Just ordered 2 x etli etmek the etli ekmek was cold and the minced meat that was on it was really disgusting never eaten so disgusting half of our each etli ekmek went in the trash.

A delicious calzone was delivered right on time. Absolutely perfect!

Nice to have in the neighborhood, but quality of food and service may be improved. Run by family members that take customers for granted. Mediterranean Fast food atmosphere. Good choice of dishes but not everything is tasty.

I ordered an ekmek with ground meat and cheese at Pico Bello and received a burnt bun with a disgusting, greasy döner on the bottom. The bottom was completely black, dry, and cold. I live less than three minutes away and had picked it up myself, so it couldn't have been fresh. And this isn't the first time they've had it; they never really listen to what you order; it seems like they just make whatever they think they want. I've had kapsalon before, too; the fries are dry and burnt. The meat is lukewarm and tastes stale. The vegetables are also rotten. I have no idea how long it's been in their fridge, but this happens every time, without exaggeration. Truly disappointing, this was anything but perfect.

SPOILED FOOD OMG I'm a long-time customer, and let me tell you... the fries are always burnt. There's always spoiled food... why do I still order from them if that's the case? Because sometimes I can't cook, and I live close to this place. So then I feel compelled to order anyway... NEVER AGAIN. I've given them many chances, and each time I think, "Okay, maybe they had a bad day, I'll just leave it at that." And yet they still give me spoiled/burned food. I've confronted them about it, and still, no change. Picco Bello doesn't get another chance from me, and I would rather die than eat spoiled food. I'm serious... I'd rather eat tuna straight from the package than this. It drives me crazy how they manage to sell dry/spoiled/burned/cold food... How are they still open?

⭐☆☆☆☆ SPOILED FOOD The rice at my kapsalon was spoiled: sour, stale, inedible. I called to complain and got new food delivered—a neat solution, you'd think. But then another delivery driver showed up at the door, clearly high. A glazed look, slow speech, no idea what he was doing. This wasn't the first time I'd seen something like this at this address. When people like this are driving around with food and no one is supervising, it's simply dangerous. Combine that with spoiled food and you have serious cause for concern. I'm considering reporting it to the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority). Unsafe, unprofessional, and tasteless. This isn't a restaurant anymore; this is a risk.

You receive something completely different from what you ordered and once the owner is on the line, you are nonchalantly told that you have to sort it out at Thuisbezorgd

The food is good. It is prepared with love, you can taste it. I usually go to the restaurant itself to eat there. Every now and then I order something and it is usually delivered within 30 minutes. Only when they are very busy does it sometimes take a little longer. Friendly delivery people too. Highly recommended. For immediate dining or takeaway. They have also been there for over 20 years. Keep it up.

I read some negative reviews, so I thought I would try the food myself. I ordered Hotwings menu today. It tasted fresh, tasty and complete.

I used to come here for a pizza, a kapsalon chicken or 2 halal chicken sandwiches. I have always been satisfied with the food. They have a kapsalon chicken in large & small sizes. With everything on & on it. I have noticed that the prices have gone up a bit, but that should not be a reason for me to skip a nice bite. I can definitely recommend the kapsalon chicken and the halal chicken sandwich.

Friendly people, tasty food and affordable price. Fast service. Ordered 3 times and collected once. Pizza cools quickly but deliciously in the microwave for 1 minute.

Ordered Redbull.. I received Turkish Redbull. I actually paid for the Dutch one... didn't pay in Turkish Lira... doesn't even taste the same.

Honestly the worst pizza of my life. Ordered three 28" "thin based" pizzas and received three very thick, raw, moist pizzas which myself and the kids literally could not eat. So I lost €42 & kids got no pizza for dinner. They basically said "tough luck that you thought u were getting voorschoten branch pizzas, they're closed, so the order went to den haag...this is how we make them here".

Never order anything here, you order food without certain ingredients due to a certain allergy and still get it with the things you are allergic to. If you call, is it your own problem and can you remove the things you are allergic to? What is this service I get and no new food and I have lost my money. NEVER ORDERING FOOD IS NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

Damn. Nastiest pizza ever. Pizza was completely white with dough and not even cooked properly, cheese tastes like plastic and the pepperoni looks like large slices of salami (and has no taste). Plus?? Delivery was fairly fast, but the pizza also went into the trash very quickly. Waste of money!!!

I ordered a pizza delivery, but the Pizza never arrived. Unfortunately, this was just a pure waste of time. Edit: The Pizza arrived, but roughly 40 minutes later than announced. It was actually really really good and tasty. The price was allright, but the delay was of course a little unpleasant.

I have no idea what everyone here has to complain about - we ordered a Kapsalon pizza, a Kapsalon (without a pizza version) and a spicy durüm. Me and my friend thought the food was very tasty, the pizza came with free garlic sauce, which was also really tasty. The meat was very crispy and delicious! Delivery was quick and the food was warm too. So everything is great! In fact, one of the tastiest durüms, meaning veal, that I have ever eaten.

WORST DONER BRED I'VE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! What a disappointment. There was almost no salad or tomato. I mean not even onions. The garlic sauce was sooo less, I didn't taste anything. There was so less meat it in. Is this Döner or bread because the Döner was missing. This whole thing tasted like a bit seasoned bread. So upsetting. Never again.

Food is old, fries are old and a lot of oil and was delivered within 25 minutes very quickly, the food was only warm and not freshly made

Genuinely bad food. Burger was just a frozen burger with the cheap Hoogvliet house brand sauce next to it. The fries were not tasty and there were lots of small black grains on them. Never had such a bad meal in South Holland. Even though I saw the bad reviews, I still ate and really regretted it. Please don't make the same mistake I did I never post reviews no matter how bad it is but they deserved it

Just ordered 2 pizzas that already arrived in a damaged box. The delivery person has to use some force to remove the boxes from his bag because they have been pressed in with brute force. The box was broken on the sides. Not knowing what else was in the box or what happened to it increases the risk of food poisoning! Not to mention the fact that the pizza was lukewarm. The delivery guy looks at me as if I'm speaking Chinese, has no idea what I'm talking about while he doesn't have his nose in the pizza yet, "Oh, but you can still eat this." To the owner of this tent: Give them a HACCP course, this is really ridiculous. Called to say he would take the pizzas again and provide 2 new ones. The person on the phone first tries with 'just take this and we will give you a discount next time'. Is 30 euros for 2 pizzas delivered in a decent manner too much to ask? Real? Then to make matters worse, the old pizzas went back into the oven (the meat and edges were too hard for fresh new pizzas, so overcooked) and the original cut edges were faded by the melted cheese. I actually wanted to donate them to the local Salvation Army, but even there I don't dare hand them over. The canned drinks as an excuse are nice. The previous times we ordered these pizzas we had a preference because large amounts of salt were not sprinkled. Only I would receive them whole and edible. In the trash can, but warmed up some soup. Never again.

Personally, I love these pastas, I have now tried the chicken pesto and the shrimp with cream sauce and they were both really tasty! However, the döner sandwich was inedible. Overloaded with garlic sauce the second time, it was really not tasty. But for pasta this is really my favorite👍 and thanks for the free coke

Laat in de avond patat en Etli Ekmek besteld, bestelling kwam binnen 30 minuten. Patat was heerlijk en knapperig. Etli Ekmek was lekker, kreeg het samen met verse rauwkost en knoflooksaus. We hebben gesmuld! Bijkomend voordeel is dat vanaf €20 geen bezorgkosten in rekening worden gebracht. We bestellen zeker weer.

The gargantuan mound of melted cheese, coupled with the fat-trickling freshly cut doner meat emulated a fantastic culinary fandago on my palate; a dance of indulgency. Ordered a normal pizza from them and revived a Extremely Spicy pizza instead. They quality of pizza is really good. But I couldn’t enjoy my pizza become it was too much.

Haal hier al jaren pizza, kapsalon, Turkse pizza en alles wat ze nog meer hebben. Prima eten voor een goede prijs en leuke dag deals! Update: eten is nog steeds heerlijk. Het is bekend dat de grondstofprijzen zijn gestegen maar de prijs voor bijvoorbeeld een kapsalon is echt niet leuk meer…

Aanrader, de Italiaanse pizza is hier echt superlekker en niet duur! Meestal nemen we Pizza Picobello, met veel groente, kip en bakje knoflooksaus. Maar ook andere pizza's die we hebben geprobeerd (margarita, salami) zijn er lekker. Ze hebben ook een hele grote maat (45cm) pizza, daar eten we met z'n drieën van ! De kiosk is een klein en een beetje rommelig, daar zou ik niet snel aan tafel gaan. Bestelling via thuisbezorgd gaat goed maar afhalen is een stuk goedkoper en de pizza is warmer.

Vandaag pizza besteld die echt heerlijk was. Alleen vond ik het toen ik eerder deze dag (na bestellen al) langs de winkel liep raar om te zien dat er happy hours zijn waar je dan maar 8.99 voor dezelfde pizza betaald zou hebben waar ik nu 17.50 voor betaald heb.. Leer voor de volgende keer zullen we maar zeggen.

Very nice food! I really like the pizza! It will be also great if sometimes a basil or oregano is used for it as well! You do not need to wait too much for your order which is fantastic! Very friendly staff and a very good cook, of course! I could say that I am personally happy with everything, it depends on everyone's taste in food as well! Even a bit more improvement in the flavor could be the following motivation, I think!! (I may also give an idea for a pizza with cream, chicken and paprika for a better taste)! However, if you are even looking to grab a takeaway, this is one of the best places around Mariahoeve that you should try! I do not have any complaints either, but I will still advise the staff and the cook to always keep their workplace clean, it is really important! Thank you! :)

Had trek ik een kapsalon, ik heb nog nooit zo,n droge hap gehad, het vlees wat erbij zat ,was volgens mij het laatste restje uit de pan, er zat ook weinig saus op, ik maak hem voortaan wel weer zelf, mij nie bellen 👎

Only if the taste was consistent. Durum has gone down , donnoe if the kip was smelling bad but the taste was sour so had to throw 5 Euros. I used to also buy pizza which was great in taste but now no clue if it still would taste the same way.

Ik kom hier altijd om turkse pizza of kapsalon te halen, heerlijk eten en een aanrader om snel wat te eten.

Ik had al eerder ervaring met Pico Bello, maar nu ik verhuisd ben naar Scheveningen komen ze nog steeds voor het zelfde geld én de zelfde authentieke Italiaanse ingrediënten en smaak! Ben super blij met ze!
