You should be more proactive, not putting things off and reheating them constantly. For example, today I got cold wings, a cold and dry half chicken, and the fries were overcooked, probably recooked five times already. The fries were half as hard as rocks, and still not very warm. The opening hours are also different than advertised. Update: a joke, a different story every time. Now I got three times less fries than usual for the same price. This place has potential, but it's a gamble what you'll get.

The worst food and service experience I have ever had in Netherlands. We asked a freshly grilled whole chicken from the grill, but the rude man insisted to gove from the pre- grilled claiming it has just been grilled. 10 min later at home, we discovered that it was cold and smelly then thrown it away. The rudness of the man behind the counter was unprecedented. When asked about how long the meat was out of grill, he hasted and said: today with a cheeky bullying look. Never ever again. I wonder how they are not shut down yet.

It is a fantastic restaurant with a wide variety of delicious dishes. I highly recommend giving it a try.😘

Very disappointing. I ordered the loaded chicken and fries, but the box was almost entirely fries with very little chicken. It felt misleading and poor value for money. I regret spending my money here. Unfortunately, I wouldn't order this again!

Very rude personnel. The guy working today was rude from the beginning. I asked him how many grams is the portion of chicken wings and he kept shouting 8 pieces. After I ordered them I asked him to weigh them cause I was curious but he kept shouting do it at home, 8 pieces. He didn't even ask me if I want something else. I found him so rude that I left.

It's a shame there is no air conditioning, it would make a difference on the hot summer days.

On Friday, December 12th, my colleague picked up some hot wings from you during his break, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed with the quality. The hot wings were far too dry and inedible. They had no flavor and felt like they had been stored for far too long. Literally dead chicken. We threw away 2 kilos of hot wings. We decided in the construction trailer that we would never come here again. Such a shame and a missed opportunity for you.

It's a take away so no rating on atmosphere. The chicken is perfect grilled on flame grill. The fries are so good you can't stop eating. Just go and enjoy

Rude employee, I'm returning a sandwich because I found a chicken skeleton in it! Argue? Bizarre!

Bought 1kg chicken wings got maybe 150g of meat ,all bones. Bad chicken.

Rude guest. Shamelessly demands cash instead of card payment. The best word to describe the taste: unsafe. Threw away a whole chicken after two bites.

What rude service. Uncustomer friendly. My family and I were waiting patiently until we could place our order. No one for us. But the conversation between two employees was apparently so interesting that we weren't even bothered about. Good afternoon I can't help you or what is your order. Nothing. We waited a while but they still hadn't finished talking. Luckily HFC is across the street where we went.

Last Saturday I bought a whole chicken, and after eating it, my daughter and my husband all got diarrhea and vomited nonstop. We were in complete shock! We immediately went to the emergency room because my daughter and I had severe symptoms! We also developed a rash of food poisoning! I definitely think the chicken was expired and disgusting! I will never buy anything from here again! Never!

Chicken stinks and was completely red, the teriyaki sauce tasted very bad and weird. This used to be a good place but it has deteriorated really badly. People can become very ill from this.

It's been a long time since I tasted this quality. Fantastically good! These men really know what service is and can make very tasty food. I used to always take chicken with me at the Utrecht bazaar or score a chicken sausage. I even took several bags with me and brought them to family members. Unfortunately, the Utrecht bazaar is gone and I'm glad these guys have kept their catering drive. They now have a large stall in the parking lot of WC Kanaleneiland. Good quality dishes together with passion and nice friendly guys behind the counter make customers want to come back. See you next week!

Bought 3x grilled sausage for €10, but unfortunately found 2x plastic in it!! Plastic is carcinogenic!! To err is human, but after such serious mistakes twice, I will NEVER make it there again!!!

Got chickens here for the first time today. We walked past it every time and our son really wanted to go. He ate them and licked his fingers, so it's worth repeating. We were also helped very friendly by the man behind the counter! Fine!

Sandwich was okey but not for this price. The service is also not friendly today.

Chicken stinks. Don't wash it. From now on, make it yourself. I wait with salt and lemon then at least it will be clean. Then put it in the oven😋. Or make Kentucky chickens from it. Delicious!

I also give a 5 star service to that great guy, don't know his name but a real worker. Real worker. Real soldier. I ordered 500 grams, ultimately my mother, my sister and I ate it deliciously. He gave me a little more, and came out really great man 5 star man. Was my first time, will probably be more like 100 percent.

Tastiest Chicken on Kanaleneiland

Spare ribs and potatoes collected from Goudhaantje Kanaleneiland for home. The tastiest spareribs so far. Top service and friendly staff. Highly recommended

What delicious chicken sausage and chicken wings (the marinated ones) they have here, damn. A sandwich with it is relatively expensive, so it is standard without. I think this is one of the better chicken joints.
