As always, my order was ready right at the requested time.

Definitely the best snack bar in LR. Just make sure to double-check your order, whether ordering or picking up. I've received a regular frikadel several times now, even though I chose and paid for the special. But then again, once you're home, you won't go back here for it. So pay close attention.

I ordered 27 individual portions of fries without sauce, plus snacks, for my class. I deliberately ordered individual portions, because every child needed their own container with a snack on the side. That is what I paid for, too. Family-sized bags would have been cheaper. What arrived: family-sized bags of fries. No containers, no napkins, nothing. Figure it out yourselves. When I called, I was told: “That is how we always do it, ma'am.” Nowhere on the website does it state that large orders are automatically delivered as family-sized bags. The containers were brought later anyway, but that is of little use. I was still left fumbling around trying to give everyone the same amount and hoping I still had some left for the last group! The only answer I received was that nothing more could be done. That is not a solution; that is closing a door. Communicate this in advance. Then a customer can choose for themselves.

The food is of good quality and the place looks neat, but the price-quality ratio is severely lacking. I ordered a snack menu with two croquettes via the ordering kiosk for a whopping €11.50. However, for that price, you don't get a drink or even sauce. It came with just a small plastic container of ready-made salad, and the portion of fries was very meager. Although they do their best with the presentation using plates and baskets, you mainly pay top dollar for very small portions. When I made a comment about this to the staff, they listened but did absolutely nothing about it. It's a shame, because the quality is actually cafeteria-worthy, but it is simply too expensive for what you get.

Great experience at Kwalitaria Leidsche Rijn! The food is fresh, tasty, and of high quality – the burgers and fries, in particular, deserve a compliment. The service is fast and very friendly, and the place itself is clean and inviting. A perfect choice for a quick but delicious lunch or dinner. I will definitely be back!

After trying to order via the website for 30 minutes, I ended up walking over. Upon arrival, 1 hour before closing time, the owner said with a laugh: "Sorry, we are not taking any more orders. We are too busy." This is the third time things haven't been right. Last time, the staff were sitting outside smoking a cigarette and I was served with a very grumpy expression. Hygiene is nowhere to be found! Never again for me at this location.

Bad, way too expensive for what you get. Fries without salt; yes, you can add it later, but it doesn't taste the same. Way too little sauce. Fries just standard, like they came from the supermarket, nothing special. Hamburger had little flavor, you had to search for the sauce, and the staff clearly didn't feel like working anymore. Maybe tired or something, but certainly not customer-friendly. I am never coming here again. 1 star is still way too much for this trash. Next time I'll just go back to Bram's; the food is actually good there.

They just chat, and because of that, you get ignored at the checkout. The peanut sauce is inedible. It has a chemical aftertaste!

Fine place, handy ordering kiosk. Staff address troublemakers, which is nice. The people are friendly but don't come across as very motivated. The decor is, of course, in line with the concept. It's all advertising and some random ladybug plushies(?). Good location, easy to reach. Food is ready quickly. Sauce is relatively expensive, 1 euro for a portion. The fries were okay, but I expected them to be tastier for 3.60 per portion. It's nice that there are many vegetarian options!

Order by machine. Very simple interior. Expensive fast food. Ordered fries with hot chicken but was basically fries with very spicy vegetables sauce with barely any chicken. Waste of money !

Very tasty fries, too bad they're not seasoned, but the spicy fries and burgers are very good. The frikandels are a bit disappointing, and I really don't like them. So if you're looking for salty fries and a tasty frikandel, I'd go somewhere else. But their burgers are really delicious and highly recommended.

Still no food delivered after 2 hours. Ridiculous, especially since the website says 50 minutes, which is actually quite long. If you can't handle it, don't deliver, because this isn't the first time we've waited that long. Never ordering from here again.

NO HYGIENE in this place! They grab all the food with their bare hands while they're using their smartphones and other dirty items! I saw an employee scratch his nose and then grab a schneakel with the same hand, without washing his hands, and no one washes their hands when they take food. How hard is it to use restaurant-style serving tongs? No one wears a hat either; while someone was scratching their hair, they were standing with their head over the fries they were then handing out to people. DISGUSTING!!!

I've ordered and had delivery from Parkwijk and Veldhuizen a few times. I don't understand how you can screw up the fries so badly. They were lukewarm and tough. The only thing I get there now is a milkshake, and the seasonal milkshake is the only good one.

One portion of fries, a croquette sandwich, and a can of drink for just over 11 euros per person!!! It's a bit insane. There are five of us, do the math. Off to the supermarket, it's five times cheaper than at the snack bar.

I have no idea if the staff can read or not? But I don't understand what it says. If it says "this," it doesn't need to be included. The fries were soggy as hell, and don't give me that nonsense. Yes, that can happen because of delivery. I've ordered plenty from other places where that's not the case. The rest was good. By the way, it's hogweed, not "beerhap."

The food is really good, and I'm talking about the fries and snacks. Unfortunately, there's limited seating inside, so be prepared to wait for your order. Unfortunately, our order wasn't quite right: the fries were wrong and there was no sauce with the snack, so we'll have to check.

One of the worst places I've ever eaten in my life. Sandwiches with minimal ingredients on frozen bread. They take a long time to make, and there are about six people inside, doing almost nothing. The atmosphere is like McDonald's, so you don't want to stay. It's not welcoming.

Tasty snack. Sit there for 3 minutes and they make a fuss about a can of coke that I didn't buy from Qualitaria itself. Then I get looked at all the time even though I don't drink a single sip of that cola. A bit strange staff...see you next time!

Not my tent. Stopped after a long bike ride to order Loaded Fries with chicken. Have the order packed so you can eat it quietly elsewhere and guess what. No fork, not even 1 napkin in my package. I could eat everything by hand, resulting in a whole mess on my hands and clothes. Shouldn't it be assumed that if an order is packed, a fork and napkin will be included?

Kwalitaria was a great snack bar with a cozy atmosphere, nice music and friendly staff. The prices are a bit on the high side - I paid 15 euros for a hamburger with fries - but fortunately the food was very tasty and therefore worth it.

The best Kwalitaria I have visited so far! Delicious fries and a nice location. When the weather is nice, you have plenty of terraces to eat outside!

€15.95 for a chicken burger menu, further down I would have even gotten 2 menus including drinks for that amount.

Great snack bar on Leidsche Rijn with friendly staff and tasty food.

It is very cold inside, you have to keep your winter coat on and your food gets cold very quickly because the heating is turned off!

I recently ate at Kwalitaria Leidsche Rijn with my son, but unfortunately it was not a pleasant experience. When we walked in and said "hello" we weren't even greeted. That immediately didn't feel very hospitable. Ordering had to be done via a kiosk, which made the experience impersonal. The food was made quickly, but the staff did not look friendly and there was no atmosphere at all. Too bad, because I had hoped for a warmer and more cozy place to eat with my child.

Good frikandels, fast service, friendly staff, now order via a screen and pay by card. I would say it works well, but the sauce did not come with the frikandellen... the collection receipt only shows a number and amount so no proof....

Hair in the fries, got a new one after returning it. Fries were tasteless and way too soft.

Food is fine! However, when ordering a burger menu, I am shown a salad but am surprised with a potato salad. When I ask you about this you get an answer that doesn't help you.

Been waiting for delivery for 2 hours. So I called and just waited on hold for 10 minutes at position 1, they didn't even answer the phone. Really ridiculous!! It can happen that it is too busy. But then call new orders and let them know that it will take more than two hours and give them the opportunity to cancel the order. There is really no excuse for not letting anyone know and then not answering the phone.

We thought we'd get an unhealthy snack, we live nearby. Cheerful employees, but the fries and croquette sandwich are just not good enough. Thought the fries were limp, not enough flavor and same for the veggie croquette. We didn't eat it, and it won't happen again.

Good food, but when it's busy with orders it can take a while

Ordered a few times and not satisfied. Snacks are always lukewarm when they arrive (although I live less than a 5 minute drive away). Why not pack the fries first and then the snacks? In addition, the fries are really not tasty. It's not that they fry them too often, but the fries have a strange texture. As if it has been frozen and thrown into the fryer... I can't really describe it, but the fries are very brittle (not to be confused with crispy). It is annoying that, given my address, they make it impossible for me to order from the Parkwijk branch for home delivery, even though I live right in between. Then don't, Kwalitaria.

Today, for my son's 5th birthday, I had to switch locations last minute with a large group of children and ended up at Kwalitaria Leidscherijn. We were so happy with this choice. Children enjoyed the playpens with cheese soufles, halal chicken nuggets and the toys. My wife had a cheese and spinach burger menu and she also had a delicious chicken cheese burger. Nice and spicy too. Delicious soft ice cream for dessert. Super friendly staff, take the time to help and serve. Nice spacious clean place. Conclusion: a big tip to visit again. Really worth a try

Not very pleasant to sit in, but the food is very tasty (and that's what matters). Despite the crowds, an employee takes the trouble to walk along with a full tray.

The food was super tasty. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is gone and the service is the same due to the pin columns upon entry. The staff kindly walked the tray to the table. Oh yes, when we entered we were almost obliged to be sent to the pin columns by staff.

Food and staff were more than good. I'm positive about it. Customers, especially Moroccan customers, keep all benches occupied by placing their bags on them. And apparently these Moroccan customers don't let you look around, because it was immediately like, is something wrong?? Because your husband looks like my children have done something? This Mocro woman was literally on the warpath while she was eating. Now I understand Wilders. Oh yeah, about those children (10 years old), leave their bags on benches wherever people want to sit. In addition, with shoes on the couch/chair. And shout that they do poaaahh.

The food is quite good, but I couldn't enjoy it because of the terrible chairs. The chairs are rotten to sit on anyway, but if you have back problems like me, it's not feasible at all.

I ordered a queen burger and it had ham on it, then I called to ask if this was normal, and she said no. First I ask 3 times whether I am really sure whether I ordered the queen burger and nothing else, so I say yes, it is on the receipt. Then it is said that it is halal? Has nothing to do with it, but otherwise no solution was looked at, she wished me a nice evening and that was it. Shame, paid and still had to throw the burger away. The cheese sticks were very tasty

Had a positive conversation with the owner and employee in which there was room for constructive criticism and people were open to this. Nice to recognize my old Kwalitaria again. A friendly owner for whom technical progress fortunately turns out to still go hand in hand with customer friendliness and humanity. Actually does something with feedback.

What an unpleasant man is working here against children, especially! Trying to intimidate them and you are allowed to consume but nothing more. They lock the toilet even though you have simply ordered. And very nasty towards children.

Since the new management we have noticed an improvement in customer friendliness, speed and taste! In addition to the delicious fries, they also have good burgers and specials. Keep it up!

Every now and then Friday is fries day. Occasionally delivered and sometimes collected. Quality is consistent and excellent for the price. Of course, sometimes things go wrong - but in terms of service and aftercare, I am extremely satisfied.

We experienced a setback at this store. When we picked up the order, it was initially incomplete, so we received the remaining snacks outside the door. When we got home, it turned out that 3 things were still missing, either because they had forgotten them or because it had simply not been received when ordering. When we contacted us to ask if additional deliveries could be made, we were called crazy. I won't be ordering from this location again anytime soon. *no response to my comment necessary!

Picked up an order. When I got home I discovered that the order was not complete. After I called, they would deliver the missing croquette to my home. This was never delivered. I think this is very unfortunate.

Raspatat here is saltless and extremely bad. For a burger they are quite ok. Quite expensive. Then again, yes.

Such a downer is deteriorating day by day. A large portion of fries for 3.90 and it's just a mini fries. You can also taste old oil. See the photo, it doesn't work for nothing every time a new owner turns over. Not for me anymore.
