Super friendly staff and fast service

It has gone downhill considerably; the atmosphere is gloomy, the service is terrible, and the food is cold. A few years ago, it was still a nice place to go. I hadn't been there for a very long time, but I left with a bad impression. A shame.

The food tasted good and i dont really mind that they got my order wrong since it was resolved quickly and the service was still really good but as i was in the city already i ended up farting violently and i almost shart myself in the kruidvat i had to act non chalant and walk with my cheeks clenched to the bar with my friend as if nothing has happened there i ended up shitting so violently in the bar bathroom and im 100% sure its from the burger btw it was so bad i didnt even notice that i shat in the mens bathroom (as im writing this right now i noticed my zipper is still open. Thats how distraught i am). Great meal to have before you go to the bar though, i recomend the zinger burger meal.

Stay away, from this place. Three weekends in the row delivery never came, money on hold, they keep on pushing problem for thuis, third time was inside physically in restaurant, order was mixed, no apologies felt like they feeding prisoners ...

It is truly never clean here. The sofas are covered in greasy stains, tables are not wiped down properly, and there is regularly trash under them. The toilets are so incredibly filthy that you actually don't feel like eating after a visit. I honestly do not understand how a restaurant can remain open in this state. Surely there are hygiene standards that a hospitality establishment must meet? I find this particularly concerning for a restaurant, because poor hygiene can ultimately pose risks to food safety. Unfortunately, this is not something I experienced just once, but something I noticed during multiple visits.

I have been standing here waiting for Nijmegen food for almost an hour.

Don't eat here, folks! Yesterday I bought a box of hot wings with a friend. They were warm and we thought, fine, tasty food. In the end, after a few hours we both got food poisoning and we are still sick from it. Unhygienic place! Only small children work there too. Dangerous place!!

Got food quickly, good experience

It's just not normal how long you have to wait for a single burger. Uninterested staff standing around staring blankly. The food is definitely better than that big letter M. But the staff isn't any better.

Not enough employees and very long waiting time

Truly a terrible KFC run by 3 kids without supervision. Mega dirty tables, incomplete delivery, dark brown fries, and being dishonest about the terms of the deal. And when complained, they say that's just the way it is. Don't go.

The food was what you normally get from KFC. However, the restaurant was dirty and neglected. The toilet is absolutely terrible. I regret eating there. The flies were trying to eat along with us. You wonder if the same people who keep the restaurant clean are also responsible for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen.

Bad. I haven't received napkins at the Drive Thru a few times now. The fries were thrown upside down into the big bag. They were inedible too. Burnt and soggy. I returned them and had to wait, but I got the same fries again, but crammed into the bag and cold and soggy. Better stay away from here.

I don't get where the 5* reviews come from, but from us, a solid 1*. We had to wait an hour (on a Tuesday) before we could take our food away! (We had already ordered & paid online, too!!!) The staff was also extremely bad.

The only problem is that the sound is too loud in these kinds of cinemas for those over 50. Even though I felt like I was inside the movie, the loudness of the sound during the war scenes was bothersome for me.

Standard KFC (with kiosk). Have to pay extra for mayo or BBQ sauce. Fries are okay but not "Krispy".

KFC is a place where people come to get fast, high-quality, and flavorful chicken. That is why I don't understand people; why would you go to KFC if you expect a five-star dining experience? In times when a standard menu at a fast-food restaurant will cost you around 15 euros, KFC does things differently… the app… Deals you crave after a long workday at the office on a Wednesday evening when you are incredibly hungry. A standard menu easily costs you 5 euros, whereas at other fast-food chains, with a coupon, you end up paying a measly 9 euros—wasn't that the price of a Big Mac menu in 2018? All in all, I recommend everyone—and yes, even you reading this review—to download the app and score some good deals. And hey… at the end of the day, it’s still fast food; this KFC explicitly shows that a large order can be delivered with speed, good service, and above all, top quality. That is asking too much of many chains in 2026, hence these 5 stars. And once again to everyone reading this: download the app. Because who doesn't love having more money in their wallet?

The service was good and the food was super tasty.

Bad food, in terms of being fresh! Just kept warm for hours. Also they gave my order to someone else! When I went at the counter, they aggressively claimed they have given this order once even though I had the receipt in my hand! When they took my order from someone else's table, they even didn't apologise!

First, I was given a burger that was so cold it seemed like it came straight from the fridge. After that, I received a slightly less cold burger that was still somewhat edible. The small burger had such a hard bun that I just threw it away. Just like a sponge cake that had been sitting out in the open air for two weeks. I would really only go here if you are very hungry and want to try a chicken strip. I cannot recommend the burgers or the experience.

Worthless. You have the option to have it brought to your table. They didn't feel like doing that, so they removed the numbers. When asked for a number, they said in an unpolite tone, "I'm not going to bring it to you. You can just come pick it up here." While two people were sitting in the kitchen chilling on their phones. I would say don't go here. Plus, the food was cold too.

Careless staff, my drink was only half full, and the chicken sometimes arrives cold even though I was the only one in the restaurant with no one in the drive-thru. Aside from that, the chicken does have good flavor, and the corn in particular was very tasty.

The food wasn't amazing, but not bad either. Bacon in the burger was cooked a bit too hard. The background music was too loud, and it wasn't pleasant music! You could even say shitty music.... It was nice and quiet though, and it was cleaned well.

First time at KFC in my life and never again. The food is disgusting. I got takeout and unfortunately didn't check. The kids' menu didn't include a toy, so I had a sad child at home. Great. The chicken tenders were pale, limp, and had a weird sour taste. I forbade my child from eating any more due to the risk of food poisoning. All the sauces I ordered were missing too. From now on, I'll just go back to McDonald's.

Music super loud, toilets can't be used, eating on the premises isn't allowed, no fries sauce... what a joke is this?!

They took our food and gave it to someone else, after that they went and said that we shoudve been faster and be more alert, even though our order was still in preparing it wasnt even moved up yet.

You call them, they don't answer the phone. Then you go there and order food. Hygiene is practically non-existent. What a shame, they'd be better off closing the place down. Just disgusting chicken.

I find this really disappointing! My friends and I were looking forward to it so much, and then after 35 minutes we get a cold burger, a flat bun, and black smudges/bits in the burger. On top of that, cold and soggy fries. And what is just plain sad is the medium milkshake; you pay about 5 euros for it and it is even smaller than a small milkshake from McDonald's. So, I am never coming here again.

Went to eat 3 times, 2 times my order was not processed. In addition, the 'fries' in particular were mediocre, even though in general all the food at fast food chains is of course junk...

Having to wait 45 minutes for the order, it turned out that the wrong burger was in the package. After going back to the counter twice, I received one new, correct burger.

Simply, it's literally too sad for words. After 100 years, I finally convinced them to try it again. After the last time, I thought, let's just give it a try. Food? Cold; there's absolutely no logic in the management here. Not only was our food cold, but our neighbors were also in the same situation. Cold food and a tough wrap, which the staff said was normal. 🤣🤣 Well, she said, there was nothing wrong with the sole of her shoe. We returned the food and were told it would be warmed up. The photos speak for themselves. Just the same burgers reheated and flattened in a sandwich maker. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 @kfc take action at this location; I think it's honestly the worst in the Netherlands. I would stay far away from this place.

It was really bad, the fries were cold and limp, then the wrap was unpacked and was just tough and rock hard and the staff just said, "Hey, that's a real shame."

LEARN QUALITY WORKERS BEHIND THE KITCHEN. THE CHEESE WAS NOT MELTED AND ONLY A SMALL PIECE OF CHICKEN ON MY BURGER. I WAS GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT. I DEFINITELY HAVE PROOF THAT WAS SENT TO THEM!

I ordered via the app for pickup. The app indicated it was ready. I went inside, and it wasn't ready yet. They were putting sandwiches or wings in the bag. It took a really long time for them to top it all off. Meanwhile, the other items in the bag were probably already getting cold. It wasn't busy at all. One woman came to order something. Nothing else. In total, I waited 10 minutes for them to top it all off. Once I got home, the large chicken pieces were completely soggy and had a really nasty, old, bitter taste. The dough/coating smelled terrible. And it wasn't crispy. Straight in the trash. The wings weren't crispy at all, and the dough was soft too. I've never experienced this before when ordering takeout and eating at home. I don't think I'll be coming back here for a while. The service is subpar. The friendliness is lacking, and there's actually too much aloofness. You don't even get a "bye," but here's your order and it's ready. I find it so strange that if food has been sitting in the bag on the counter for so long, they don't automatically replace it. Something's not right here. It's a real shame, it used to be good here. It could be a random day. But food that tastes old or like nasty, bitter dough is really not okay!

Chicken is good as usual, toilets too filthy to risk putting your shoes on... Just looking at the floor and toilets is enough to give you scabies.

Very happy the happy meal gifts are back..(yes they sold me happy meals without the gifts in the past) also happy they bring food upstairs for you again (unless this is only a Saturday thing) ofc sad the kids playground is closed again

A very bad experience at KFC. After dinner, I finished my drink, and only when it was almost empty did I realize how incredibly dirty the recyclable cup I'd been given was. There were clearly dirty residues in it, and it didn't look clean at all. I literally gagged and nearly threw up. Truly awful. This is not only disgusting, but also downright unsanitary and unacceptable for a restaurant. You expect clean cups at the very least, especially if you're eating and drinking there. This ruined my entire experience and completely destroyed my confidence in the hygiene of this location. I definitely won't be doing this again. Hygiene should be taken much more seriously here.
