Paying 1€ just to wash your hands at the establishment where most of the food on the menu is meant to be eaten with hands is the peak anti-utopian experience

The food was delicious and prepared quickly. The staff was very friendly.

It is really well made, not dry, nice and juicy and the staff is very friendly, which automatically creates a pleasant atmosphere.

Every time I eat KFC I have diarrhea the next day... for 25 years now... my own fault... something is wrong with your fryer or chicken... service and atmosphere are less important but also not worth writing about

I went today with some people to eat at kfc. i was eating a chicken burger when i noticed a weird flavor. i check the hamburger and it was a half raw chicken. i immediately threw it away. i went to the cashier to tell the employee that the chicken was raw. she started yelling at me saying that is not her problem that i threw the burger away and that i need to bring the burger to get a new one. i kept telling her i did not want a new hamburger i just wanted to let her know that the hamburger that she gave me raw chicken. i told her im just telling u this so that it doesn’t happen and she kept repeating the same. i also told her did u check the chicken before putting in the burger, she said she did so i told her well u clearly didnt cuz i ate RAW CHICKEN. after that she left and said its not my problem. other employee came and said im sorry for the reaction, we can give u a new hamburger. i said no cuz i dont feel like eating again in here. he said sorry for the situation and the women kept yelling in the back saying its not my problem and insulting at the same time. i dont think it was a professional way to talk to someone, i get you’re not having a good day but this is not hygienic.

On 30 November, we ordered via Uber and even opted for the priority option but received our food COLD. Tried calling the store but no one picked up the phone. If there’s an option for zero star, i would have chosen that.

Worst branch I've ever been to. Guys who ask the cleaner to open the toilet gate get free access. Regular customers pay 1 euro. Just ask the cleaner to open the gate, otherwise, jump over it. They saw that, and nothing was said. Just make the toilet free, or confront people who don't care about the rules.

It's a KFC. It is like expected. Because its in the center of Rotterdam it is a very busy location.

I purchased a six-piece filet meal. The image showed the fried chicken larger than the fries and drink on the menu. The tray I was given was so small it disappeared under a paper napkin. Furthermore, the employee simply pushed the tray toward me without looking at me or responding to my thank you. However, I paid for the item and purchased it. I didn't beg.

Acabo de recibir mi pedido de Uber Eats, pero faltaba el artículo principal de mi comida: la hamburguesa. Me puse en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente de Uber Eats, pero no entregaron el artículo que faltaba ni me reembolsaron el dinero. ¿Su razonamiento? Afirmaron que ya habían emitido dos reembolsos por artículos que faltaban en esta sucursal, esos reembolsos ascendieron a solo 17 centavos por una botella de agua que faltaba en una comida para niños. Esta es la última vez que uso Uber Eats y la última vez que hago un pedido en esta sucursal de KFC.

I got food at KFC with a friend of mine. We didn't wait long until the staff gave us the food without any smile. Now we walk to our seat and notice that the food was cold and the fries were salt-free. The only positive thing about this visit was the drinks. But you can't really screw that up either

Today I went to KFC with a friend at the Beurs. We often eat at KFC, this chain is our favorite, but today we are very disappointed… First of all, when we entered, it seemed as if we were walking into the market... Staff at the counter were very grumpy and shouted the numbers... This was very disturbing!!! Also the toilet with money? If it was clean I wouldn't mind but the toilet was clogged with toilet paper and floor was dirty…. about the food, we love the zingerburger menu, it was not busy during our visit but our order took 30 minutes.. It was so disappointing. We ate on site and when we picked it up our burger was very cold!!? I don't know why it took so long, but it's a shame, the fries were also so few, I'm really not used to this and it was a very big disappointment! My girlfriend got very nauseous this time but of course we had already paid… Never again KFC at the BEURS for me! This is very unfortunate

A few days ago I paid for a menu. After waiting 40 minutes and seen how everybody got theirs, still gets nothing and after I throw the receip and decided to left they went straight to the receip. The next day I called because I wanted my money back and a complaint form they didn't gave me the paper. So I'd to go another time 'cause I was working. After my shift I went again, explained the situation to another guy and completely ignore me.

Bad... ordered and only received food at the table after 36 minutes. Staff look at you as if they see water burning when you ask them how long it will take. This was on a Sunday evening. I thought that KFC also fell under the heading of FAST food, but that is very disappointing here! Food was also not warm.

I had to pay 1 euro to go to the toilet, I can live with that. I paid 1 euro and the toilet attendant starts shouting that I am not allowed to go to the toilet and that I am out of luck. I don't care about that one euro, but that you first pay and then you can't go to the toilet and then you get a big mouth. Ridiculous, do something about it.

The worst eating experience I ever had, chicken pieces filled with frying oil and the meal is very stingy and the color of blood is in the piece, heartburn continued until the second day, I wish I had thrown 45 euros in garbage and it had not bought from them, unfortunately no name on anything.

The service is slow and there is no screen to display the order status. The staff just keep shouting numbers in dutch which you have to catch. Food is ok. Really disappointed with the way the orders are handled. One lady had ordered only fries and had to wait for the entire queue to get the fries.

20 minutes waiting for a family bucket & one pepsi. Turned out they put the invoice on the table & forgot. Came home, and found out they forgot to put the ketchup & 2 fries, which I paid for and waited for those 20 minutes. No other explanation as to why the service is so bad. They deserve every bad review out there, while being literally in the center of the city and the main KFC location.
