As loyal customers, we're a little disappointed. I would have preferred to send an email, but that's not possible. Today, we picked up some fries from you with visitors; the portions were really tiny. We used to enjoy coming to you, but unfortunately, the prices and portions are not what they used to be. It's understandable that the prices are rising, but we're not happy about the smaller portions (perhaps it varies depending on the staff, but there should be more guidance). We do think you've become expensive: €4 for a small portion of fries and €3.80 for a special frikandel. See photo.

An ice cream for €3.30! I expected a bit more. I also missed some enthusiasm from the staff member at that moment. Too bad! My daughter's Sunday ice cream was better, though.

Raspatat is the opposite; a kind of warm Lays chips with bite, but without salt. Overcooked and no taste. A spring roll for €3.30 that you would pay a euro for at the market and if the staff is having a bad day, they are more than happy to show it. Conclusion: I would rather pay twice as much at McDonalds than have this bland snack again.

The quality of the food is reasonable. Unfortunately the website is not up to date. I ordered a spring roll special menu, but I received a loose spring roll and large fries with sauce. Scheller Snack has been located at the Forelkolk Shopping Center for as long as I can remember - certainly since '94 - and is therefore a household name within our family. I have not lived in Zwolle for 5 years now, but my grandmother does - who lives around the corner - and I still come here regularly. It is a very good quality snack bar, you will be helped quickly even during rush hour and the staff is very friendly. The products are prepared in fresh frying fat, which you can definitely taste. Over the years, business changes have been implemented that have only benefited the snack bar. Nice detail: Scheller Snack was the first snack bar in Zwolle to introduce variety fries and so far I have not eaten such delicious variety fries!
