Bram Ladage Markten in Hillegersberg-Schiebroek

This afternoon, Friday, November 29th, I got two sets of "friet oorlog" (fried war fries) for €11.40. To go. The fries were unworthy of Bram; more than half had been thrown back to be fried again, resulting in them being empty/baked out and very greasy. The rest of the fries were tiny, crispy pieces. Very poor and definitely not recommended. For €5.70 per fry, you'd expect something good.

Very EXPENSIVE €5.70 for a simple, effortless bag of fries and peanut sauce. If you want sambal, you have to pay for that too. I recently had to pay 60 cents, so that brings it to €6.30, but it's delicious. And then you eat it on the street in the rain. The argument is that gas and packaging costs have gone up. But at McDonald's, you can buy a hamburger for €1.25. They certainly don't pay for gas, electricity, packaging, or rent either.

VERY EXPENSIVE I went there today, and to my surprise, everything has gotten even more expensive. Large fries without the special €4.35 €5.60 For the same amount of money you pay at Bram's for a simple fries, you can buy 4 cheeseburgers at McDonald's and still have money left over, and you can take a seat in the restaurant where you can relax and eat.

Delicious fries if you enjoy being snapped at by that blonde saleswoman. She doesn't even look at you when she talks to you.
