It is very tasty and hygienic, come here for the tastiest chicken.

The food here is still warm, unlike at Mek or BK. Only those stupid cardboard straws—yes, the EU requires them. The lids are still plastic.

The food is very tasty and it is a very cozy place to eat.

We ordered takeout from here. Our order took over 1 hour to be delivered and it was wrong. The burger was supposed to be a zinger burger, but we got this tiny sandwich with a chicken tender. The loaded fries were supposed to be without onion. Unfortunately, it has happened multiple times. When we visited in person, it wasn’t any better. The restaurant is a mess and tables are dirty with trash.

Food arrived late. Wrong order delivered. No one answers the phone. Bad service.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience at KFC Alexander. Today, I specifically asked for a medium-sized milkshake, but received a small one. I then walked over to the counter and pointed out to the employee that this was definitely a small milkshake, not a medium one. This was denied by the employee! This is either a rip-off or very incompetent staff!!! This is more than sloppy!!! Furthermore, I noticed that the order boards are very user-unfriendly. Also, the portions are not what they used to be; they are much smaller and of lower quality. You get much less value for your money. In short, KFC Alexander, they won't be seeing me there again!

KFC is so massively overrated these days. The price-quality ratio is really not okay. The chicken salad used to be really delicious; I used to go to KFC especially for that. Nowadays, you get a whole lot of iceberg lettuce and a few pieces of chicken for almost €9. It's really ridiculous.

Ordered a bucked zinger burger and some fries, on the way back home the whole bag ripped open and they wouldn't even give us a halve refund i would not recommend buying/ordering from this place if you want bad services and people who cuss you out for no reason

I never have anything to complain about regarding the food; it is fresh and tasty. The service is pleasant; you are always welcomed with a cheerful smile. The atmosphere is cozy.

After the renovation, there are no more refill drinks, there are 2 hanging benches instead of a few meters of wall (so that maybe 4 people instead of 20 can wait comfortably) with an unprecedented amount of useless square meters, and usually so few employees work there that it usually takes a long time...

Absolutely worthless; after 2 hours still no order and impossible to get in touch with. I would say never order.

We came in the fastfood restaurant we ordered our food me and my grandma where very hungry so we waited patiently until our food came after 10 minutes of waiting for our food we became a little hangry so we looked carefully I looked at the kitchen and they where CHILLEN AS IF THERE WASTN EVEN A ORDER and so after another 5 minutes er saw the waitress/ cleaning lady just chill while our food was getting cold just after 5 MINUTES the food came. The delivery driver had to make several stops and arrived way too late. Cold, soggy fries, a cold burger, and a warm, watery milkshake. Could have gone straight into the trash, yuck.

Today, Monday, December 29th, I was there with my family around 1:15 PM. There was a young woman I'd never seen before. She was helping the two other ladies (who are always there) bring the orders to the tables. This young woman had a terrible attitude, as if the customers were bothering her; she glared at everyone and didn't respond when you spoke to her. The other two ladies were, as always, very friendly, and the food was delicious.

Instead of handing out food for a good review, I'd make the restroom free for people who come to eat. Then we could wash our hands properly. Currently, you pay for the food and then you pay separately to clean your hands. And when you ask, they tell you to pay. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Yesterday afternoon we were at Alexandrium. We ordered a bucket of 14 hot wings. These hot wings were soaked in oil/frying fat. There was also some red/pink meat. I won't be going back.

Ordered a boneless bucket and it was decent. The chicken strings were spicier than usual. The loaded fries were inedible. The food wasn't really warm.

The staff at this KFC are terrible and incredibly slow. I've received my order incorrectly several times, forcing me to argue with staff who were barely willing to help. One time, there was a hair in my food, another time, a few things were missing, and most recently, we ordered two Dubai ice creams for around €8, only to receive a half-empty container with missing chocolate sauce—essentially 50% of the ice cream was missing. After confronting them, they told me this is how they make it, which is utter nonsense, as I had previously ordered the ice cream from another KFC, and my order was correct and complete there first time. After speaking to the manager, everything was thankfully resolved, but it's very unpleasant, especially when we're paying such high prices for food. 2/10 Very dissatisfied.
