Better to order food yourself because you wait 2.5 hours online.

15 euros for 5 large pieces of chicken is okay, but the chicken was not normally salty. It was like I just took a bite of salt and after a few bites I just couldn't eat anymore...

Unfortunately it has deteriorated considerably. There is a bad smell in the restaurant. The service takes a very long time, even though it was not busy at all. The food was okay, but the bad smell made it impossible to enjoy your food. A shame, because it is a central location.

The food was very good and tasty, but the home delivery was an embarrassment. Today I waited for two and a half hours, a nightmare

Ordered food, only after 1 hour and 15 minutes did my order arrive! Food was not that hot, whole Too bad because it tasted good, especially the burger! Still worthy of 3 stars!

They delivered my order 2,5 hours late. The food was cold. Small portions, bad quality. Never ever again!

7.50 for 1 greasy double hamburger (this was a cheaper one on sale) for which I wait 10 minutes is just a bit of a shame, the place is filthy, everything is sticky and I regret not going to the KFC opposite.

You order a smashburger and you get cat food. What a disgusting place this is! Everything is sticky, high chairs are disgusting. Never again ppff, I'm still nauseous

2 hamburgers €15.50 is too expensive

What once seemed so promising is now truly a disappointment. Towards the end of the afternoon I find a dirty restaurant. Stick the tables. Various outdated food and drink remains can be seen against the side walls of cupboards and some skirting boards are held together with Duck tape. The flies gather impatiently at the trash can. The toilet has an outdated 50 cent system and once you have paid you end up in a dirty toilet that has clearly not been looked after all day. Not to mention the walls. The prices are very high for what you get. The fries were tasty, which was because they came fresh from the fat for us. That actually says it all. I am surprised at the number of delivery orders that the business receives and clearly gives priority to restaurant guests. Not worth repeating for me. Very unfortunate. Photos of the toilet are too dirty to upload.

Eating was okay. But the price you pay is too high. 11.50 for a (halal) chicken burger menu is too much. For me the first and last time HFC!

Zero stars because the dirty environment and the burnt, tasteless chicken were a shame for both our stomachs and our money.

I placed a large order for food, had to wait almost 2 hours, and then the products arrived, everything was cold after waiting 2 hours, I filed a complaint with home delivery, it was indicated that I had to contact HFC? I'm working in The Hague, I don't have time for that at all and they shouldn't send cold products. And home delivery also indicated that they did not want to make a refund or only partially, so the quality can be seen again, thank you. Paying for something and no quality and not meeting your wishes.

The hot wings are absolutely delicious

Every location never seems to have chicken available. You'll be waiting 30 minutes for food and not get a refund if you want to leave. They always seem to have 6 lads having a chat and relaxing in the back- wouldn't be bothered about this is fast food came out fast. Please double check if it's halal. Too often it's these same people that buy their 'halal' chicken from their local Albert Hein.

Worst home delivery. We ordered something 2 hours ago and called 47 minutes ago and they said it was on our doorstep, but it hasn't been delivered yet. We call and no one picks up. Unfortunately it has already been paid for via home delivery. Very bizarre. Thank you for your effort.

The order I placed at 6:17 PM was supposed to be delivered at 7:20 PM. Since my son's eyebrow bled on the playground, I wanted him to be a little happier in the evening, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. When I called at 7:30 PM they said they had spoken to the agent and he was at the door, but the delivery was at 8:10 PM. If he's not at the door, why tell such a lie? Since my children could no longer tolerate hunger, I had to give them other things. The evening I wanted to have fun turned into a shame thanks to you. Because the orders came 1 hour later than I said, the food was cold and tasteless.

i have ordered once good burger via TB contant. the bezorger was sus and pretend have no change. since then my orders dont come by conant. i suspect sus bezorger steal money and said custer did not piad.

Delivery person from 8-03-24 near Grote Markt please FIRED. I have never experienced such a RUDE delivery person!!! What kind of retarded bullshit is this?? I clearly added to the description: "Call on mobile when the delivery person is downstairs. Then I will come down." This delivery person is CONSTANTLY ringing the doorbell, and BANGING ON THE DOOR. YES, BUNCH! DON'T KNOCK, BUT BUNCH!!!!!! Not only does he bother me with this, but also my neighbors. I come all the way from the third floor, so yes, it will take a while before I open the door. I try to explain to him what I had added in my description, he tells me to calm down and accept the order. I expect him to be fired immediately and be sure I will post this review on sites too!!!

It tastes good people give very bad reviews but it's pretty good I've been here since years and it doesn't dissapoint me good hotwings fries are nice good blizzard and overall it's very good I got nice service

Went here because I happened to be around the area and was craving for halal fried chicken. It is your basic fried chicken place, nothing too comfortable. The food was okay, the portion decent. The main attraction point for me definitely is the halal label.

Bad service and staff were not friendly. Restaurant was not hygienic! Food was bad, like it was from last year.

I got an order, the bag was broken, probably the delivery boy open it and took some of my chily nuggets since I orderd (and paid) 9 and i the box were just 6. When I called HFC i didn't touched the food and I wanted to give it back and get a new clean and 'Untouched' order, the boy at the phone was very rude and before I finished the sentece he said " No, we do not take the bag back". I wonder if he would like to eat an order were it's visible someone already put the hands-on and were you miss things you ordered. I used to order pretty often but this will be the last time. Learn at list the basic of professionality.

Vandaag op locatie besteld. (Wat ik zelden doe) Op het raam staat “new beef wrap!”. Op het computertje waar je bestelling moet opgeven staat de beef wrap niet aangeduid. Ik vraag “Klopt het dat de beef wrap er niet bij staat?”. Antwoord: “Ja, dat klopt, tik de chicken wrap maar aan en ik zal er voor zorgen dat je de beef wrap krijgt”. Resultaat…. Zit hier op een chicken wrap te knagen. Ik had beter moeten weten. Super geïrriteerd :(

Super snelle service en lekker eten. Had een paar vragen en manager Hassan hielp me perfect met mijn twijfels, zorgde er ook voor dat het eten snel (en nog lekker warm) aan was gekomen. Heerlijk!

Onvriendelijke bediening, niet behulpzaam. Weten niet hoe ze klanten moet helpen. Voor mij de laatste keer.

Lekker en snel bezorgd. Hele vriendelijke bezorgers. Het eten kwam warm aan en was 10/10. Zeker aan te raden. Ga gauw weer bestellen!
