I walked in and said hello, but the employee just looked at me and was busy cutting. I walked to the cash register because I wanted to pay cash. I looked at the menu and closed it again because I already knew what I wanted to order. But the employee remained in his own world and kept cutting. I stood at the cash register for a few minutes like an idiot with my wallet in my hand, because the man didn't even look at me. Then I decided not to bother him and left. The food is great, but the service is terrible. Not a single "hello," and no interest in what the customer wanted to order (I was alone in the restaurant).

So sad this place goes downhill. Used to be our favorite place to eat, lately the quality becomes worse and worse. Tried to give it a last chance only to realize we are wasting our precious time. Food smells funny, paying extra for ingredients which you hardly find, everything looks like prepared fast and sloppy, missing ingredients or mixing up the orders. Unfortunately last time we ordered here. Hopefully the quality in The Hague might still good enough so we can eat there next time. On the positive we didn’t have to cook.

I was really craving a delicious poke bowl, which I ordered from Uber Eats. Then it took forever, forever, and then it was canceled at the end, and I didn't have dinner. So I wouldn't order from here.

Delicious food, you can make any combination you like for a very affordable price. Super friendly staff and caring. Would for sure recommend it.

I was here at the door on September 22 at 11:40, unfortunately the staff indicated that they had started too late and would not open until 12:00.

As a poke bowl lover, this place was a huge disappointment. The poke bowls we picked up were delivered in a cardboard container, which was soaking wet by the time we ate. Furthermore, the rice was very watery; the dish was more like a soup with some vegetables and rice mixed in. The pulled chicken was also very bland. Definitely not something we'll be returning to, unfortunately.

A poke bowl with many options. The M size is more than enough. Generous and varied portions. And good.

I felt like being comforted with some good food after a rough week. I invited my friends over to the couch to eat what I thought was a delicious poke bowl and watch a movie. Nothing could be further from the truth. The day I'd been looking forward to so much has completely vanished. The week that was supposed to be so enjoyable has fizzled out. And all because of the flavor explosion of something called a pulled chicken poke bowl, in a bad way. I honestly haven't eaten something this disgusting very often; the flavors combined are extremely strange. I taste chicken with BBQ sauce, canned baby corn, jalapenos, and rice with a pickle juice dressing. Whoever came up with this really needs to think twice.

Tasty Poke Bowl but I found the place rather dirty and the tables looked like they hadn't been wiped down regularly.

Waited over 20 minutes for a simple berry bomb smoothie and a lemon and green tea drink. The place was empty, and the waitresses were cleaning the whole time. The Hawaiian poke bowl used to be delicious and fast, but now it's just a small amount of food for the same price as before, and the service is poor.

For the 10th, maybe the 11th time I didn't get cutlery with my delivery. I get food but no cutlery. There is no logic in this. Often filed a complaint but nothing is done about it!

Really great bowl shop in Delft! Prices start from €14 for an S-Bowl. The portion is anything but small (see photo). You get very full and you can put together the ingredients yourself. Lots of vegan and vegetarian choices. I am very satisfied and would love to come back!

Good poke but yesterday was the third time I got my delivery wrong, I normally order from this place but its been many times now that I receive less than what I order or they just give me an order from someone else, I got a refund but still not all of us were able to have dinner

Normally very satisfied with the poke bowls, today had to wait ridiculously long during pick-up and they also forgot the protein from my bowl... Phone number does not work, so I could not even call.

I ordered poke bowl today. Normally it is very tasty and richly filled. But now one of the containers was much less than the other. It differed by about 40% in weight. I thought this was ridiculous. The sweet potato fries were also ice cold. Very unfortunate because we are normally used to good things from you. Very unfortunate because you also pay quite a lot and then expect it to be well stocked. You can also see in the photo that there is a clear difference. We called you and the answer was that you are training new people. This should not be an excuse to deliver cold and half full food

Staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming and gave us fantastic poke bowls. They were about to close and had some leftover ingredients. Instead of throwing them out, they gave it to us. A very warm and tasty experience. I would definitely recommend visiting this place to have some of the best well filled poké bowls!

You order......an hour and forty-five minutes later you receive your food. Guess what…cold! You then call politely to see if there is a solution. You will then receive an answer. " Madam, you have to go to Uber because they are responsible. Huh... I order from Hawaii poke bowl, right? And you have a collaboration with Uber, right? Isn't it your name that is now being thrown out there? No solution or compensation from Hawaii poke bowl Delft. Thank you for the good service! The best poke bowls are in Hawaii. This place is on the other side of the Globe, but it is worth its name! Absolutely recommended!

The service was good and I had my meal brought to me very fast, but it wasn't very tasty. It had too much cooked beet and mayonnaise that took over all of the fresh ingredients.

Order by machine, you can make your own ingredients of your choice, the classic ones are delicious, the chicken tastes a bit salty, the whole bowl has a rich taste, recommended, the store environment is great

Phew, one of the better Poké bowls! Well filled, full to the brim and not just with rice. Good quality ingredients and really fresh and the lady behind the counter made it perfect with her pleasant smile and chat. We will definitely come back here.

Ho trovato questo posto per caso camminando per la città. Ho preso una poke creata da me di taglia regular. Il tutto era molto buono, la qualità degli ingredienti ottima e la cortesia del personale elevata. Unica pecca la dimensione del contenitore in quanto era troppo piccolo per la quantità di cibo e ciò rendeva difficile mangiare senza far cadere nulla.

I found this place by accident while walking around the city. I got a poke created by me in regular size. Everything was very good, the quality of the ingredients was excellent and the courtesy of the staff was high. The only flaw was the size of the container as it was too small for the amount of food and this made it difficult to eat without dropping anything.

Fits quite well. My companions thought the bowls were great, I found it a bit boring. On the one hand, it's good that everything is left so "natural", but on the other hand, I missed some spice.

I've never experienced such a slow service! I think the workers are meditating in stead of preparing food. I've waited more than 30 minutes for just one sushirito, while there are only 2 tables occupied in the restaurant, just unbelievable!

Nice Pokè place with lots of ingredients options. It’s a bit pricey, but food topping quality is generally great. The place is not so spacious, but tables are big enough for easily 3-4 people. Ordering system is through Electronic Kiosk, which makes preset faster and easier. Staff served us our food when it was ready. Overall, nice place for maybe healthy lunch. It’s in the central of Delft City, so it’s also easy to locate.

Eating in the restaurant takes a very long time. All collection and delivery takes priority. The food is delicious but you have to wait a very long time.

Ordered a salmon bowl for delivery. It was bland beyond bland. I am actually impressed how they managed to keep it that bland. The so-called "wasabi mayo" has absolutely no wasabi or horse radish. Not even a hint. This is the weirdest poke bowl I have ever had. All the ingredients are seemingly there, yet there is absolutely no seasoning. Even the wakame is tasteless, which should be at least briney. Visually it looks like a poke bowl, but tastes like eating a tub of plain mayo. It was the same for my partner's bowl, we are both disappointed.

Tuna was fishy and soft, Rice was very bland and the sriracha mayo had zero flavour.

Guy there is very difficult about switching dressings because he then makes a loss.

I ordered from here because it seemed like a healthy option. Granted, it said it had teriyaki sauce on it, but this was an absurd amount of teriyaki sauce...instead of a healthy meal, it felt like I was eating candy. Way too sweet and unhealthy, and a shame because a poke bowl really doesn't need that. A small drizzle is more than enough. For the rest very tasty and fresh.

My, my, my, my. Trouble. I think I'll eat a pooke bool, Mr. Koepeertje tells me fifteen minutes after I order and pay for my food that the white rice is gone. Then the gentleman refused to make more white rice, this was obviously too much effort for him 1.5 hours before closing time. As a replacement I was allowed to choose between quinoa and brown rice, but he refused to give anything in compensation. Not even anything to drink. Didn't have a pleasant dining experience. Unfortunately.

Normally fine, now very disappointed. Rice was finished at 8 o'clock, they told me after I had been waiting fifteen minutes for my food. Staff did not want to make a new one because it was too much trouble. Then treated unfriendly and also not given enough quinoa. (Had a large it was honestly no bigger than my size which had an m). We ordered Poke Bowls a few days ago. They put a load of Toppings on the bowl and it tasted great!! You can build your own bowl and they have a lot of vegan options too! The sauces were a bit runny but tasted great! My friend got a Salmon bowl and got plenty of the more expensive ingredients like fish! Definitely recommend, even though its pretty expensive (we payed around 15EUR on just a bowl each)…

There was only 2 employees in the kitchen and couldnt cope with the 4 tables orders. The order took litterally 45mn to reach our table. It was SOOoO slow and the lady was saying “sorry its very busy” while the entire place can only fit 6 tables.

Sehr gute Bowl, tolle und große Auswahl, man kann sich seine Bowl aus verschiedenen Zutaten selbst zusammenstellen. Es war alles frisch zubereitet. Wirklich gut, vielen Dank.

Poke bowl généreuses, très variées, vraiment personnalisables, il y en a pour tous les goûts et toutes les faims. Ingrédients frais et bons. Je recommande. J'ai testé à Rotterdam et à Delft, les deux sont top.

Helaas lijkt mijn ervaring haaks te staan op de consensus. De salmon bowl was een met mayonaise doordrenkte brei waarin de overige ingrediënten verloren ronddobberden. De veel te zoute pulled chicken bowl had überhaupt niks met Poké te maken en leek eerder uit een Mexicaans restaurant ontsnapt. Allround ook niet onder de indruk van de gebruikte ingrediënten: smakeloze kerstomaatjes, flauwe avocado, te zoute kip. Tsja. Het was simpelweg niet echt goed en zeker niet goed genoeg om de concurrentie aan te gaan met andere Pokébowl-bouwers. Spijtig.

Super lekker en verse poké bowls! We waren hier 1,5 week geleden en er was veel keuze en een leuke inrichting. Ook super lief personeel en leuke muziek💃. We komen zeker weer eens terug💖.

That’s one of my favorite eating place in Delft! I love poke bawls and this is one of the few places that does poke as I like. The bowls are huge and tasty, with a lot of condiments. Furthermore, people working there are always nice and helpful. Erg legger!
