Inedible. You get your Mexicano cut into 4 pieces because otherwise it doesn't fit in the container; the fries are tasteless and soggy.

I still occasionally wander in here lost with some colleagues on Friday afternoons. Because Friday is snack day. Generally, the snacks are okay. The fries were really incredibly salty last time. A bit more friendliness (a polite greeting upon arrival or departure) really wouldn't hurt.

The food was really delicious. The staff was very friendly, and the food arrived very quickly. I even spoke to the owner briefly, and he's a very nice man. I had a winter roll, and it was incredibly delicious. I will definitely eat here again.

I recommend this cafeteria to everyone; the staff, and especially the owner, are very attentive and helpful. Choosing from such an extensive menu can be quite difficult, but they really thought along with me. The owner should be proud of this establishment.

Food was reasonable, sanitary facilities not cleaned for days

We live in Parkwijk and thought we'd grab a quick bite to eat. There are six people behind the counter, no clean tables, a dirty floor, and then the food, phew! One small portion of fries, one portion of satay from the fryer with nothing on the side in terms of raw vegetables, one halal frikadel, and a bottle of drink for €18-€19... Never again! The owner should be ashamed of himself! Keep it up, and this filthy, customer-unfriendly, expensive place will be over very quickly. Yuck.

The owner isn't polite or cooperative with the staff. He's a real jerk. The food is mediocre, and the cheese soufflé isn't tasty. The staff is incredibly friendly, though.

The food was excellent, and I appreciate that there are halal options. What made my experience less positive, however, was the attitude of a blonde employee. She grumpily and disrespectfully called out orders, and when I tried to ask her a question, she responded curtly without looking at me. That was downright rude and disruptive, especially to customers.

Horrible place! Unfriendly and dirty! Tables aren't cleaned. The restroom is a complete mess. Staff touch their noses and hair. The girl behind the counter, the sarcastic one, can't smile! This place is unhygienic. I'll never go back. It's a sickening place; the food gave me a stomachache :(

We ordered food, but when we paid, we received a message that the payment had failed. We then tried again. On our bill, I saw that the amount due had been debited twice. Before I could call Kwalitaria, they called to rectify the situation. Excellent service.

Last week I had a delicious meal at Kwalitaria Parkwijk. I ordered the crispy chicken, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was wonderfully crispy and perfectly cooked. The fries that came with it were truly excellent, just the way I like them. I also had a short, pleasant chat with the owner; he's always there for his staff and treats them incredibly well. The staff is also incredibly friendly, and you can really tell they're a great team and work well together. I'll definitely be back to this wonderful Kwalitaria again!

Always delicious at Kwalitaria Parkwijck! I come here regularly and am always satisfied. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is friendly, and you get served quickly. Yesterday, my wife and two children had a truly delicious meal at this Kwalitaria. I had a special frikandel and large fries with peanut sauce—everything was delicious. The store was also very neat and tidy, and the staff at the counter were very helpful. A truly great place! I'll definitely be back.

We called back later to say we still wanted the burger, even though it might not be complete. It turned out, however, that the problem wasn't the ingredients, but that they simply didn't want to make it due to busy times and staff shortages. What nonsense. We arrived at 1:00 PM? Why don't you just tell us that right away and lie about it first? Just be honest and say you're too lazy to bother. We then went to Kwalitaria Vianen for dinner with Jan. He told us the burger only had about three special ingredients that you wouldn't normally buy right away, but that it could easily be made without them. We had to wait a maximum of 10-15 minutes. So the burger was ready in no time, and this doesn't take half a day. Complete nonsense. Staff simply don't want to work and come up with lame excuses

Ate here today. Used to be here often. Unfortunately it has gone downhill very fast. When you ask what is included in a menu, they answer poorly. If you don't want fries but some bread, you get the answer that that is not possible. They don't ask if you want sauce with your shoarma or fries. If you ask for mayonnaise, you are also put on your spot. Really very disappointing. We won't come here again.

Try not to touch anybody`s food by your bare hand like you do. I hope you washed them after ... The food is OK for the fact that they are outskirt of the city. Fit for purpose.

Unfortunately they come up with the same story again, even though I order more than 3 hours in advance, the food still arrives late. Only after I call (15 minutes after the original delivery time) am I told that it is now being put in the fryer. Now this time I also got someone who told us that we should be happy that food is made for us at all. Unfortunately, the other quality restaurants in the area are not allowed to deliver to us due to competition, but I still find it special that it is always the same story at Parkwijk.

I have been to the quality shop in Parkwijk. And I have had a bad experience here. Firstly, the employees keep staring at you while you wait for your food and talk bad about you. I also had to wait more than 40 minutes for a portion of fries. You can see in the kitchen that 3 out of 4 people did nothing at all and were just on their phones while the other person had to do everything. When I finally had my fries, they turned out to be hard, cold and tough. There was also a hair in my food and the food was very dry. I certainly don't recommend coming here or ordering anything here.

First time ordering something and also the last time. I ordered a halal burger and got it with bacon tfoe. There are two young girls working there who are on their phones, so they didn't even get to work on my order. That's why a lot goes wrong with orders there. Fries were very soft and looked cheap. I got a salad with it, I didn't even order it but it was probably on the menu, I didn't even get a fork or something... you can imagine how hard it is for me... in short, never again

During the past year, a number of dishes from this cafeteria have been ordered several times. And I had them delivered as well as picked them up myself. Not cheap, but I think the quality is really good. The service is of course slightly different for each employee, but it is good. Atmosphere is what one would expect in a cafeteria.

I had the fries delivered, they were fairly soft and tasteless, tastes like you buy a bag of frozen fries at the jumbo. The meat tastes good, but they forgot my salad and sauce on the menu, luckily they refunded it without any problem.

Specially ordered spring rolls, they were vegetarian, instead of regular, I said something about it the day after, but that piece was nonsense, I had never seen her in the chip shop, said that was the way it should be, and that they had had it for a few months It was also a bad egg and there was no satay sauce. A waste of my 13 euros 50. I live less than 500 meters from there, but I will look for another chip/snack place. Too bad for the owner that the business is deteriorating so much.

Bad fries place. When you're inside you can smell the toilets. Tables are dirty. and 13.80 for 3 frikandel peanut sandwiches. And staff distracted. There is 8 staff running but nothing happens.

The lady behind the counter was cutting peppers. I ordered 2 milkshakes. I see something and said something... Without washing her hands, she takes rides and closes the cups. Service simply doesn't exist here. Rarely blunt and uninterested staff who regularly completely ignore you. Semi-raw fries are also no exception. Air fryer would have been a better idea.

The name Kwalitaria suggests that quality is delivered here. However, quality means delivering what you promised and that is exactly what this cafeteria does not do. Last time I received the wrong order, but I still gave it another chance. Ordered online for collection at 5:22 pm. When I walked in at 5:20 PM my order had not been processed. They had yet to start and I still had to wait 17 minutes. That's quite a long time if you have a children's party where five hungry toddlers are waiting for their fries. In addition, the noticeably bad atmosphere between the staff does not really contribute to a pleasant stay. We won't come here again.
