great place, I know what my regular café will be

Great bar for a night out. Usually live music or other activities going on.

it was a disgusting experience. at first I thought it was a bar with a cozy and calm atmosphere. i was wrong. the bar was not so bad, but the bartender ruined the whole impression. we were sitting drinking with a friend when the madness began. i started playing chess with a stranger at OUR table and my friend fell asleep while I continued drinking and playing. at that moment the bartender came up to the sofa where my friend was sitting and started kicking it shouting at us to get out. I don't think sleeping in a bar is normal, but he fell asleep at MY table while I was still bringing money to the bar and the bartender didn't say anything about the bar rules. at my opinion, this is very rude behavior. when i was trying to figure out the situation, he only threatened to call the police. this was my first time when the staff didn't try to resolve the situation, but just wanted to kick me out. recommend to avoid this bar, because if they don't like something about you, you may end up on the street without any warning. the most shitty staff at the city.

Only missing factor: flame toast?

Staff is always on their A game, good beer, and live music multiple times a week.

Very cozy pub with its own unique atmosphere. As soon as you enter you will be warmly greeted by the friendly staff and the many regular guests who welcome you. You can walk in at any time and be surprised by a cool band or jam session. The daily happy hour also makes it very easy to have a cheap drink.

Old skool youth center atmosphere. Really really nice. Punk, metal, core, funk, hip hop. Blowing on the terrace. Top!

Good sound and cozy atmosphere. Bar staff are competent and friendly. Young bands also get the opportunity to play here in a beautiful setting in the center of Nijmegen. The location is not very big, but it is nice for smaller parties with friends or just to have a drink.

Very nice cafe. Not a standard Molenstraat pub, but a café with its own identity. Cool events such as the student DJ association and a nice mix of alternative music during club nights.

My favourite bar in Nijmegen. The new location just opened since this year, but rolls like one of the top night life hangouts in Nijmegen already! Frequent and diverse parties attracting many interesting people. Very friendly and welcoming staff. The vibe is so open and relaxed that you instantly make new friends and become part of the family. (Happened to my other friends that I introduced there too) Just check it out yourself, maybe at one of their events :p Much love and enjoy <3
