijke bediening, mooie locatie. Zeker een aanrader en ik zal nog vaker terug komen!
