One of the worst paid toilet !!

The staff were not paying attention. I received the wrong order and, in the rush, I realized it too late. The food could have been better; the fries were already stale.

This KFC is terrible. The floor is covered in trash, especially disgusting for a place you go to get food. Also, got my order mixed up, it's like they just threw random pieces on my wings bucket.

A real disgrace for KFC; the staff is too lazy to bring the food, the tables are dirty, and the trash cans were full, so there was a loose garbage bag in front of them to put your trash in. And the staff is rude if you point out that your order is incorrect. The two of us spent €60 to be treated like this! This is the last time we will come here! Almost shit my pants on the train on the way there because of the delicious hot wings, so not recommended!

While I was waiting for someone I decided to go in to have a small snack. I ordered a classic chocolate chip cookie and a drink. The employee who was calling out the order numbers wasn't audible, so I decided to focus on the trays she was preparing so I could see when mine was done. After having waiter for 15 to 20 minutes I walked up to her to check where my order was. She gave me an explanation of how she was calling out my number so to ask what cookie I wanted. Well it wasn't very vocal. I asked for the chocolate chip, she wanted to give me the double chocolate instead. Told her I wanted the classics, but then was told they were sold out, they still had it in the morning (it was already 10 P.M.) Okay so first of all, why is there no option on the kiosk then to make it unavailable when its sold out. Second, then why would you even need to ask for my cookie preference if you only had 1 option available to begin with. I only ordered something because I didn't want to take up a seat without getting anything. Honestly though, even if I hadn't ordered and just sat there nobody would have noticed it anyway. The place was incredibly dirty and not once did someone come to clean anything up. While I'm assuming they were understaffed, they also didn't exactly make an effort to get ordered finished quickly. Never coming there again.

Unfortunately, the service was very incompetent. It took over 20 minutes to take one order and serve four meals. We eventually left because the food hadn't arrived and even missed our appointment. Very disappointing. The service gets 0 points (stars), and the restaurant itself gets 1, since I can't give zero. I can't comment on the food, as it arrived on my doorstep. The ambiance is good, but it's far too crowded, resulting in endless wait times. Definitely not recommended.

Clean place, good food, and close to the station

After a concert, we stopped by KFC for a bucket of chicken, not knowing that you have to wait well over half an hour after ordering. In the end, we were given a bucket that was already packed and actually intended for another customer. By then, the chicken had become lukewarm and tough. Unfortunately, we didn't get a receipt, as the employee standing at the service counter took it to check the orders. It also turned out that some employees hadn't had a break all day. So perhaps the health and safety department could pay this place a visit too :) We are never returning to this branch. Ordering at 11:00 PM and receiving your order at 11:45 PM isn't exactly "fast" food in my opinion.

I visit this KFC almost ever other week, and have been for years. Ever since that one attendful guy left, the service has been consistently awful. You can order something online and then come in, see your order right there, and then eye 5 different employees for 10 minutes before one notices you, says "online order?" and then hands you your food. It's genuinely the most awful service ever. This is not a single incident, it's every single time! Every single staff member wears the most depressed expression ever. No customer service is taught at KFC, and not a single person tries to put in effort, not one! You can make eye contact with them all you want, but unless you speak up you will not get attention. It's the fact this KFC is closest to the station that makes me return. The food is also fine. It's chicken. Or at least I hope there's not much else in there that they happen to drop in the fryer.

The KFC might be good, but the square outside between the restaurants and Hoog Catharijne is SHAMEFULLY FILTHY. How is it possible that the restaurant owners tolerate this??? Empty drink cups on the ground, plastic trash on the ground, food, all sorts of things. What a filthy place and what a disgrace that this isn't cleaned up. Maybe it would be a good idea for the mayor to do something about this for once? Be strict with people who make a mess of things. Give them a 100 euro fine immediately. It is disrespectful.

Fine place to eat, but as always the tables and chairs are covered in crumbs and grease, so finding a clean spot is sometimes a challenge.

I’ve been here a few times and a few things stand out to me. There isn’t nearly enough staff to handle the peak hours; between 5 and 7 pm it’s always chaos. Tables aren’t cleaned, trash cans are overflowing. Everything is filthy. You have to wait a long time and the food is half cold. Whereas at McDonald’s there is always a clear hierarchy and assembly line work, here it is the complete opposite. Everyone just does whatever they want. I didn’t go to the restroom, but I think I have a pretty good idea of ​​what it must look like. And then they charge 70 cents. Additionally, at KFC the fries portions are criminally small; at McDonald’s it’s almost double the amount, yet the two are just as expensive. A shame, because there’s nothing wrong with the chicken recipe.

Worst service too late for a kids menu

They forgot half of our order and made a fuss about giving us what we had paid for. The food was cold and undercooked. The interior was dirty and sticky. Paying 70 cents for a toilet without soap, toilet paper, or any hygiene. I got sick and had to vomit a few hours later.

Today, Wednesday, August 19 around 21:30/22:00 Really a bad experience today. I just waited half an hour for my order while people who ordered after me were already getting their food. Eventually, I found out that they were friends of the employee working there. When I asked after half an hour how much longer my order would take, he just acted as if he didn't hear me. I spoke to him literally 4 times and he just didn't respond, while he was standing there chatting happily with his friends. Eventually, another employee did help me, so I have nothing to say about her. She was actually nice and helped me immediately. But honestly, I really don't think it's normal for a customer to have to wait so long because an employee prefers to be busy with his friends. Especially when you are simply ignored afterwards. Very disappointing.

The food was fine, but the meal took a very long time, and the toilets were also really super filthy (I'll take the toilet at Central Station) and it was very crowded inside.

Respect your closing time! 10:56 I was kept outside the door, the kitchen closes at 11:00! Respect your closing times or change them if you don’t wanna work until 11, shame.

On the website it says that you close at 11pm and I came 5 minutes early and the door was closed on me, if you close at 11pm you have to be open until 11pm, not that you close 5 minutes early

This wasn't really good. The food was cold. Were allowed to swap the fries, but the same junk was cold too. The impression was dirty. There was a garbage bag in front of my nose the whole time. Not really great.

Usually never write reviews unless its really good or really bad. This was the latter. Service is extremely slow. They poored my drink 10 minutes before my order was finished. Obviously I asked new drinks as the drink already got warm. I guess the ventilation is still not working since it was super hot inside, which made the long waiting even worse. Definitely don't recommend this place.

What an experience. I could tell from the outside that the windows were dirty. When we went inside through the door, we saw a filthy floor. I didn't even touch the board you have to order on; it was that dirty. Of course it gets dirty when dozens of people order on it every day, but surely it could just be wiped down a few times a day, couldn't it? We just turned around with the kids and went to eat somewhere else. Looking back, I wonder what the kitchen must look like.

As soon as we entered inside and we started looking for the menu to order the food and what i noticed was there were so many empty tables but they were all dirty. Staffs were busy talking with each other and didn’t value the customers . I went and told one of the guy working there to ask someone if they could clean the place cause there is no way that we gonna seat on those dirty tables. After so long he told one of the lady staff working there to clean the table but she seems so uninterested to do the job. She even picked the dirty tray put it inside and later they served the food to other customer with the same tray even without cleaning or wiping but the customer had also noticed the same and she denied to eat in the same tray. Overall i had the worst experience also all the foods were served too oily and cold. I am also someone who works in the hospitality and i know how one feels to work under pressure but in the yesterday’s scenario it was not busy but the staff were so busy in their own things and literally ignored what is happening around. I forgot to take the picture but this is truly based on the experience here.

Very little space and very crowded

This is most likely the dirtiest KFC branch in the Netherlands. All the tables + floor were dirty. I had a double zinger burger and I got symptoms of food poisoning 2 hours after having it. So, a no-go zone for me.

Received a cold burger. There was only one piece of chicken in it, it was tasteless, and the bun was dry. Not recommended.

Service was fast Ordered a double crunch burger on July 2nd at 11:45 PM. The burger bun was very tough and dried out, and the chicken was completely soggy. So the food sat there way too long. You can't sell this anymore.

They say KFC is open until midnight, so I arrive at 11:30 PM (terrible) and they casually tell me the kitchen is closed and they are cleaning up? A male employee comes to the door and just laughs at me.

Slow service, too slow and dirty place, too dirty

This is probably the prettiest KFC I’ve ever seen. The building is big, open, and has two floors. It was actually pretty cool watching them pack the food downstairs and send it up to the second floor by chain. They did mess up our order at first we ordered two extra hot wings and they forgot them but once I asked, they brought them out right away. The hot wings were crispy and not oily at all. You could also see the kitchen, and it looked spotless, very clean and organized.

Terrible! I've ordered takeout twice in a short time, but when I got home, both times (!!) an item was missing! The first time it was fries, the second time it was just multiple chicken tenders! This is absolutely unacceptable... and it's entirely due to the sloppy staff at this branch. I never have problems at other branches! KFC... please speak to them about this!

A friend and I came here for lunch. My friend was number 255 and I was 257. I got our food first, and after number 268, he asked where his food was. They said he already had it, but the staff didn't believe me. He showed his receipt that he paid. What a disgrace. We'll never come here again. Small update: we (especially him) got sick from it.

The chicken here was simply delicious! This is a very busy KFC, so you have to adjust your expectations. It's a small location, so there's limited seating. The staff works hard to get your order ready as quickly as possible. There are four ordering kiosks, so things move along quickly. However, you do have to wait a bit for your order. There's a restroom that costs 70 cents (I think you can use the ticket afterward, but then you have to pee before ordering!). I quickly popped in to pick up a bucket for me and the kids for the train; this location is perfect for that!

The food is good enough and the staff is very kind, but the actual place itself isn't great. It's always boiling hot inside no matter where you stand/sit and there's very little room to move around or stand and wait for your order. As mentioned before, there's nothing wrong with the food or staff, but it's generally not a pleasant place to be in due to the cramped interior and uncomfortable heat all around

Missing one of the two sides in my box meal. Apparently they are not qualified to do even the most basic task. Staff possibly has reading difficulties - cannot understand what was ordered from the clearly-written screen, and their facial muscle might be paralysed - I see no emotion whatsoever.
