Pizzeria Da Salvatore in Wijk 11 Binnenstad

According to their website the restaurant should be open. On arrival it was closed again. This has happened to us several times, which is a shame.

The tastes of pizza is good. I ordere quattro formaggio and I like pizza with cheese. The guys also nice. The portion also can satifsies you.

Fantastic pizza and great service. The kids were allowed to watch the pizza maker and the brick oven. We got there early. The furniture is dated and it smells a bit musty.

Op deze geweldige locatie aan de mooiste gracht van Delft authentiek Italiaans gegeten. Heerlijke gerechten (grote keuze!) met mooie italiaanse wijnen tegen een goede prijs-kwaliteit-verhouding. Het restauranthouder gerund door een echt Italiaans gezin. Een pareltje in Delft. Reserveren is wel handig want we hebben eerder misgetast……..

Very good Italian. We ordered authentic carbonara pasta!! Vitello tonnato and lasagna. Everything was very tasty and well-cooked. A couple of wheat beers and a glass of wine. Priced at 60 euros for everything. The owner was very kind and friendly. His two sons who work with him were very professional. We'll go back on Sunday to try the pizzas. Thanks for a fantastic dinner!

Great local, friendly and good food

We had a fabulous dinner here. We started with bruschetta and then had Bolognese pasta and a mushroom bianca pizza and they were all really good. So far our favorite Italian food in Delft. They were really busy, but everyone was nice and food came pretty quickly.

I came with a Dutch friend and it was quiet and nice to have dinner! The staff was also friendly.

The place is very average, with ikea furniture… not so comfortable seats. The food is ok, but not according to Delft standards. There are plenty of places that have much better Italian food. The pizzas are acceptable but not amazing… I don’t recommend the Salvatore pizza. The mussles pasta was also not so good, unfortunately. The service is ok, but abit slow… I don’t know why it took an hour for pizza.

Fantastic pizza, friendly staff!

The service and atmosphere were great and the food was really good. The lasagna was delicious as well as the Bistec Siciliana, pizzas, and tiramisu. We will definitely be back.

The pizzas are among the best in Delft. Very cosy atmosphere, excellent service and all that for an incredible price.

Went on a Monday night with the family for our last day in Delft. Not many customers, but incredible food! Waiter was really good! Wood fired pizzas, the best we have had in the Netherlands. Daughter had Bolognese and wife had an incredible house salad that was loaded. The best dinner we had in Delft!! Affordable and large portions!

This is a really Italian shop - the cook and waitress stay in the family - you can sit and enjoy - unfortunately only inside, it was too cold outside...

Na een dag door druilerig Delft te hebben gewandeld en enkele musea te hebben bezocht was een bezoek aan dit restaurant perfect Heerlijk gegeten met een perfect voorgerecht en een pizza uit een echte houtoven achter in het restaurant Klein stukje buiten centrum maar is echt de moeite waard

Music was a perfect italian background, cozy ambiance. Great service, our server was so kind, friendly and super patient. The food was really good. I had the bisteca Siciliana, I tried my boyfriend's and my friends, can't remember their names but they were so good. Their salmon appetites and all. You can tell they use fresh produces and quality ingredients. We left feeling happy with our overall food and service. Thank you!!

Heerlijk gegeten en goede bediening. De pizza's worden in een traditionele oven gebakken en zijn top. A la carte is ook een aanrader, bijvoorbeeld kalfssteak met gorgonzola saus om je vingers bij op te eten... Chapeau en ga zo door. Een persoonlijk puntje zou ik willen aandragen om kleine pizza's als voorgerecht aan te bieden.

I've ordered here a couple times and since the owner is Italian I expected a very nice pizza. Turns out this pizza is very Dutch-like, the crust is sturdy and the ingredients are cheap. Prices are alright for the Netherlands.

un saluto a Salvatore ... Gentilissimo , lui e i figli sono persone fantastiche. Cucina ottima, servizio veloce e curato. Personalmente mi sono sempre sentito a casa. Spero di tornare presto

Leuk restaurant, vriendelijke bediening, zeer smakelijk voorafje, pasta was heerlijk en hetzelfde gold voor de wijn. Prima indruk voor de eerste keer.

Llegamos a la hora de cierre a las 10 pm, pero fueron agradables al dejarnos comer y servirnos. Teníamos pizzas y postre de tiramisú. Todo era una cena sabrosa e ingredientes de alta calidad. No es caro para el tamaño de las porciones, también recomendamos la lasaña. ¡Valió la pena entrar!

Food is really good, Service rather bad. We got one wrong pizza, the waiter took ages though idling around to serve us.

The pizza here is surprisingly good and authentic and is cheaper than most other places. Maybe other places are more well-known, but this is definitely one of the best pizza restaurants in Delft!

One of the most traditional places in Delft. Good pizza.

When we visited Rotterdam a colleague living in Delft recommended this place as he goes there almost every week. It's a cozy small place run by a real Italian family and is considered one of the best in Delft especially for pizza. They have a real home-built wood oven (walk to the back and look for yourself) and make delicious pizza's. The rest of the menu is basic but good, exactly as you'd expect in a small family owned restaurant. Besides the great pizza's I would also recommend the cannelloni, the Sicilian beef (ask for the Nero d'Avola with that) and the Pangasius filet The owner is originally from Sardinia and obviously serves a good Vermentino di Sardegna which goes well with the anti pasta.

Delicious pizzas and a very cozy place. Spicy pizza was actually spicy, something that is not often the case. Definitely a recommendation.

Lekkere italiaanse pizza's uit een traditionele houtoven. Da Salvatore heeft lage prijzen en gebruikt pure ingrediënten. Ook de andere gerechten zien er mooi en authentiek Italiaans uit. Een aanrader voor een lekker maar niet te duur hapje buuten de deur.
