If you are a rabbit, you can eat well here; way too much brown lettuce and fries that you actually want to leave untouched just by looking at them. The can of cola was the best.

The atmosphere is great and the food is of high quality, highly recommended.

Delicious food, excellent service.

We ordered an hour ago, and when we arrived, they still hadn't started preparing our food. We ordered drinks, but they didn't give them to us; same story with sauce, so we ate dry food. We also specified no jalapeños, but we did get them.

What an incredibly bad experience. After waiting for well over an hour and a half, we still hadn't received anything. Eventually, the order didn't arrive until two hours later, without any communication about the delay. As if that wasn't bad enough, the order turned out to be incomplete, meaning we had to wait even longer for the rest to be delivered. The fries were cold and the fish burger bun was truly bare: just the fish burger and a slice of cheese. No lettuce, no other toppings, absolutely nothing. To top it all off, my mother got sick after eating the fish burger. Of course, we don't know for sure what caused it, but it was immediately after eating and the fish burger was way too overcooked. We were given some extra drinks as compensation, but that doesn't get you very far. I would much rather have just received my food on time, warm, and complete. This was the first and immediately the last time we will order here.

We waited 2.5 hours for our order. Had to call twice after 1.5 hours to ask where the food was; the employee indicated another 15 minutes. Called again 30 minutes later; the same man indicated, "Yes, another 15 minutes." Another half hour later, it arrived. Fries cold and raw, burgers stuck together and cold, loaded fries cold and also raw. When I called the place back to say that it couldn't be delivered like this, the delivery driver answered the phone and said during the delivery that he couldn't do anything about it. I called the place 10 minutes later. The delivery driver takes 2.5 hours on the way there, and 10 minutes later he's back in the place. VERY IMPRESSIVE!

Hanged on the phone with the manager 3 times. After 2.5 hours, the food is cold, the fries are raw, the burger is completely stuck to the bun, the loaded fries are cold, and the chicken is cold. What a terrible place!

We just waited 2 hours for the food when it was supposed to be 30 to 50 minutes; the food was cold and dry. We were also supposed to get a free tub of Ben & Jerry’s, but we didn't get that either, even though it was on the bill. Disgusting place.

I ordered for the first time right at the beginning, when they had just opened. The food was soggy, cold, and actually not tasty for what you spend. BUT: My aunt ordered there a year later and she said the management had changed, so I wanted to try it again. The food was super, hot, and tasty. After this, I actually became a regular customer. And not to forget, I had forgotten to order fries, so I called them to ask if they would add them. The gentleman on the phone said that we got them for free. So, in other words, it is now a top-notch restaurant. I would say, give these people a chance, and if it isn't as I described above, they will surely be open to feedback. It was delivered quickly and I ordered the raspberry, pistachio, and mango pastries and they were definitely recommended.

Bizarre! We just received our order and it turns out a bite has already been taken out of it! I have never experienced anything like this. To the owner: the order was placed on August 1st at 18:16. Hopefully, you can fire the rat who did this.

The food isn't as tasty as at other HFCs in Rotterdam, bro. You go to order food, but first ask about the last oil change because the oil is just black, and this is really not good because I got food poisoning from a burger and the restaurant just stinks. I think they are the best sausage place in Breda; you can just go to Donerland, he serves tasty and clean food. I ordered chicken hair, not headpiece, so yeah people please, at #hfc's the cooking is not clean and they never clean it.

Half of our order is missing and the quality of the other half is shamefully poor. Calling is impossible because they don't answer anyway.

We had to wait almost 2 hours for it to be delivered. The food was lukewarm, the fries weren't fried long enough, so they were inedible. The chicken was dry and no longer crispy on the outside. My menu was incomplete, and the cola was not delivered. In other words, this is the last time we will ever order from here, because it is way too expensive for bad food.

Really good restaurant and delicious

First, we ordered via an ordering platform. Then we decided to check the reviews on Google Maps. At that point, we already had the feeling that this wouldn't be a good experience. A few minutes later, we received a call. I politely asked if they could speak English, but instead, the employee started acting rudely and shouting at me. That is why I ended the call. When the order arrived, my wife and I were very disappointed. My wife immediately tasted mold in the bun. My burger was also very bad: there was almost nothing on it, just a hamburger between the bun, not even lettuce. The taste was just terrible. In the end, we threw everything away. €40 wasted and a huge disappointment. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

This is the worst restaurant in Breda, the delivery was awful, the order was 45 min late, and the delivery guy had no manners, in less than 10 sec he rang my door 3 times, and knocked on it to make my naighbors up at 1 am, it was an awfull experience and I hope no one will order from this place again.

I ordered here the day before yesterday. I was short 2 fries. I contacted the restaurant; they didn't believe me and said they would review the footage and refund €7 if what I said was true. I haven't been called back. I called again the next morning, and was told that it hadn't happened yet and that they would check and call back today before 6:00 PM. Heard nothing again. Called back again. I was told the manager would call me within 15 minutes. An hour later, still no message. Called again, and they said the manager would call immediately. Called again 10 minutes later, and they indicated he had other things to do and hung up. Today I tried calling for the last time and was told again that the manager would call me; it never happened. In all but one of the phone calls, the staff wasn't exactly friendly or polite. What a lousy place, 2 fries.

We had ordered food at 13:15 and after almost one hour of no updates I called to ask where the order was and the guy said that the delivery driver was on the way so I waited more half an hour and no food and no updates. So I called them again and the guy said that the delivery drivers car had broken down and that they were getting another delivery driver to come bring us the food and it would be delivered in couple minutes. Another half hour passed no food again and no updates until finally they called to say that the delivery driver had taken the food back because it was cold and I wanted them to cook the whole order again which would take another 45 minutes so I asked them for the food and money which would only be fair but they decline and wanted only to deliver the food. This is the worst experience I’ve had when coming to order food!

I placed an order first, but when the order arrived, I opened the potato box and there was a fly inside and the food was cold. There was a sharp delay in the delivery of orders.

Ordered at 4:30 this evening. When I called at 5:45, I got a very unfriendly man on the phone who told me they were busy and that they were visiting multiple addresses. So; I just have to wait. Called again at 6:10, another unfriendly man, who sighed and said he was going to call his delivery driver. It is now 7:50 but I still haven't seen any food. It is not normal how long this is taking. At 7 o'clock it was finally delivered. The food is cold, and suddenly Thuisbezorgd says the food was delivered at 5:33 PM, even though I called at 6:21 PM asking where our food was, so they are lying quite a bit on top of that. I will never order from here again!

We were at HFC yesterday and ordered the Double Cheese Burger. Unfortunately, the burger was still very raw after eating the first half. When we pointed this out to the staff, we were told that we would not be getting a new burger because she had already eaten half of it. However, no apology was offered for the inconvenience. This was especially disappointing because she was very hungry. Unfortunately, she became nauseous and vomited after eating the burger. Thank you very much HFC!!

Low on stock. Certain sauces are out, and they also don't have a large sign advertising Twister fries. There was only one person in the store helping people with AirPods in their ears. Such a shame.

I've ordered food from here several times, but this was the last time. The burgers are fine, but never warm. The fries are always ice cold, as are the snacks. They called to say they were out of corn and asked if we wanted free drinks for the inconvenience. We asked for two Dr. Peppers, but were given two Cokes. It also took longer than an hour, which is normal for them.

I had dinner with my girlfriend. The atmosphere was nice and clean, and the food was good. See you soon.

We ordered from HFC. It took ages, and when we finally received the food, it was all ice cold. We called HFC hoping to resolve this, but received a less-than-helpful response. They denied the food was cold and refused to offer any assistance. Finally, we were told, in a rather unfriendly tone, that we would get a refund and that they would send a delivery driver to take the food back. The delivery driver took the food back. Then we received an email stating that we wouldn't even get a third of our money back. Ridiculous service; we will never order or eat from them again!

Bad business, bad food, bad staff

I ordered as always, the delivery guy rang the bell even though I wrote a note saying „pls call“ (all fine here it can happen) but asking me where I’m from when delivering is none of their business. AFTER the delivery the same delivery guy CALLS ME (mind you it was night and I am a woman) apologizing (still all lowkey cool here) and I explained that there are other people living here hence my request. The delivery guy continues to ask me if this is a student house which is none of his business. I called the store, explained why I felt uncomfortable and all I got was „I guess we won’t apologize anymore then“, „he is a nice guy“ and finishing off by „we are busy“ followed by hanging up. Also, they recorded the conversation between me and the delivery guy WITHOUT informing me about this matter (which is illegal by Dutch law). The food was okay, it was cold though.

I waited two hours for my order, and with a significant delay. After calling, it was supposed to arrive within a few minutes. I'm staying in a hotel, and the food was left at the entrance without any information or phone number, even though I wrote when ordering to call from the hotel. The food is very cold and tasteless... The fries are very old, as if they'd been sitting there for half a day, the hamburger is stale, and the nuggets are also cold and stale. Furthermore, I didn't receive the drink I paid for. The food was better than expected, the atmosphere wasn't great, but that's not what you're looking for here. The service was a bit chaotic, and two of the things we ordered weren't available... but hey, the food was good, and that's what matters.

Don't go here and just go to the Doner place nearby. Paid almost 4 euro for small fries that were cold and old. Only eat here if you are desperate.

The best halal restaurants in Breda

My husband had food here today (20-2-2025). We were already satisfied with HFC Utrecht and we only recently discovered that we could also play HFC in Brabant! According to my husband: He told me that his order would take a little longer to prepare. My husband didn't think that was an issue at all! He also visibly saw that the employees were doing their best to prepare everything for him as well and as quickly as possible. To compensate, the team had added an extra can of drinks, sauces and onion rings for the longer wait!! I also understood from my husband that HFC Breda is particularly child-friendly - I don't know exactly what kind things they had done for our son, I have to ask my husband about this, but the husband and son came home very satisfied (we live in the municipality of Waalwijk)!! And the food was tasty, we ordered quite a bit but we didn't finish it all. So for tonight and/or tomorrow we can HFC again! My veggie burger was too tasty, I should have ordered 2... But it does give us the motivation to come to HFC Breda more often. Nothing wrong with Utrecht, but Breda is closer for us. The HFC Breda team really gets "Thumbs up" from us! I hope that the manager of HFC Breda reads this and passes these compliments on to the team :-)!!

The tenders were really tender and seasoned, the hot wings were also excellent, not too spicy, luckily you only had a different type of chicken drum (looks a bit like the original) which was a bit bitter, but otherwise great service! Atmosphere is also good, although it was a bit cold even inside.

Delicious spicy chicken burger menu. Chicken was nice and tender and the sandwich was also nice and fresh. I didn't want cheese on my sandwich but I got this anyway. Brought back the sandwich that had cheese on it. A new sandwich was made for me. They are very friendly. Highly recommended!!

Dirty and stinks. The food is terrible. Worst fast food in my life. I ate almost nothing because the chicken was stale and undercooked. Give this place a wide berth. DRAMA!!!

The meal is good, but they should take care of the cleanliness of the dine in area. We were the first customer of the day, and look's like they had not clean it up from the day before. A small playground for the children is available.
