Sat outside and had fries. And ice cream to finish. Luckily, I only had one scoop because it was more than enough. It's on a fairly busy main road, so there's plenty to look at.

A tasty, good chip shop as it should be. The game croquette is recommended. Stone containers for the snaks are environmentally friendly. Waitress hadn't written down what we had so that seemed amateurish, if my companions weren't so sincere we would have eaten for half price! The ice cream is also delicious

Ate here for the first time today during the liberation festival, and also the last time. there was a woman in her 40s who helped me with dark hair and who was completely grumpy, she couldn't even properly explain to me where the drinks were, she looked at me like I was stupid when I asked. Then I saw someone who only wanted to pay for a Red Bull and that woman said grumpily to him: Only a Red Bull? And looked at her colleagues with disdain. You also saw the employees gossiping together about customers. I thought it was very strange, (to put it mildly) I had never experienced anything like this, I will never come here again. If you work at a snack bar, you can also pretend that you enjoy it a bit.

Was a 6, small bowls of fries, and I tasted that old fat was, I think if you change the fat sooner, then it will be fine to eat

Got fries and snacks yesterday. Fried in dirty old fat. The noodles were burnt on one side and the fat was floating out. The same goes for the croquettes. Very dirty. Inside of the bag was dripping with grease. Paid almost $30 for that. Never again!!

Great fries but that woman is so unfriendly. In addition, if they accidentally hear a different order than the one you say, she gets angry. In the end I even pay more than I calculated on the menu. I won't be there again.

Good food, that's 5 stars. The way of taking orders is disastrous. This creates confusion for new customers and long lines, not effective. When you are allowed/must pay also varies per employee. Sometimes you have to wait until you can pay, sometimes you can do it immediately after placing your order. They all use something different in this regard. Very frustrating if you have to discuss this when you want to pay immediately and this is not allowed. They really need to change this.

They would be better off hiring donkeys as staff. If you ask for war you get curry. If you ask for war with sauce separately, they will smear everything over it. Forgot the milkshake but kept doing everything by memory. Enough is enough, I don't come here anymore and would advise you to drive to another one.....

It is a bit little .caffee and have a square in front of with some tables and chairs you can feel rest on them .you can get ice cream or coffee with cookies or drink something cold .anyway it's good to spend good time with others.l advice people to visit it and have enjoy.

nice clean place, lovely staff, delicious fries and plenty of (vegetarian) choice! When I asked for special sauce (samurai) and they didn't have it, I was kindly offered a tasty alternative. The next time I came they just arranged a bottle of samurai sauce for me, what service! 🥰 (also a plus; if you eat here you get a nice plate and cutlery instead of the standard plastic)

A clean shop, always friendly staff and - now that it's busy - 5 people work behind the counter like a smoothly oiled machine. Highly recommended!

What a worthless thing. There is a sign on the door that sometimes closes a little earlier than 8 p.m. With more rule than exception, the staff is already lazily hanging at the counter at 7 p.m., the door is locked and you are looked at sheepishly and irritated if you still want to order. Then on to Kolk where you are warmly welcomed and the staff is happy to help you

Had a delicious meal today. Fries on a plate with Oliehoorn mayonnaise. With a game croquette from our own kitchen. Great to see that people have love for the business.

Nice local snack bar. Excellent price-quality ratio. Nice staff and wide choice of snacks. A point of improvement could be to offer more vegetarian products and present them clearly as options. Ice cream is fine, not excellent quality, but really good for an average snack bar.

Bought ice cream on a crispy cone. Delicious ice cream and big scoops. Hazelnut ice cream with real nut pieces. Didn't eat any snacks or fries so no review on that. Recommended!

During the fries war there was very little satay and onion. And lots of mayonnaise. The sauce was severely unbalanced. A fries war was not worth the name.

Ordered fries war with onion today. There is plenty of mayo in the sauce container, satay sauce is all over the fries and is not really in proportion to the mayonnaise. Onion is nowhere to be seen except for those 4 pieces. Cheese souffle sandwich came with sauce separately... Wouldn't get fries here again anytime soon. The ice cream was tasty this week.

We used to always go to a different cafeteria. Since Het Smikkelhoekje was renovated a few years ago, this is no longer an average cafeteria but more of a lunchroom that approaches the quality of a restaurant. Moreover, they have delicious ice cream and give deliciously generous scoops for your money.

Nice employees, excellent food. They have many flavors of ice cream and also soft ice cream. They also need new colleagues, so if you are looking for a job this is a great choice!
