Be careful if you're vegetarian. They don't understand that there shouldn't be bacon on a veggie burger. Otherwise, the service was decent and they resolved it promptly, but besides an apology and a long wait, nothing. A year later, I got food poisoning here. Extremely ill. I'll never eat here again.

What a disgrace that they're filling the walkway with advertising signs and then have a patio on both sides. Wheelchair users can't get through or even walk around the large patio with courage, and then it's full of bicycles. When will this be enforced? And if you have an opinion about them, no one responds to what they're going to do about it. So, I'll just email the municipality to revoke my patio permit.

Today we had a very bad experience at your Kwalitaria. We ordered two fries with chicken, but were given pork. Instead of chicken nuggets, we received chicken fingers. We had to wait 30 minutes for the fries, and the orders were completely wrong. The employee, a girl with glasses, was extremely rude and disrespectful to me and other customers. You can't treat people this way. She even showed me the door without any shame. We left without eating and didn't get our money back. I want to emphasize that this behavior is unacceptable.

First of all a compliment to the delivery person, very friendly and neat. - Carpaccio salad 13,- of which a bowl with lettuce and 1/2 small slices of carpaccio (Scandalous!). - Ordered snitzel, fine in terms of size. But what incredibly greasy, it seems that half a deep fryer with grease came with it (Really very dirty!). - Then the milkshake just lukewarm frothed milk. Not cold or tasty at all. I have now given the food several chances. But I will never order here again! +- 45,- lost for 2 people absurdly expensive for the food.

Unfortunately, now ordered twice in a row and both orders were not correct. Spicy chicken burger menu we got a burger with bacon on it while we were paying attention to that because we are Muslim. Only at the end I saw that there was bacon on it. The salads that were included also do not match what is stated on the site. Both salads were ordered with mustard sauce, one was with garlic mayonnaise and the other a fresh salad. The sauce that we had ordered separately did not come and we had to call for it. It was still delivered but not with fries because ours was cold and no longer edible. If you have to bring sauce such as satay and mayonnaise, it seems logical to me that you send fries because otherwise you will be eating dry fries before your sauce arrives. Last time the ordered soft drink was missing and they said that they never saw it again after delivery. Paid a lot, could throw everything away. All in all a bad experience at this Kwalitaria Ps, also handy if you put on the burger box what is in it and which burger it is.

My initial experience with Kwalitaria was very disappointing. We ordered twice in a row, but both times our food was not delivered. The first time it took 2.5 hours, after which we eventually cancelled the order. The second time the delivery person was at a completely wrong address. Today we received our compensation order, and I am so happy with how everything was resolved! We had a delicious meal and the delivery person was right on time. Well resolved – I am satisfied again!

1 star - Disappointing on all fronts Last Wednesday I ordered a warm meat sandwich for €9.25, but what a disappointment! The sandwich was extremely sparsely filled and looked completely different than in the photo - you pay way too much for what you get. The service was downright bad. Despite the fact that it clearly states on the tables that the food is brought to the table, I had to pick up my order myself. If you don't do that, remove those plates. The staff was also not customer-friendly and the employee at the counter seemed to have no experience at all with helping customers. For €9.25 you would expect at least a decent sandwich and friendly service. Unfortunately, I got neither. Paid a lot of money for a bad experience and an even worse lunch. I will definitely not be coming back here.

Bad sandwiches. And way too expensive.

This sandwich says it all. I also wanted to take pictures of the tuna sandwich and the file american sandwich. But I spared you that. And then you pay 25 euros in total. The bun is very bare as in the photo. If you ask without vegetables and for an extra topping, they are not willing to do that. At any sandwich shop you can add an extra topping for a fee. And one more thing, the female manager is a scoundrel and has difficulty withstanding criticism. Just look at her face when you talk to her. The man manager is nice.

Bad food here. I've had fries before, but it's always disappointing. Spring roll lukewarm inside, very small portions of fries. Fries were not cooked properly and were hard on the inside. Really bad shit.

Sad delivery service, tried three times, misery three times. Ordered for three people the first time. After waiting an hour and fifteen minutes, I called and was told that the delivery person was on his way. Called again twenty minutes later to ask if something had happened to the delivery person (after all, it is only a five-minute drive). Only then was told that the order had not gone through correctly. Finally, twenty minutes later, the food was delivered with a sincere apology and a voucher to come again. The second time ordered two menus. After waiting an hour, I called to check if the order had gone through. That was the case, but it was very busy. Called again twenty minutes later and was promised that our order would be given priority. They offered us a milkshake to compensate for the delay. About twenty minutes later the delivery person was at the door with our order and a milkshake on the house as a make-up. We could still laugh that we had to share it. We then went by to redeem the voucher for the first time. Very fast service and everything was fine. With this recent experience, I gave them the benefit of the doubt again tonight and ordered a third time. After an hour I had to call again to find out where the order was. It was busy, but the order would be given priority. Half an hour later I called again and was put on hold. After 5 minutes of no answer I hung up. After a total of an hour and 45 minutes of waiting, the delivery person was at the door. Handed over my order without even looking at me or apologizing on behalf of the company for the wait, and left. The indicated expected wait time was 25-35 minutes. If you order at the counter, you can eat there... but if you have food delivered, expect to wait at least an hour and a half. Apparently this is the standard here, because you don't have to count on understanding or apologies.

Dinner was a little later, but they had already called ahead. The food was warm/hot and very tasty. Everything neatly packaged separately. Definitely order again!!!!

I've eaten here a few times now. The loaded Fries in different flavors are always very tasty. Portions are more than sufficient. The cafeteria looks neat and tidy. Staff is friendly and things go fairly smoothly.

It is not the first time that I order from kwalitaria.nl. And so far always satisfied satisfied. Only this time I found very few fries. I ordered a menu with fries and 2 individual portions of fries, but there was only 1 bowl of fries for 3 people, which was unfortunately not enough. Normally always satisfied, but this time there were really not enough fries. Hence 2 stars for this order

Food was tasty. Warm and the half rooster was super crispy. It's just a pity that the raw food was a milkshake. Pity the person who is now trying to suck up my raw food... While I eat his milkshake (with a straw, not a fork haha). Photo is my raw food 😉

I normally don't like reviews, but this time I do. Ordered from Kwalitaria Anklare for the first time. The fries were missing upon delivery. Could happen once. But after being put on hold for 20 minutes, I receive the message that it is busy, we will bring it to you, but like I said, it is very busy so I don't think it can take a while. Busy or not, my order was placed an hour and a half before delivery time, so you should do subsequent delivery right away. Once and never again, Kwalitaria Ready for us.

Very high prices for a plate of fries.

Ridiculously bad service! Apparently it is normal for closing time to be at 8:30 PM instead of 9:00 PM. The phone is answered as if I am a burden ("yes, hello"), not even the name of the business. Last time I had to wait 20 minutes to place my order even though I had given a time (for an ice cream). Does not make any sense. Hopefully they will do something with this and appoint people who can work neatly, politely and simply.

Ordered a queen burger yesterday. Only had a chicken burger. And a few tufts of lettuce, onion and a small dollop of sauce. It also didn't even have crispy onion rings as described. I alternate with cafeterias and I have been to Kwalitaria Anklare several times and with complete satisfaction. The fries are tasty and there is certainly no complaint about the quantity. Only last Saturday it was simply disappointing. The hogweed/bear bite normally has four pieces of meat, but now there was just a small slide of onion placed on it. In addition, there was a piece of thin plastic on the viandel (see photo). Simply a pity. 17-3: My complaint has now been resolved in a neat and correct manner, thank you for that!

I have contacted the franchisee and he has resolved my previous experience promptly. I just think that that XXL frikadel special cannot be delivered undamaged. Too clumsy size and a paper bag and cardboard container are too flimsy to keep it in place. See below my original response. Ordered there via home delivery. The XXL frikadel special was cold and was stuck to the paper packaging that was completely damaged from moisture. The paper remained on the product when unpacking. The fries with schnitzel were lukewarm. It appears that the delivery person cycled with the bag in his hand instead of in a special box to keep warm. This was the first and last time.

Very nice and clean restaurant. Toilet was also very clean. The staff was nice, a bit young and quieter. The food was very tasty and a lot of it. Price-quality ratio is really good and there is a wide choice of what you can eat. Children could play nicely and there was plenty of room around the tables. Parking in the garage and the first 2 hours of parking are free. We don't live nearby, we came here by chance during a day trip, but if we are in the area again we will definitely eat here again!

Stopped in spontaneously for a midday snack. Selection of classic snacks such as fries, frikandels etc. Everything is also possible in “exotic versions”. There is also a selection of milkshakes. Everything tasty and good value for money. You can order directly at the counter or with your smartphone directly at the table with service. The small wooden kitchen for playing and the high chairs are great for families with children. Small minus: unfortunately you smell something fried after your visit ;-).

Food is a bit more expensive but tastes better than the Mac!

Portion of fries with 2 frikandels, nothing wrong with that. However, the special fries (2x chicken shoarma, kapsalon with chicken and farmer's fries were substandard for what you paid.) 12.60 for some fries with a few pieces of chicken shoarma and then x 4. Next time we will order from our regular snack bar, which will deliver what you order.

Strange thing. Ordered food online, apart from the fact that home delivery is cheaper than their own website, I experienced the following: Kapsalon chicken shawarma. You have to pay extra for the sauce, strange, but it is indicated. I then quickly get the hair salon delivered. I open the package: no lettuce. When I called where the lettuce is, I was first told that this does not belong to the hair salon. The second time I call I am told that the lettuce has run out. No compassion at all and not solution oriented, they are told by telephone that they find it annoying, "especially for you". Pranksters. The AH is 20 meters away, so get lettuce there. Out of the 3 times it has gone wrong twice so far, I will certainly not make a 4th attempt.

One of the worst experiences. My friend and I ordered 2 chicken burgers. The taste of the chicken was very old and bad. We explained this to the restaurant worker but he didn't pay any attention to what we said and didn't even apologize or change the order. We paid the money and only ate one bite and returned the food which was not tasty at all.

Delicious warm ham sandwich and teriyaki beef sandwich. The warm ham was not very warm, more lukewarm. Taste was fine. The beef strips were warm even when I delivered it second time, it was still warm on the bun. Not next to it. The beef strips were more filling than the ham. Both definitely tasted good.

With 9 people behind the counter, almost all of them turned their backs to us. No table is being cleaned yet and people are happily scrolling on their phones. Not much quality.

Very good service and nice staff! Never been to a quality restaurant before and they gave us some advice on those more special fries. Friendly help to make a good choice. Very tasty and it wasn't too spicy for us for our first time. We got our food pretty quickly too! The tastiest spread I've ever had

Wow, what a dirty business. We came for a fries lunch, they hadn't been open for so long so they simply hadn't cleaned the night before. Food scraps and dust on the floor everywhere. In addition, they dare to charge almost 3 euros (2.90) for a bottle of water. Ridiculous. We won't be coming back here again. Kwalitaria.... Not really an appropriate name for this dirty place.

Charming place with lots of choice. Also for vegetarians. I ordered the cheesy hot fries, not realizing they had bacon on them. Asked if she could make another one without bacon and that was done quickly. When I wanted to pay for it, I didn't have to, very nice! Thanks again! It would be nice to add that it has bacon on it. Even though the dish is probably technically not really vegetarian (most cheese still contains animal rennet). The fries taste very fresh and are fried nice and crispy.

Damn, my ham sandwich is floating in some honey mustard sauce. And my filet americain sandwich had a vegetable and onion bath but came across very little fillet. And then add that price... They should be ashamed!

Ordered two kapsalon with Gyros, there were a lot of mushrooms in them that were not on the menu and they forgot the lettuce. Milkshake cup was also 20% empty. Wouldn't order from here again

Nice meal. The only thing I find strange is that a deposit is charged on the bottles of drinks. Even if you eat there. And afterwards, when I've finished my drink and want to return the bottle, I ask for the deposit back. Seems like a normal thing to me...I got it back, but normally you are supposed to take it to the supermarket for a refund....weird construction in my mind...I think it would be a better idea to put the amount in the to take the prize with you....and place a return bin for these bottles at the exit. Everything else is fine with tasty snacks.
