Been there before, but it wasn't top-notch then. This time I sat upstairs and was served by Lela, which was really great. Served quickly, glasses were never empty. It was Saturday night, but the food was served at a reasonably normal pace. Definitely coming back more often.

There are several areas where you can sit. The area outside is a bit quieter. The large place is very beautiful, but noisier. And there was another, more spacious one that we didn't visit.

Super fun evening. Nice concept, service nice and fast and cheerful. In short: just really nice.

Nice concept, well thought out, tasty and diverse food. Quite large with an upper floor. Parking isn't easy, but then again... it is in the middle of a residential area. Large outdoor terrace is quite cozy. Friendly staff and fast service. Also very suitable for larger groups or parties.

What a fantastic concept. Small portions of food in 3 different variations. And you can order every 20 minutes using your phone. Cozy atmosphere and such service. This is highly recommended for a fixed price. Certain drinks have to be paid for separately, which is a plus. One downside I found was that there is no disabled toilet and, for mothers with small children, no table for changing small children.

We ate here for the first time and what a fun concept! You can order anything from the menu, 2 at a time, and they are brought to you in mini portions. So you end up eating more than one dish. We were treated by friends.

The worst food ever. They didnt even succeed with the loaded nachoes (horrible) and the freshness of the steak tartar was very questionable. After 6 small dishes we didnt want to order more, despite paying a high price for an "all you can eat experience". The venue and location is deceptive, as the quality of food was way worse than McDonalds. Tasteless, low quality food all over!

Mediocre food; a lot of it comes straight from the deep fryer, but also some very weird combinations: vegetarian chicken submerged in maple syrup on a Belgian waffle 🧇. The wait staff (children) were running around like headless chickens. I wondered what the point of a table number is if they go around every table asking who ordered what. The group area was a cramped, stuffy, hollow space; I felt like we were being locked away in a dungeon!

The beautiful restaurant is located in a cozy old neighborhood of Delft. There isn't much parking space, but we found a spot nearby. Parking was free on Sundays. The acoustics and climate control could be better (noisy and too warm). The dining concept and dishes are delicious. Some dishes would taste better from the oven (microwave puff pastry isn't tasty). Service was outstanding; a big compliment to Laura and Anouk!

What a great concept this was, and what a beautiful building they are located in. Finding their location was a bit of a search, as you wouldn't expect to find them there. But upon arrival, it was a beautiful and authentic building. I also learned from the group how this building came into existence and what had been housed there. The menu was very extensive, and the food was phenomenal. I think we ordered about 7 times. Because it consisted of small bites, you could try many different things. Although I don't like everything, so there is a choice for everyone. Whether it was vegetarian, fish, or meat, the selection was wide. I also thought it was funny that you could even do reverse dining and just start with dessert. Oh, and let's talk about the staff as well. There is plenty of staff walking around; almost all of them on the day we were there were cheerful, sweet, and ran around like crazy to serve everything. The food was served well and quickly by them every time. Big compliments to the whole team! 🤗 Yessss, just like I said, amazing and definitely recommended for everyone to try! * July 1, 2026 - Celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary today and it was simply exquisite again! We tried to have a conversation with the manager, but unfortunately, it was impossible to reason with this gentleman. There was no discussion for us to pay half either. A very unpleasant guy, and unfortunately, this resulted in an unpleasant start to the evening that ruined the atmosphere. So, we will never be coming here again.

Had dinner with family yesterday, ordered the 3-course menu. The food wasn't special and was lukewarm. The drinks are the usual money-making scheme given the prices.... Nice to have tried it once.

I would give it between 3.5-4 ⭐️. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. Regarding the food - a mixed experience with different dishes. Especially the fried dishes were not tasty; fried for too long, too dry (sushi roll and crispy shrimp) and greasy. I also reported this to the serving staff. Tuna sashimi, salmon taco, tartar, yakitori, gyoza, pan-fried shrimp, fries - these dishes were very tasty. However, for our taste, they could also add less mayonnaise to the dishes. It is good that when ordering, it is possible to choose a dish with or without sauce 👍. It is annoying that with QR scanning, your session expires after the order, and you have to scan the QR again with every order, so scanning this QR at least 6-8 times or multiple times is too much in my opinion. Overall, it was a pleasant evening and a new experience.

We dined here last Sunday (Pentecost) with 8 people. It started off a bit awkwardly; we were seated on the terrace at 3 tables pushed together between 2 benches. In our opinion, that is suitable for 6 people. When we subsequently asked the waitress if an extra table could be added, she had to go and ask around, and we didn't see her again. A little later, we asked a male colleague, who returned after some consultation with the message that this was unfortunately not possible. When we then asked for 2 extra chairs for the ends of the table, it could not be guaranteed that the chairs would be clean due to bird droppings. Nevertheless, there was some surprise when a party in the same situation arrived half an hour after us, and a table was indeed added for them shortly afterwards. In the end, we managed with one extra chair and decided not to pay any more attention to it. Otherwise, everything was satisfactory. Ordering the food was done via an app, and the waiting time before it was served was sufficient. The waitresses did their best and were particularly focused on serving the food correctly. They regularly asked if everything was to our liking and if we wanted anything else to drink. Empty plates were generally cleared on time, although it was just a bit cramped with 8 people at 3 small tables, meaning we had to squeeze in every time. The food is what you expect. Not very special, but nothing that deserves a negative review either. After eating several rounds and enjoying dessert, all in all, we simply had a nice evening. The location is beautiful in the park, and on a summer day, it is a pleasant place to be.

A cozy spot to eat with friends. The concept of unlimited small dishes really appeals to us, ensuring there is something for everyone. Parking is free in the small parking lot. Parking further away in the parking garage is recommended.

The food was fine for the price-quality ratio. The service was reasonable. We were served by different people. Empty plates were not always cleared immediately, leaving the table full and forcing us to stack them. Additionally, it had been agreed to congratulate the birthday boy or girl festively with the last course. This was forgotten. The toilets were not clean. The cloakroom looked unclean, messy, like a storage area, and there were chips on the floor.

Ordering your food at the table with an app... not really my thing. Some dishes were very tasty, but others were just not good. Not for me.

The food is fine, but it takes so long to get it. We never received the coffee after dessert because our waitress had to settle the bill downstairs, so she didn't have time to bring it up. The waitress who served us did provide good service regarding ordering drinks, etc. We were seated upstairs, and I find the atmosphere there a bit less appealing than downstairs.

Had a delicious meal at this beautiful restaurant. It is located in an old theater in a quiet neighborhood in Delft. Super friendly staff and fast service. A young team with the right, service-oriented mentality! The concept is also nice: food and drinks for one price. But without the feeling that you are in a 'food factory'. Reservations are necessary given its popularity.

You can tell immediately that he enjoys his work, and that makes the experience extra personal. We felt truly welcome! And this was my very first time, mind you. And it certainly won't be my very last. Good staff is rare, so keep this young man and let him be an example to the rest! See you soon :)

It is always lovely to go out for a nice meal here; the small bites and portions make it a real treat. The sheer number of dishes to choose from often makes it difficult. Tasty food, wide selection on the menu, good service.

Service could be better. If you want someone at the table, it takes a very long time. And the brioche bun with the steak tartare was really old and tough. I hope they do something about this. Otherwise, we enjoy coming here. And they will get more stars once they have done something about it.

On March 21, 2026, we visited Heinde Delft with 4 adults and a child. We were received courteously, shown to our table properly, and given an explanation of the concept. We were served by Nika; she was fantastic, customer-friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. The other staff were also professional. Regarding the rest, I can be brief: food and drinks were perfect, and waiting times were short. Final conclusion: keep up the good work and give Nika a position in the company.

There are a lot of people working the tables, but they provide good service. Friendly. It's a bit crowded, though, and the wait times are long. There's also a 20-minute wait between orders to place another. The average price is also a bit higher than expected. Such a shame! They're very festively decorated for the holidays, though. The restrooms are less hygienic.

Google says the restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a disabled toilet. Wheelchair access requires an aluminum ramp. There are several doorsteps in the building. And there is NO DISABLED TOILET. The food is good. The staff serves the food, but they're not very talkative. The atmosphere is noisy. All you hear is loud talking.

A cozy, atmospheric restaurant in Delft. We sat in the conservatory. The dishes were all excellent, and €37.50, including drinks and desserts, is good value for money. Ahmed was very friendly and regularly asked if we wanted another drink. I also really enjoyed the brownie. In short, highly recommended if you want to linger over a meal.

At Heinde, you can enjoy a selection of delicious snacks. The price (including drinks) is a bit more attractive. Ordering via QR code wasn't entirely flawless: although the order was entered correctly on our phone, it apparently didn't reach the kitchen. The carpaccio was partially raw. We were seated in the "stage area," so it was a quieter setting with a nice view.

The ordering app is a disaster. One phone for over 10 people. Occasionally, half the order didn't arrive. The portions are very small.

The quality has declined. Cheap wine, tough steak, lukewarm appetizers, and smaller portions. I understand if you order more appetizers, but a 1cm square piece of ham is really quite meager.

Mediocre restaurant. Beautiful setting, friendly staff, and it's nice that drinks are included, but we found the food very disappointing. A few dishes were tasty, but most were mediocre or not good at all. Nothing was presented beautifully either, which contributed to the rather cheap look. It was also striking that the food photos on the order page already looked unappetizing. You'd expect such a large chain to put more effort into that at least. I should also mention that at many restaurants in the "club culinair" chain, which also includes Bregje and La Cubanita, the food is simply reheated, ready-made food.

First time at Heinde. Lovely location, beautifully decorated with velvet furniture and gold accents, a truly atmospheric setting. The concept of two dishes per person per round sounds nice and straightforward, but unfortunately, things went wrong from the very first round. Dishes were frequently forgotten, and there were often long waits between rounds. The last round even came after dessert, which is obviously not the intention. All in all, a shame, because the atmosphere was great, but the service and timing left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I won't be back.

My daughter and I dined here last Wednesday. We were among the first to arrive, but the restaurant was completely full in no time. There were plenty of servers around, and they were polite and friendly. Given the restaurant's size, I wonder if the kitchen has enough capacity. The time between courses was quite long, and many dishes weren't very warm. We found that a shame, because the taste was absolutely excellent. I wouldn't go here for an intimate, romantic dinner, but for a cozy evening with a variety of delicious dishes, it's a great place to go.
