I ordered some chicken bites and a milkshake. The bites were 2/5. The milkshake tasted like a vanilla shake. The sauce packets were way past their expiration date. 🚨

Great here… Great atmosphere and the manager who always knows who you are, that's what you call service, I'm also very satisfied with the food, nice and warm and crispy, it's finger licking good! Every time a party to be able to eat here!!!

The payment terminals are a dragon, if you want to scroll it already selects an item that you do not want. Tables were dirty and not having a cloth to clean your hands after eating is a very bad way to economise. If I can no longer clean my hands after eating greasy chicken, then I think KFC is no longer worthy of my business.

I ordered a gingerbread milkshake but I got a coconut milkshake instead. This is really bad because I have a FATAL ALLERGY to coconut! It's lucky that I took a small sip and immediately spit it out when I tasted it was wrong otherwise I would be in the hospital right now! I tried to call them to correct this error but they don't answer.

Thuisbezorgd had not come by, but the manager immediately resolved the matter (paid Thuisbezorgd back) and we were able to get our food ourselves, and we were surprised with even more food! That's why I definitely recommend the KFC on the Kruiskade, especially with the atmosphere and service that the people at the restaurant offer, it's a party every time!!!!

€2.75 for 3 pieces of fillet bites. A piece is smaller than a grape!!

Ordered today via home delivery. Order was missing 6 medium fries. Called the restaurant, staff is very unprofessional. Cannot guarantee delivery after much back and forth, finally decided to end the conversation. Won't be placing an order here again.

No words for the staff, the lady took my baby out of the stroller, found it super uncomfortable and they also felt his diaper and only wanted to go to the toilet with my 4-month-old baby to change, really ridiculous, I will certainly never come here again, very disrespectful something definitely needs to be done about this!!!!

Unfortunately today I was treated very badly by the manager. I asked the gentleman behind me if he could distance himself, because he was standing next to me while I was checking out. The manager apparently thought this was very mean and she accused me of racism and shouted this across the store. I wanted to explain my side of the story, but she wouldn't listen. She then used my two nephews against me, pretending that I was supposedly a bad mother and touching my nephew on the shoulder. She walked towards me threateningly and had to be stopped by customers in the store. She indicated that things would have turned out differently if my nephews were not there. I finally walked out of the store. I am very shocked and very sorry. I'm not a racist; If I were a racist, then she certainly is. I will never come back and I will also report it to the police.

The staff is really rude, we said there was hair in the food and they said it was mine when you can see clearly and wow, no help, really unfriendly

Meets all expectations when you are looking for a "meal" that has been waiting for a while and staff that seems uninterested and not motivated.. Furthermore, a nice environment if you like stimuli, read people who are busy on their mobile at volume max.. TOP! I wouldn't have wanted to miss this experience 👍

Old chicken, drab, fat and tough, returned kitchen had a menu without corn, but 2 x fries to replace it, one frie would be enough unfortunately.

When contacting KFC they shouted at me and hung up on me for no reason. I just wanted some sauce to go with my fries. So that is too much to ask

I was approached very rudely while calling an employee. I wanted to ask how I could order sauce online and I was told that I should just get my sauce from Lidl or Aldi, then they immediately hung up in my face. After this I tried to approach her a few more times, when I did I was called horrible words. I am very dissatisfied with this and will never go here again and I do not recommend it to anyone because of this terrible interaction

The food was absolutely below par. Pretty impressive to ruin chicken that badly. Lettuce was so old that it was completely brown.

A regular KFC with good options on single and combos. Place was cleaned. Staff was friendly although near closing time. Dutch and English friendly. All self-ordering stations worked though on the second trip, some were missing printing paper for receipts but had no problems at picking up the food. Available dining area though limited.

Yes indeed! K.F.C, is okay! Atmosphere, relaxing, tea, cookie, relax, relax music. I have to admit one thing, no image (label) is formed when you step inside. From a Psychological View!

Orders take too long to make if you select vegetarian options as they don't have it ready. Even though you are a costumer consuming in their property, you need to pay to go to the bathroom. Even to wash your hands you need to pay extra!!! Ridiculous.

Kfc neatherlands 100% better chicken than ( bristol uk) Prices not too bad also

De medewerker zijn best vriendelijk, het eten is beter invergelijking met de kfc in centrum, helaas is het wel vaak enorm vies op de tafels, vloer en stoelen zelfs. Vandaar raad ik aan om er af te halen ipv daar eten.

Altijd leuk om daar te eten. Ligt een beetje buiten het centrum. Kan wel combineren met boodschappen doen bij Oriantal chinese toko.

Ik kom al ongeveer achttien jaar bij deze KFC en ze hebben mij in die periode drie maal, bewust of onbewust, meer hotwings gegeven dan ik besteld had. 7 hotwings in plaats van 6. Ik kan dit absoluut waarderen en ik hoop ook dat ze dit bij anderen ook doen.

Très bon KFC, service rapide. Petit soucis (d'où les 4 étoiles) sur le système de vaisselle recyclable, qui n'est remboursé que si vous avez l'application Tippie (cela se passe par un QR Code, mais l'application n'est pas autorisé en téléchargement sur le Play Store pour les français par exemple). Point à améliorer !

Hadden crunchburgers zonder kaas besteld, kregen toch met kaas erop met een sjago medewerker die nog meer sjago werd omdat we zonder kaas wilden. De manager had t wel daarna netjes opgelost.

It was slightly overcrowded and there was a mess in the kitchen with orders. But that's obvious for a King's Day 😋
