Delivering the wrong product, which is half the price on Thuisbezorgd, and then claiming they called and that the product isn't half the price at all... haha, easy money making like that.

Everything was made from scratch and carefully prepared. The ingredients were fresh and the service was amazing.

In the mood for fries, I thought I'd give the Kwalitaria at the shopping center a try. Large fries without toppings, 5 euros, in a container just as big as a normal portion of fries elsewhere. Furthermore, a very limited selection of snacks; they don't have many things. So next time I'm going to make a bit more of an effort again and go to Herderplein for perfect homemade fries.

The service was terrible and unsanitary! I tried to order here for the first time but When I placed the order the person who prepared the food was not wearing any gloves, and then he took out a piece of meat from his mouth and teeth (because i think he just finished eating) and then proceeded to touch my food to cook it. Crazy

Fine place, decent food. However, the toilet isn't broken; the men just don't feel like cleaning. Too bad, guys, excuses, excuses, excuses. That was the last time I went there. I'll just take my money somewhere else. Waiting for people who actually put the customer first.

I wanted to have a Thuisbezorgd order delivered a bit later, so I called and they were able to arrange it right away. Great!

Cold fries, milkshake leaked through the bag, Coke Zero and salad (both paid for) were forgotten. I wouldn't recommend ordering from here.

This kwalitaria has changed a few times in owners. Sadly it hasn't gotten better. The food is decent, however in terms of service a lot can be improved. More than once has an order been incomplete; from forgetting sauce to dumping the wrong sauce on a snack, to completely forgetting to add either an ordered snack or even fries itself?! It shows in the service at the restaurant. A few of the workers don't seem to really care, and take more time hanging around instead of helping customers. I've heared a couple times one of the workers get mad at a customer using various curse words. It's a shame because the owners are nice, the food itself..if complete..ks decent but the service lacks professionality and basic decency. This could be so much more..

You pay the jackpot, and in return, you have to wait almost three hours for your food, and you're fobbed off when you call. And then, after almost three hours, you finally get your food, and guess what? Everything is cold and there's soggy sauce all over the bag. When you try to call, they don't answer.

The food was delicious and the service was good. I highly recommend eating here.

It wasn't really warm. The wrong item was delivered, then they called again, and they said they would deliver it as quickly as possible, and then they still delivered the wrong item. I'll never order from here again, poor service.

A disgusting portion of fries with a few bits of meat – and they're charging €13.50 for it. The sandwich, wrapped in aluminum foil, arrived completely limp and soggy. Success!

If you pay almost €5 for fries, you should at least expect them to be full, but this is nothing special. Wow, so little in a container and terribly soggy. We ran the air fryer again. Absolutely don't order anything from here; it's not worth your money!

The service here is truly awful. We actually don't order from Kwalitaria anymore because it comes from here. The few times we do, there is always something wrong; the portions are also very meager and much smaller than at their colleagues in Leidsche Rijn. Problems are not resolved in a customer-friendly manner either. We are really never coming back here.

Ordered fries without salt. When picking them up, I explicitly asked: ‘Is there no salt on them?’ – ‘No,’ said the boy behind the counter. Looked in the bag: there was salt after all. Went back to report it. His reaction: ‘Oh, is there salt on them?’ No apology, nothing. [update] Made the mistake of ordering here again today. The banana milkshake was forgotten at first, and when it was delivered later, it tasted like cheese? Just threw it away immediately.

Great place! I couldn't order online, but a phone call resolved that immediately! Everything arrived intact and warm!

The fries were limp, cold, and tough. The snacks weren't cooked through. Truly the worst fries I've ever eaten. They looked like days-old fries that had been reheated in the microwave. The cheese soufflés had very hard, undercooked pieces. The croquette was completely limp. Poor service, trying to shift the blame onto the customer. Finally, they hung up the phone mid-conversation. Absolutely terrible, don't order from here.

Imagine, you've been craving loaded fries with cheese sauce and bacon for days, and finally, the day has arrived. You pay €13.50 and wait with great anticipation. 30-40 min waiting time every time - customers who come in later get their food sooner - zero understanding from the staff regarding the extremely long wait. disrespectful

Great snack bar with all the usual chip shops. If you register through the Kwalitaria website, there are sometimes some interesting offers.

I recently ate at Snackbar Kwalitaria and was quite satisfied. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff friendly and helpful. The fries were deliciously crispy and well-cooked, and the snack was hot and tasty. They have a wide selection, with a variety of burgers, snacks, and some healthier options.

Went to pick up food today, but I also get it delivered regularly. Very satisfied with the food and the people here. The owner is incredibly friendly, and the (young) delivery drivers are always friendly and polite. A few weeks ago, the fryer was unexpectedly broken. When I called to ask about my order, I received a generous apology, and the owner later called back with an explanation. Today, when I picked up an order, I got an extra-large milkshake for the inconvenience. That's so kind.

We were initially refused to eat there, but after explaining that we could not take our meal to our hotel, they very kindly allowed us to stay. We were able to taste very good Dutch dishes on the advice of the very friendly employee. We recommend it!

When you order and pick up, you can usually wait fifteen minutes after the agreed-upon time. I've picked it up several times now. They can't even schedule a simple order of fries at 7:30 PM. After waiting another fifteen minutes, I'm done with it. And that from Kwalitaria...

I ordered a so-called "menu," consisting of one croquette, one frikadel, and one regular-sized portion of fries for €11.70. The quality was very poor, the small, shoddy container came with a few fries, and the extra peanut sauce I ordered for €1 was missing upon arrival.

Ordered food, arrived cold, tasteless, and stale, and half was missing. It was supposed to be delivered later, but it didn't. When I called about it, I was given a rude awakening. Now I'm back to eating cold, dry fries that taste like the fryer stuck them in his belly button.

It took longer than expected but when we came to pick it up we were welcomed kindly and given a delicious ice cream!

Bought a bamischijf with vlamsaus, was very tasty on the day itself. But the morning after my stomach + my behind were on fire. Had to call the plumber to unclog the previously white toilet + I missed a crucial day of lessons. So if I get a fulltime job as a male str!pper now, it will be because of the greasy sledgehammer expensive bamischijf with vlamsaus of €1 at the Qualytarya (Groeneweg) Otherwise a cozy place.

Simple order (just fries) takes more than an hour. If I call after 45 minutes, then 'it was busy' and my order would be there in 7 minutes. Then it takes another half hour. Just keep working, we don't all have the whole day

After I ordered it took fifteen minutes before the first fries and snacks went into the fryer, because everyone was taking a break at the same time. In the end I had to wait half an hour. It was very tasty though.

I see quite a few negative reviews about this business, and on the one hand I kind of understand that, but on the other hand I don't. What people sometimes forget is that the guys who work here are still young. And despite their young age, they really do have their business in order. They work hard and have to deal with a lot of pressure. It's really not normal how many people come here every day and how many orders they have to process. I understand that it's annoying when you have to wait a long time or when something goes wrong with your order. That's never fun. But try to understand their side as well. They're people, not machines. You can't expect someone to work at full speed all the time without making mistakes. To err is human. If something has gone wrong, just go back to the business, report it politely, or ask for your money back. Usually it will be resolved then. What I find a shame is that some people immediately post bad reviews, sometimes even with exaggerated or incorrect stories. That doesn't help anyone. Instead of just criticizing, a little respect and understanding is also in order. These guys work really hard for their money, just like the rest of us. Due to the enormous crowds, it can happen that there is a mistake in your order, or that someone forgets something. That is not because they are lazy or do not want to work, quite the opposite. The Kwalitaria on the Groenweg in Utrecht is simply incredibly busy, and that brings challenges with it. So yes, things can go wrong now and then, but let's be honest, they really do their best. And that also deserves appreciation. Instead of just giving negative reactions, we should also see the effort and dedication of these guys.🙂

People have never heard of continuing to work here. Simple order takes a really long time to prepare. Three people standing around doing nothing, while only one is responsible for the orders? Recommend everyone go to another snack bar. For me at least, this is once and never again.

I arrived 15 minutes before they closed and they were more than happy to still make some great food for us. The burgers and fries were great would recommend 10/10.

Worthless. Online orders take precedence. And if there are a lot of them, then as a customer in the store itself you are out of luck and have to wait 45 minutes. In addition: large portion at 4.50 and you get a small portion. I'll never come back here again.

Ordered a spring burger menu with loose crispy chicken. Chicken was great. But the fact that they are too lazy to add a can of drink and mayonnaise to the menu. Paid for a can of drink and salad and mayonnaise but never delivered. The burger should also have crispy chicken on it, but does it arrive with 2 spring rolls on top?!! And if you then look to order a spring roll separately, they are sold out. Scam. This place needs to be closed down quickly.

Despite excellent previous experience, we were treated disappointed last week. Ordered digitally in the store, but it took at least 15 minutes before someone started the order. Although there were 3 or 4 young people present, they seemed to be enjoying each other, and no one took responsibility. After fifteen minutes it turned out that someone who was hanging around on his cell phone and still messing around on his bike was not the one who was going to make our order. The fries were okay (a little too salty, and a sauce container had fallen over), but it took way too long, especially since we were about the only customers at the time! If you see that there is no one serious behind the counter, go somewhere else!

Got fries this afternoon, got tasteless fries from a lady. Unfriendly barely responded. I am a regular customer, there are always guys who make fries well and for the first time it was tasteless, black fries looked like you were eating oil Gaverdamme.. Madam, please don't work here anymore, find another job.. Which is heartbreaking, I hadn't cooked anything, so I just had fries for the kids. They really like that, no, I had to throw everything away. The kids thought it was dirty too!! Waste of money! Please stop working lady
