KFC in Prins Alexander

Today, Monday, December 29th, I was there with my family around 1:15 PM. There was a young woman I'd never seen before. She was helping the two other ladies (who are always there) bring the orders to the tables. This young woman had a terrible attitude, as if the customers were bothering her; she glared at everyone and didn't respond when you spoke to her. The other two ladies were, as always, very friendly, and the food was delicious.

Instead of handing out food for a good review, I'd make the restroom free for people who come to eat. Then we could wash our hands properly. Currently, you pay for the food and then you pay separately to clean your hands. And when you ask, they tell you to pay. I won't be going back there anytime soon.

Yesterday afternoon we were at Alexandrium. We ordered a bucket of 14 hot wings. These hot wings were soaked in oil/frying fat. There was also some red/pink meat. I won't be going back.

Its a fine place and i come every day

Ordered a boneless bucket and it was decent. The chicken strings were spicier than usual. The loaded fries were inedible. The food wasn't really warm.

The staff at this KFC are terrible and incredibly slow. I've received my order incorrectly several times, forcing me to argue with staff who were barely willing to help. One time, there was a hair in my food, another time, a few things were missing, and most recently, we ordered two Dubai ice creams for around €8, only to receive a half-empty container with missing chocolate sauce—essentially 50% of the ice cream was missing. After confronting them, they told me this is how they make it, which is utter nonsense, as I had previously ordered the ice cream from another KFC, and my order was correct and complete there first time. After speaking to the manager, everything was thankfully resolved, but it's very unpleasant, especially when we're paying such high prices for food. 2/10 Very dissatisfied.

It's a good place to eat occasionally. Parking is charged. WiFi and self-service ordering machines are available.

I ordered at the counter at KFC Alexandrium in Rotterdam. The food was fine, but I was disappointed that I didn't get table service while others did. It felt a bit unfair. Hopefully, this will be better monitored in the future so everyone gets the same level of service.

Tasted great again. The order was delivered quickly. And a bucket of hot wings always goes down well.

I just don't understand why this KFC is so incredibly slow. You always have to wait ages, whether it's busy or if you're the only one there. That's why I usually avoid this branch. There's also never a tomato on the twister, which is now the width of a spring roll.

After shopping, it only makes sense to want to wash your hands before grabbing your chicken. But then you have to pay €0.80 for toilet access. Do you want to wash your hands afterwards to rinse off the grease? Another €0.80. Per person of course… Do we need another pandemic to impose better hygiene standards?

After the renovations, the service deteriorated significantly. My order was incomplete. The employee said he would bring it right away. In the end, we'd already finished our food. I had to go to the cash register myself to report that I hadn't received my order. I asked for a refund, but I didn't get one. Terribly poor service. I wouldn't recommend this KFC!

They need to check time at maps because my way to them was 25 minutes (at maps write open from 10:00) but administrator said we will open at 11:00.

Don't expect to get "fast" food here. This is one of the KFCs I usually try to avoid, but unfortunately, it's the only option on my route. I ordered a Twister and saw people after me already getting their food. After 16 minutes, I asked employee A at the counter where my order was. No response—she didn't even ask for my order number. When I went to check again, it said my order was "ready," but there was absolutely nothing there. No Twister, nothing. Thankfully, employee B came over and asked if she could help. By then, I'd already been waiting almost 30 minutes without any explanation. Turns out they were completely out of Twisters. I eventually got my money back. But seriously—just say that right away instead of wasting my time. A little communication really goes a long way.
