If you want to get sick, go here. Snack bar employee was absent and in thoughts. Fries satay sauce mayonnaise ordered fries curry mayonnaise. Fries were undercooked and cold. Cheese soufflé was not cooked through and not ready to be eaten. Frikandel mayonnaise was forgotten and we had to ask for it. This was also lukewarm and not cooked through. Spent 18 euros, and partly thrown away. Also don't understand why a snack bar that serves this doesn't realize that you have the responsibility to deliver good food. Unfortunately, not a positive experience for you

Waited 20 minutes for one portion of fries... finally the fries are ready and in a basket... man wanted to repack the fries in a bag... never mind.🙂‍↔️

Unfriendly! Thinking that you can pay by card at the draw wall, this only applied to the right row, this was not clear to us. This was pointed out to the lady who then grumpily indicated that this only applied to the right row and the rest was in cash. When I indicated that this was not clear and asked if she could take some chicken corn out and I could get 50 cents back, she didn't listen and turned away. In short, very unfriendly!

Super nice cashiere, and delicious fries

We went to get some nice, fat fries at the Frietje in Apeldoorn. We all ordered nicely, but at the last minute we were swooped away by an employee to the infamous swoopy. We still received our order, which we also enjoyed. The employees were smoking next to us, but I understand that it is nice and stressful if customers are constantly being whisked towards you unexpectedly. I also had a delicious frikandel special, but the sauce dispenser wouldn't stop serving. The employee apologized, but I am certainly not averse to a nice amount of sauce with my brown fun bar. I was here last week. One lady was not friendly or respectful and shouted loudly. Two people were eating inside. I said Hi and she responded very loudly: “We are closed,” without any respect. I didn't know the closing time.

They let you pay 50 cents too much, if you ask for it back you will get a big mouthful and you will be blocked

We placed an order and a very grumpy girl stood behind it and was on her phone all the time. fries and frikandel were undercooked, cold, lots of salt on fries, I don't recommend it

Delicious food and really great service! Friendly staff who really do everything to make it as desired. I ordered a vegetarian croquette, but unfortunately they were gone. That can of course happen, but instead of leaving it at that, as I am used to with most things, the girl went completely out of the shop to get extra veggie croquettes somewhere else. Super sweet!

Eating fries at Frietje. The fries were salty. As if the entire Dead Sea was heated over it. Fortunately, I love a day at the beach. The atmosphere there is a lot better than in snack bar Frietje in Apeldoorn. Although it was all prepared with the best intentions. Therefore three stars. Because it is Apeldoorn after all. And for Apeldoorn you simply lower the bar. In fact, it is better to bury the bar. Deep in the ground.

Looks like a great place, but if your 2 employees get completely stressed and forget everything about your order because there are 6 people in the shop, I think you should reconsider who you hire.

You place an order to take away. There are 5 other orders. 2 people at work and everything goes wrong and the staff gets stressed and doesn't understand anything. Sorry, but it's not all that difficult. In addition, you forgot a whole salt flat on your fries and 2 frikandels. Fantastic.

Fries and burgers had been fried too long and were way too crispy. So it didn't taste good. Furthermore, the burgers had mayo instead of ketchup.

Hamburger. Had a hamburger here on April 26. It wasn't really busy at that time, so I decided to order a hamburger. This would be fried on the griddle and so would the onions. In the end I got the hamburger in a box and ate it on the spot. First let's see what everything looked like. And that was disappointing, except for the hamburger itself. The onions were raw and simply scooped from the container normally used for a frikandel special. While the girl said that these would be baked. The lettuce contained large pieces with stems still attached. 1 slice of cucumber was on top. But disk is a better name. A slice of cucumber, 1 cm thick. All in all, I wonder why you sell a hamburger for €5.50 if you are not even capable of making a hamburger. It is better to leave out the name specially written on the menu behind hamburger. In my experience, special means that you add something to a product or dish. But that it also adds something positive.

Super satisfied with this snack bar! Delicious food and it's nice to order something from the always friendly Collin. What a winner!

This case, but not least Myrna, deserved that. In Rotterdam we say small but nice, as long as it tastes good. Small shop but spotlessly clean. Just eat some fries and a delicious non-greasy frikandel. Baked with love. Not even too salty. The hostess Myrna is warm and friendly. I give this chip shop and Myrna, partly on behalf of my wife, a solid ten or six stars.

We were cheated! We were charged for 2 portions of family fries and we only got one. €18.60 for a portion of fries! Absolutely crazy!

I was very hungry and wanted some fries. I was not received in a friendly manner, but it did look well taken care of. The woman I had to order from was very unfriendly and was on her cell phone. When I wanted to buy another Fanta she sighed and rolled her eyes, this was very rude and I felt bad about it. The fries seemed quite expensive, but they were tasty. Many people did not like the chicken burger. It was not prepared well and was actually Gwn chicken on a bun. I originally asked for a burger that was on display outside but they didn't sell it, it was a scam. I don't recommend ANYONE to come in here. I want to give 0 stars but that's not an option so I'll give 1.

I was looking forward to a nice bowl of fries and saw this chip shop, but when I ordered the woman at the counter was sighing and she was not friendly at all. The frikandel was also as hard as a block of obsidian and the fries in Belgium are 10 times cheaper.

The weather was really bad that day and I was craving some fries. Well this one was well cooked, the frikadel special was delicious and we were helped by a friendly lady.

Terribly grumpy staff... I mean the girl who worked at 12:30 on 6-4-23... she literally said that she didn't feel like helping us and over the phone with a friend or something she said: "I still have to work hard."

Called 15 minutes before closing time. It wasn't ready when it arrived because they had a hassle with delivering what they said. I immediately threw it in and had to wait 15 minutes. When I came back, they only wanted to make me fries. I could forget about my croquettes and hamburger as she no longer felt like what she was feeding.

Went last night for some delicious fries. Nothing to notice. Only the satay croquette and chicken corn were not good. Dry and old. Go for fries, but for snacks you really have to go to someone else. Ronald.

She kindly helped us just before closing time! She was already closing the door, but she opened the cash register again and she baked us some delicious fries and snacks. Our hero of the day!

Ordered fries for 19 people with cutlery. I get 1.5 family bags and no cutlery. It was tasty and warm. But so few fries for 19 people. I think it's really very poorly organised! --- Update: After the above review, I contacted the company. We received friendly help and they resolved it neatly

Ordered fries for four people and they were delivered almost two hours later (ordered at 5:15 PM and delivered at 7:00 PM). It would be nice to call to say it will be later. I wouldn't order from here again.

It was very tasty, but it was not warm and they had even put the raw vegetables on the fries. Ben and Jerry ice cream was replaced by Cheaper magnum. Delivered at 3 p.m. and a note dated 5 p.m. was included. How???? Sorry Frietje, but never again for me.

Bad service, it took a very long time to get fries with a frikandel and strawberry milkshake, then there were no forks or napkins. And there was no flavor added to the millshake, and when you go back here you just hear, "I'd pass it on."

Had dinner with family on Saturday around 3 pm, among others, ordered a chicken burger which was not good, tough and fatty meat and poorly cooked complaint was not resolved! Never again for us Frietje Apeldoorn!

When complaining about a chicken burger that was full of fat, the young man on duty responded like, "I'm not interested, I did my best." It's ridiculous that you'll never see us again!

My slightly tanned colleague and I wanted a tasty milkshake. After 20 minutes we finally found a chip shop. We both ordered a large milkshake. He had a banana milkshake and I had a strawberry milkshake. I loosened the lid because I saw my colleague almost sucking the bottom out. It looked like someone had squeezed a tube of Bizon Kit into the milkskake cup. Not recommended.

Despite the good reviews (which apparently come partly from friends and employees), this is the worst chip shop in Apeldoorn. The first time the order was given incorrectly and the milkshakes had a weird chemical taste. The second time we ordered via Uber Eats, we received completely cold fries. Not fries that got cold while coming here, fries that are so cold that they clearly made the fries first, started doing something else and then delivered them. I live 10 minutes from the city and it took about 50 minutes, so it certainly seems to be the case. 2/10 at most, the guy who might not be able to remember the right snack was at least quite friendly

Great case, something went wrong (Uber's fault). They made a lot of effort and provided a suitable solution. Fries and kapsalon were delicious. I would order here again. Really great how they treat their customers!!
