First time here. Fresh, crispy and elicious !!

It was really bad, the fries were cold and limp, then the wrap was unpacked and was just tough and rock hard and the staff just said, "Hey, that's a real shame."

Simply, it's literally too sad for words. After 100 years, I finally convinced them to try it again. After the last time, I thought, let's just give it a try. Food? Cold; there's absolutely no logic in the management here. Not only was our food cold, but our neighbors were also in the same situation. Cold food and a tough wrap, which the staff said was normal. 🤣🤣 Well, she said, there was nothing wrong with the sole of her shoe. We returned the food and were told it would be warmed up. The photos speak for themselves. Just the same burgers reheated and flattened in a sandwich maker. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 @kfc take action at this location; I think it's honestly the worst in the Netherlands. I would stay far away from this place.

I ordered via the app for pickup. The app indicated it was ready. I went inside, and it wasn't ready yet. They were putting sandwiches or wings in the bag. It took a really long time for them to top it all off. Meanwhile, the other items in the bag were probably already getting cold. It wasn't busy at all. One woman came to order something. Nothing else. In total, I waited 10 minutes for them to top it all off. Once I got home, the large chicken pieces were completely soggy and had a really nasty, old, bitter taste. The dough/coating smelled terrible. And it wasn't crispy. Straight in the trash. The wings weren't crispy at all, and the dough was soft too. I've never experienced this before when ordering takeout and eating at home. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while. The service is subpar. The friendliness is lacking, and there's actually too much aloofness. You don't even get a "bye," but here's your order and it's ready. I find it so strange that if food has been sitting in the bag on the counter for so long, they don't automatically replace it. Something's not right here. It's a real shame, it used to be good here. It could be a random day. But food that tastes old or like nasty, bitter dough is really not okay!

Chicken is good as usual, toilets too filthy to risk putting your shoes on... Just looking at the floor and toilets is enough to give you scabies.

A very bad experience at KFC. After dinner, I finished my drink, and only when it was almost empty did I realize how incredibly dirty the recyclable cup I'd been given was. There were clearly dirty residues in it, and it didn't look clean at all. I literally gagged and nearly threw up. Truly awful. This is not only disgusting, but also downright unsanitary and unacceptable for a restaurant. You expect clean cups at the very least, especially if you're eating and drinking there. This ruined my entire experience and completely destroyed my confidence in the hygiene of this location. I definitely won't be doing this again. Hygiene should be taken much more seriously here.

The shoes stick to the ground because of the dirt and soda spills. Why the neglect of cleanliness?

I just went to KFC and, unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The bread on my burger was literally falling apart, the food was cold, and the hot wings were extremely dry. We also had an on-screen menu to ask for our food to be brought to our table, but we ended up having to pick it up ourselves. All in all, not a pleasant experience, and certainly not what you expect when dining out.

Bad! It started with the ordering kiosk: three of them weren't working, and there were a lot of people waiting. The food itself was good, but I had to go back to the counter twice because our order wasn't complete. We were sitting upstairs, so I ate all the calories before I could eat. The tables were dirty, the trash cans overflowing, the floor was sticky, and the restrooms were filthy and smelly. Yuck!!! Luckily, I didn't get sick from the food, but we'll never be back!

The food was not cooked it took 3 and a half hours for a large fries 6 chicken wings and a large milkshake I got a small fries 2 chicken wings and a small milkshake banana it was super badly cooked and it was inedible so we went back but they only speak other languages ​​so definitely not recommended🤢🤮🤮🤢

What a disappointment, KFC! Worse than bad! Shame on you, "star chefs." The Fire Zinger Stacker was supposed to be something special, but after removing the wrapper, I was met with what looked like a failed experiment between a scrambled egg and a slushy pancake. The promised crispy chicken? Nowhere to be found. The crust had completely dissolved into a soggy, greasy mess that looked more like chunky vomit than a burger. I bravely tried to eat the chicken, but what a pathetic display of "craftsmanship" came out of that kitchen. The six fillet bites I'd bought with it were thankfully still somewhat manageable, but otherwise, this was a sorry sight. Looking back, the stuff must have been ready long ago—because I paid, and less than a minute later, the order was on the counter. That probably explains the state of this "fresh" burger. In short: KFC, this was no meal. This was a low point. I'm curious to hear your reaction.

We got cold fries and a cold burger but the music was good

We ordered a variety bucket and two zinger burger meals to go. To our surprise, it was ready within two minutes; when we got home (a short drive), everything was cold or lukewarm. I really don't mind pre-cooking, as I've often waited 20 minutes. But this is simply too much. I prefer to wait a little longer if it's freshly prepared and still warm/hot.

On the way home, I decided to get a bucket meal for two. With hot wings. The young man who took the order clearly didn't understand what he was doing, and it felt like this was his first day on the job. Instead of anyone helping him, he was on his own. No request for sauce or dip, just a man completely stuck on what to do. Meanwhile, the line behind us only grew longer, and everyone was getting impatient. I felt really sorry for him, especially when the female manager returned at one point and was visibly disinterested in her work/task. You'd expect the young man to be helped. I think they should look internally at how the staff is treated here, and especially how best to train someone. So, we continued our journey without sauce, the fries nice and warm (I'm used to colder ones at KFC) and the chicken well-seasoned. And the drinks, without asking, without ice.

The stairs are sticky, the tables aren't clean, the fries are lukewarm, the burgers are lukewarm, and when you go to the counter to politely report that something is missing from your order, you're completely ignored. Staff are pushing you around, and the shift manager is also busy with a female colleague. It will be a very long time before we go back there.

We were hesitant to go to KFC Zuid Oost because we often arrive in Utrecht around closing time, and everything is sold out. Unfortunately, we couldn't go to KFC Zuid Oost because the exit to it was closed. My brother and I wanted to eat something small. Twister menu 365 for €5. We had exactly €10.40 in cash with us. When we arrived at the drive-through, we were greeted politely and greeted politely back. We then placed our order, and the employee told us there was no Twister. We found this very annoying, but we already knew that. Saying this now is actually quite bad for your business operations. I'm assuming you're out of some products around closing time, even in Amsterdam. The restaurant manager came over. Which I really doubt. Because this man didn't help us at all as a restaurant manager. He asked us to file a complaint directly with HR. I believe HR is responsible for personnel. I'm not one of your employees. But I did work for another large, permanent food company and was the restaurant manager there myself. I never sent my customers to HR or HQ (perhaps that's what he meant), but I had to resolve complaints on-site myself. Ultimately, the complaint also goes back to the restaurant manager. I assume. I just don't want this man to help me anymore. I want to take it a step further. A regional manager or district manager, because this so-called restaurant manager hasn't taken me seriously. To continue with my complaint. The Twister machine was broken. We asked him, "What can you give us instead of the Twister?" He told us to choose a different menu. We only had €10.40 to spend and wanted something different instead of the Twister. We weren't particularly hungry, after all. Just a bit peckish. We gave this lecturer numerous options. In my time as a restaurant manager, I often made products similar to Twister. This was just a tortilla wrap with tenders. I don't understand which machine you use. And I'd love to see how it's made for a day. By the way, I used to have to offer this to my customers. Anyway, I'm writing this quite annoyed. Because now I have no food, and my hunger hasn't been satisfied. I know the complaint will be returned to your restaurant, but I don't think this will solve the problem. Never again will I go to this KFC. We had to wait an incredibly long time for our order. Then they sold out of part of our order. The fries were cold, and the chicken pieces fell apart. I couldn't even get a smile from the staff. We got angry when other people complained that theirs was taking so long.

The last few visits to this location have all been good. Fast and good food. Vastly improved.

It's KFC... that ordering machine was difficult and the floor was sticky. The chicken fillet bites were good. The fries were soggy.

I have to say, I never have high expectations for KFC. But this one exceeded everything. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy. The fries weren't salted, and I was given the wrong Red Bull. If you want to eat somewhere before skydiving, go somewhere healthy. I briefly felt nauseous before I went indoor skydiving next door. Anyway, stay healthy.

I feel like every KFC is worse than the last. If you order an original piece these days, you might get a little meat, otherwise you're paying for a boneless, fried chicken.

The banana milkshake wasn't on the menu, so I couldn't select it. They made a fuss about getting my money back. And then they prepared my order without anyone touching it, so it had already cooled down, and I waited a total of 16-17 minutes for nothing. A terrible experience.

I ordered 6 hot wings at the checkout. When I opened the box, I received 5 drumsticks and 1 wing. The chicken was too fatty; my fingers were covered in grease when I picked it up. They didn't even provide a straw with my drink. They didn't even provide napkins. And the corn on the cob wasn't good. I'm a huge KFC fan. The restrooms were also unkempt, and there was no soap in the men's room. Please avoid this place!

I ordered through the order screen, but the wrap was missing, so I checked with a staff member and it was indeed out. Then I ordered a salad and the rest of the order. After a while, it turned out the salad was gone as well. I finally asked for a refund. Initially, I didn't get enough. If it was completely full, I understand that's sometimes difficult, but it was very quiet. The food was hot, though. Hence, no 1 or 2 stars.

I'd happily drive out of my way for a Zinger Burger. I did this one too, but they're closed. On Friday nights, the Drive is open until 2:00 AM, according to the website. Not so... very nice (1:05 AM).

We tried ordering at three different kiosks, but all the screens displayed a malfunction and told us to order at the counter. We waited at the counter, but there was no staff present. When someone finally showed up, we were ignored and unhelped. So we left without eating and went elsewhere. Zero service and zero experience.

This KFC location has a huge staffing problem; they don't even call out your order number when it's ready! You just have to ask, and they'll just say, "Yes, look at the screen." Unbelievable! And oh yeah, the burgers are also poorly topped. I've ordered a Zinger burger or an original filet burger several times; your first three bites are just bread and sauce, and then suddenly a huge hunk of chicken appears in your last few bites... This could really be better. I thought that was what fast food was so good at (it wasn't).
