Really great cafe. Staff were all lovely. Excellent hot chocolate that was actually hot,so hot I couldn't hold the glass to start with. In England you have to ask for extra hot and it still isn't hot enough. I hope to return in the future.

Absolutely packed and for good reason - the service is warm and informative and the coffee is excellently prepared. Nice touch of a small wedge of cake with it!

Great coffee spot in the heart of Dordrecht. Hazel does coffee right, smooth, balanced, and clearly made with care. The baristas know their beans (I tried the “Blendy Blend”), and the milk texture on my flat white was spot on. The place itself feels warm and easygoing, with a minimalist setup, plants, and big windows overlooking the street. It’s perfect for a quiet morning or a break during a walk through town. Definitely one of the better coffee stops in Dordrecht.

Best coffee and vegan food in Dordrecht

Extremely rare that I return to the same place twice on a singular visit, but for Hazel I was forced to make an exception! The overnight oats satisfied all my cravings; blueberries, nuts, dried fruit in a base of coconut milk I believe. On top of that I do not usually enjoy peanut butter, but their home-made peanut butter has made me reconsider. It's complimenting this superior breakfast unbelievably well, taking the whole experience to another level. And it's super healthy! Phenomenal 👏

If you're the type of person who is after a really good cup of coffee, this is the place for you. They offer two types of beans - chocolaty or fruity. We chose fruity as a flat white and it was very flavorful with no burt or sour flavors.

Super lekker cappuccino bij Hazel!!! Wij hadden cappuccino met (Oatly) havermelk: heerlijk!!! We hadden Hazel gevonden op European Coffee Trip: een geweldige app om fantastische koffie-adresjes in Europa te vinden. Perfect tijdens je vakantie; altijd heerlijke koffie met huisgemaakt lekkers. Zo ook hier: de koffie was FANTASTISCH en het lekkers erbij ook. Wij hadden een heerlijke, verse boterkoek en een brownie. Allebei heerlijk. WIJ KOMEN ZEKER TERUG!!!

Nice and unobtrusive service, bright and spacious room thanks to the large number of windows (I can imagine how nice it would be in the summer), delicious breakfasts with the option of a vegan menu In the restroom you will find some feminine items, and near the bar there are brochures with interesting events in the city

Hazel can be found in a corner building on Voorstraat, beyond the usually busy part of the center. Yet many people find their way here and that is understandable, because you will not easily find a better cup of coffee in one of the many variations served here in Dordrecht and the surrounding area. The place is almost always full. The pastries are also delicious, especially the lemon cake and the butter cake, homemade. You can also go here for something like an excellent quality sandwich. Diverse audience. Modest music from Sonos speaker. Friendly staff. Clean and fresh toilet (also important). I like coming here. During the warmer periods of the year there are tables outside. Highly recommended in every respect.

What makes Hazel so special for me is the combination of great coffee and their selection of (vegan) baked goods. You really notice that the menu is worked on with care and attention. The atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Whether you quickly drop in for a coffee to go or want to quietly enjoy a breakfast or lunch, there is always a place for you. The staff are friendly and the service is quick, without feeling rushed. In short, Hazel is recommended for anyone who likes good coffee, fresh bread and a cozy spot in the historic center of Dordrecht. Become a regular stop for me!

Heb er een overheerlijke cappuccino gedronken met een carrot cake gebakje. Goede kwaliteit ingrediënten want je proeft het.

Dit hele fijne koffiezaakje is mijn lievelings hier in Dordt. Hier vind je de allerlekkerste koffie, thee, (belegd) brood, croissantjes, lekkers zoals bananenbrood of chocolate chip cookies èn heerlijke overnight oats. De sfeer is altijd gezellig. Dikke vette aanrader ♥️

Knus en gezellig plekje om te ontbijten. De tosti en de kaascroissant waren echt heel goed. De koffie is zeker ook een aanrader en kan je ook "to go" bestellen. Ik had helaas geen plek meer voor de zoetigheden, want deze zagen er echt ook goed uit. Ik heb hier met twee vriendinnen heel leuk ontbeten. Was een heerlijk begin van de dag.

My experience with HAZEL has been nothing but amazing. Interior. Great interior, I can only respect the selection of furniture, greatly adds to the vibe of the place. Friendly staff. To address some other reviews, I’ve never experienced anything unpleasant being an international. Coffee. It just tastes great. Perfect milky foam, amazing bean selection (very smooth and silky taste, no noticeable sour notes). Desserts. 9/10 times deserts taste fresh and it’s nice they got some variety to choose from. Always grabbing something to go.

Heel vaak voorbij gelopen en vandaag heb ik er eindelijk een ontbijtje gegeten. Vegan breakfast en een flat white. Dit was heel lekker en ook nog eens vriendelijk geprijsd. Aanrader!!

Super lekkere koffie (Man met bril..!) en aardige mensen die een hele relaxte sfeer neerzetten. Mooie zaak met mini terras aan de zijkant wat helaas wel weinig in de zon is. Echt gemiste kans dat ze dicht zijn op zondag, zoals veel horeca in Dordt. Lunch kaart spreekt me niet echt aan want is vrij sober.
