We visited HOC, but we are not satisfied at all. The burger was served in a baguette and the portion was very small. The meat on the burger was wafer-thin. A deposit was charged for a cup, but we eventually received our drinks in paper cups. Additionally, we had to pay separately for extras, for example €1 extra. It was also very annoying that the toilet was only accessible with a bank card. Moreover, the establishment was not clean and the general hygiene did not make a good impression. We feel that the price-quality ratio was insufficient and hope that you take these points seriously and

As a customer waiting for my food, I witnessed a young couple with a service dog being refused service. During the interaction, it was explained several times that the woman was blind, that the dog was a service animal and that service dogs cannot legally be refused access. Despite this, the staff member continued to make an issue of the dog, refused to take their order and remained rude and dismissive throughout the exchange. What stood out most was not just the refusal itself but the way the couple was treated. The interaction appeared disrespectful and lacking in understanding of the needs of people who rely on service dogs for their independence and daily life.

Yes, I was there too. There was a visually impaired woman with her boyfriend, who had a prosthetic leg. That is why they had a service dog with them. As soon as the salesperson saw the dog, he told them they had to go outside. Although the couple tried to explain the situation, he did not listen to them. Eventually, the couple said that one of them would wait outside, but the man still did not listen and removed their order from the computer. The tears in that girl's eyes, the terrible feeling they had, and the expressions on their faces were indescribable… It would be my first purchase there, but it immediately became my last. I assume there are security cameras; the owner of the company should take a look at what happened today.

Even though people tried to explain that it was a service dog, he was rude and dismissive. So we left without ordering. They sell halal food, but they break hearts…

They say 15-20 minutes, you place your order, wait 40 minutes, but in the end you still wait an hour longer.

You need to place your order taking into account the expected delivery time. And it's not a normal delivery time; it takes up to an hour and a half. Every time I call, they tell me it's on its way, as if they're mocking me.

It really doesn't look clean inside

My online order arrived two hours later. What arrived was completely different from what I ordered. It looked like it had been made somewhere else entirely. I called and explained the situation, but they weren't very helpful. Customer satisfaction is zero. Also, if you pay cash on delivery, the order arrives quickly. If you pay by card, the waiting time is long. The folk songs are good at first, but the quality decreases over time.

The food was way better than original kfc, the service was not that good since I was waiting for over 30 minutes for my order and they forgot about it, but when I reminded them about myself, they offered free beverages, so I guess it’s not that bad if you’re not super hungry. It was tasty after all, would recommend.

The fish burger was very bad, and when I bit into it, a lot of water came out. The onion rings weren't good either, and nothing was really good. Only the chicken burger was edible, but half the bun was empty and the chicken was quite dry. The staff are very friendly, but I won't be back.

I don't understand the bad reviews; I ate here a while ago and was treated like royalty. The food was fresh, and the chicken was better than KFC. I pointed out to the salesperson that I was one chicken leg short, and I received six extra. I really enjoyed it; sure, it's not cheap, but everything is getting more expensive. Again, I will keep coming back here because the chicken is amazing. And in my experience, the service was top-notch too!

Bad experience with HFC Den Haag (ordered through Uber Eats) I ordered through Uber Eats, and although the delivery was fast, the quality of the food was truly disappointing. The sandwich wasn't in a box, but only loosely wrapped in paper in a bag – completely unprofessionally packaged. The entire bag was soaked with oil. The onion rings were incredibly greasy and covered in a thick layer of breadcrumbs, truly unappetizing. I ordered a Sprite, but received 7Up. I didn't even consider that the biggest problem. This was unfortunately my last order with HFC Den Haag. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their quality and packaging.

⭐ 1 star I am pregnant and had an urgent need to use the toilet during my visit to Halal Friend Chicken on Hobbemaplein in The Hague. After placing my order, I politely asked if I could use the toilet. One employee said the toilet was "defective," while another employee was suddenly willing to provide a key. When, out of necessity, I wanted to cancel my order because I really needed to use the toilet, that was refused as well. Suddenly, the toilet turned out to be working after all, but I could not wash my hands because the sink was supposedly faulty. When I indicated that I would just go to the toilet without washing my hands, the door was suddenly opened, and it turned out I was able to wash my hands after all. In short: lying, unfriendly, absolutely no understanding or service, and especially disrespectful towards a pregnant customer. The gentleman was extremely angry and irritated. This is absolutely no way to treat people.

After waiting 1 extra hour for delivery , I called them and they just said they should cancel the order... Again (happened twice in a month). I will not order from this place again. Now I have to go to work without having eaten anything. Thanks a lot

2 hamburgers €15.50 is too expensive

What once seemed so promising is now truly a disappointment. Towards the end of the afternoon I find a dirty restaurant. Stick the tables. Various outdated food and drink remains can be seen against the side walls of cupboards and some skirting boards are held together with Duck tape. The flies gather impatiently at the trash can. The toilet has an outdated 50 cent system and once you have paid you end up in a dirty toilet that has clearly not been looked after all day. Not to mention the walls. The prices are very high for what you get. The fries were tasty, which was because they came fresh from the fat for us. That actually says it all. I am surprised at the number of delivery orders that the business receives and clearly gives priority to restaurant guests. Not worth repeating for me. Very unfortunate. Photos of the toilet are too dirty to upload.

I'm working in The Hague, I don't have time for that at all and they shouldn't send cold products. And home delivery also indicated that they did not want to make a refund or only partially, so the quality can be seen again, thank you. Every location never seems to have chicken available. You'll be waiting 30 minutes for food and not get a refund if you want to leave. They always seem to have 6 lads having a chat and relaxing in the back- wouldn't be bothered about this is fast food came out fast. Please double check if it's halal. Too often it's these same people that buy their 'halal' chicken from their local Albert Hein.

The order I placed at 6:17 PM was supposed to be delivered at 7:20 PM. Since my son's eyebrow bled on the playground, I wanted him to be a little happier in the evening, but unfortunately that wasn't possible. When I called at 7:30 PM they said they had spoken to the agent and he was at the door, but the delivery was at 8:10 PM. If he's not at the door, why tell such a lie? Since my children could no longer tolerate hunger, I had to give them other things. The evening I wanted to have fun turned into a shame thanks to you.
