I once came up with the idea for the Simon pizza (a Turkish pizza with two cheese soufflés, similar to the Marjolein pizza) while drunk, and they remembered it immediately. To this day, you can still order it without any further explanation, and in my case, just by walking in and saying nothing. Excellent service and very friendly people. Shoutout to Fetih who made the Simon pizza a reality.

Very unfriendly older bald gentleman who seems to run the shop there. Shouting in Turkish with colleagues who are arguing. This is awful. Strange behavior. You have to be drunk to order something here, but that is the reputation of this place.

Order came late. Food was incomplete. The 'cheese chicken corn with chili sauce' was delivered without chili sauce. The 'hogweed with sauce' was delivered without sauce and also very burnt. The frikandel xxl special was not cut open and there were actually 2 drops of sauce included, so the whole idea of ​​a frikandel special is a bit lost. The satay sauce that came with the fries war was literally transparent, it looked as if it had been diluted with water, it looked and tasted that cheap. In my opinion, frying is really not the most difficult thing there is, it's a shame that they don't want to put that little bit of effort into cutting open a frikandel or adding a sauce for the customer. Then I go to Ten Beste near Neuden, where I am told that I have to go to another branch whose number does not work either. I will never order anything from here again! My first experience with Ten Beste was that the order arrived 1.5 hours late, the food was wilted and no longer warm. Also the sauce was forgotten, I had a fries war, but got fries without. My second experience was today. I got a Hogweed peanut with the fingertip of a rubber glove in it. Really very dirty!! A few years ago, a well-filled durum döner sold for a maximum of 6 Euro. I ordered this again today on January 13, 2024, firstly I received a very grumpy response from the employee, but what I really don't like is that I pay almost 8 euros for the same durum döner in which 80% lettuce and contains 15% wrap and 5% meat. I really think it's a shame that I have been coming here for 5 years and now notice that since the best of them has built up a bit of fame, this has gone to their heads and they have forgotten to be there for the customer.
