Rösti burger is good and the atmosphere too

I wanted it without pickle and sauce, they gave me pickle and the self ordering place is a puzzle to understand and they also gave me the wrong menu

I ate a chicken burger there last weekend, and while I was eating, something was wrong. The chicken breast was raw and soggy inside. Hot wings were old. That evening, I ended up in the emergency room, crying, and I've been very sick ever since. I just got stomach bacteria. Please, never eat here again.

I ordered hot wings and a wrap, and they were terrible. The hot wings weren't fresh, cold, and very hard. I complained about it in a normal way and received new hot wings that were slightly warmer than the previous ones. I complained again that the food wasn't fresh. I gave them two tries, and both were terrible. I wanted a refund, but the woman behind the counter said she couldn't do it. Terrible service and food, not recommended.

Terrible food and bad service. Ordered food here and it was old and cold. It's called fast food, can't they just make fresh food quickly? Much more expensive than other fast food places, too. Ugh, damn it, never again. I took a few bites and threw them away. A few hours later, I also have a stomach ache. Forewarned is forearmed. The woman behind the counter who doesn't speak Dutch needs to take a course in customer service.

We couldn't eat more than half the food because it really wasn't good. The corn was super old and soft, and the lettuce on the burgers was completely soft. The fries were still edible, though with sauce. I've ordered from them before, and it wasn't good or tasty then either. I thought I'd give it another chance, but it's another waste of money.

A must visit in HFC Korte Lijnbaan! As the picture said beyond food, great mood! The chicken freshly cooked, warmed and seasoned well. Friet fries and twister fries a must try! They provide salad too! The restaurant is clean. They provide prayers room and toilet.

I only had coffee and a tiramisu cake here. Luckily, I took advantage of the deal: hot drink + dessert for €5, but it still wasn't delicious. The tiramisu cake is €5.45 individually and only resembles a tiramisu in color. Otherwise, it's really not good. I also didn't like the coffee (Machiato), unless you like it very strong, and they don't have milk cups, only sugar. For €5, it's still reasonable, but I wouldn't go back. The decor is nice, the location is great, but I didn't try the rest of the food. After the coffee and cake, I had low expectations for the food. There's plenty of seating inside. The staff is very busy with all the orders. There's little time for service.

I think this rating is unjustified; the burgers really do taste very good. Strangely, the options are better in the center than outside, which isn't true for all branches. The only thing that loses a star is the drinks; a good meal deserves a good Coke, or at least a Pepsi with sugar, like they have in America. The Pepsi with sweetener ruins the entire meal.

Really awful food, and cold. Never again. The food finally arrived 2.5 hours later. 2.5 hours later, what a disgrace!!!!

Delicious fried chicken. It has a unique taste to it different from Kentucky FC and Popeye's. I really enjoy it plus it's Halal.

At the checkout, we were immediately helped terribly by a gentleman who didn't appreciate us ordering the same thing, different drinks. He remarked, "It's not the same." Once inside, while eating, we saw a mouse. We politely reported this without other customers hearing it. The answer we received was, "The doors are always open," not even a thank you for our discretion. And then there were dozens of young people hanging around the door, displaying intimidating behavior. I'd rather go to Waw Burger, where they're much more polite.

Unfortunately, the ordering terminals are really poorly programmed. We tried to order, but had to add a drink because we couldn't choose without an extra drink... afterward, we could delete it again... The program looks like a friend said, "Hey, I can make it for you for less." Unfortunately, it works that way. The program looks like it's from 1990. Accordingly, we couldn't order the food, so we left...

It was absolutely perfect. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. You get a lot of food and it's inexpensive.

Halal KFC in the Netherlands. There are self-service ordering machines, plenty of seats, toilets and children's play area downstairs.

I would rate this restaurant 4 out of 10. The quality of the food is also a 4 out of 10. I would recommend that the staff wear hair nets to improve hygiene. The staff are nice, but More caution would be better.

We ordered the cheeseburger and hamburger combo. I realized halfway through the meal that there was no cheese at all, but I was too lazy to ask. The chips were frozen and the lemon cheesecake we ordered was not tasty either. I regret not going to the Burger King across the street.

That chicken bucket was awful, I wouldn't recommend it.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this fast food restaurant. The staff was unfriendly and made customers feel like a nuisance. Scammers!! We placed an incorrect order via the order screen, which resulted in us paying too much. They couldn't refund our money in cash at that time. Okay, fine iban number passed on and to this day I am still waiting for my overpaid money to be refunded! Not so nice! Called a few times, phone out of range! So pay attention!

Insanely delicious halal fried chicken!!! We did have to wait about 30 minutes for it to be cooked after ordering, but it was fully worth the wait. The chicken parts are big, and eating them hot = so juicy! Very yummy and flavourful with its marinade. Must try!

Prices are affordable. And their chicken is much better than KFC....

Worst restaurant to eat at. First, the bacon is placed raw on the burger. Secondly, we ordered a veal burger, we got a chicken burger instead of a veal burger. Water for €3 and an additional 0.15 cents. We spent a total of €92 on burgers and drinks. The order screen does not work and the fries we received were at least 2 days old. Not recommended to come! We got an M&M milkshake and we got soft ice cream with chocolate sprinkles in a cup.

The food was cold and we didn't like it at all. Such a nice establishment should not be managed so poorly. If I found Halal anywhere else I wouldn't come here.

I recently visited Halal Fried Chicken HFC and was quite disappointed with my experience. First off, the fried chicken was nothing like what was advertised in the photos. Instead of the crispy, golden-brown color I was expecting, it was more of a dull brown to dark brown, which was not appealing at all.Moreover, the chicken was overly salty, making it difficult to enjoy. To make matters worse, the quality of the chicken itself was subpar. It lacked the tenderness and flavor that one would expect from a decent fried chicken place.Adding to the discomfort, there were birds inside the restaurant while I was dining in. This made the experience quite unpleasant and unhygienic. Overall, I was really disappointed and won’t be returning anytime soon.

The food was delicious, I got a spicy chicken wing for 12 pieces and the price wasn't too bad, because it cost 10 euros. I also got fries. The service was not that friendly, because that gentleman started being tough with us while we wanted to eat alone and there were pigeons in the store that wanted to eat with us.

If you're looking for halal fast food whilst in rotterdam, HFC is pretty much your best bet. Good location & decent combo meals to fill that hunger whilst walking around this great city. Toilets + more seats available on the lower floor.

Placed an order with delivery time of 11:00 PM. I arrived home around 10:15 PM and the order was at my door, ice cold. I called them to explain the situation, they offered to make it up to me the next day by delivering it. Now they have made me wait another 40 minutes and are not answering their phone. Never experienced such bad service. Definitely not recommended!

The meat is kind of dry and bad. You can definitely taste that it's that cheaply produced garbage type of meat. The bun of my burger was very old too. Fries were fine, but they had a weird taste too (fried in bad oil perhaps?). Prices are way too high for the quality you get. Service was nice but it did take a while until my order was done. Plus, the device to order on was broken and you couldn't make a payment.

They Have 1.5e burger which good deal! But its as plain as its gets 😂 #needsauce

The next day, today, I got super sick because of your meat. I woke up with a really bad stomach ache. Too bad, I came by quite often without waking up with a stomach ache. Don't ever come by again.

Food was tasty, fries a little less for the rest, but still good. Taste depends on your choice, in short, it is nice that it is halal. And for the children you have a small playground downstairs and a prayer room.

Afgelopen week een spicy beef burger menu en een spicy chicken menu besteld. Spicy was voor ons beide een teleurstelling want we proevde niets spicy. Wij hadden pepers of een pittige saus verwacht maar helaas. Friet en en burgers waren wel lekker. De beef burger vond ik wel een rare vorm hebben persoonlijk. Het eten was snel bereid en persoonlijk was vriendelijk. De prijs pas net boven de 10 euro per menu. Tip Graag pittige sauzen creëren of inkopen alstublieft. Pepers zijn ook welkom.

when I was there, a mouse crossed the main floor... the cashier saw it and was really in shock... I mean, sometims you just can't avoid things like that when you're dealing with food, but having them in the dining area is embarrassing... enjoyed my cheese snacks anyways XD

Chicken taste great but the fries… they were almost dead cold and taste bland. There is a wide variation of sauce and worth the price. Ordering goes through the selfservice, but they are a bit clunky to use. Only on one machine you can acces the deals and you are not able to delete items from your order.
