Nice restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food! The quality of the food is also excellent.

I came to Amsterdam from Budapest, and this restaurant was just a short walk from my accommodation. The pizza was absolutely delicious — honestly, it’s hard to find one this good even back home in Budapest! The staff were friendly and polite, and the whole place felt welcoming and well-kept. Definitely a spot I’d recommend to anyone visiting Amsterdam. :)

Sorry. But charging €44 for four sandwiches with "minced meat" that has no seasoning and lettuce is really unacceptable. Charging €11 for a sandwich with minced meat (they call it shawarma). The sandwiches were also soggy from the grease. No more.

First of all, the place was spotlessly clean, and the staff were friendly and very polite. I had Adana, and it was delicious. Cleanliness, friendly service, delicious food, and a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere. Thank you, Hira Restaurant.

Visited multiple evenings during my stay and their customer service was amazing offering menus in multiple languages and the food was always of high quality and amazing

Excuse me!?! Minced meat with Gehakt kruiden does not equal Shoarma! I'm so surprised at the amount of westerners fooled by this scam. Awful smelling meal.

We've been coming here for years. The food is always delicious! A super sweet woman works here, too. Very hospitable and always cheerful!

Fortunately, it's not often I get such bad food, hence the 1 ⭐️. My parents were very tired and I had a long day at work, so we decided to order from Restaurant 'Hira' across the street and pick it up ourselves. I had trouble deciding, and the kitchen staff recommended 'Grilled Lamb'. I asked him, "Is it strong?" To which he replied, "I don't know!" (I should have known better back then, a chef/employee who doesn't know how something tastes, that's not right 🙃) I chose two bowls of rice, two pieces of grilled chicken breast, and some lamb... At checkout, he said "€44 without batting an eyelid." I was shocked and should have checked the containers, and if I had, I would have left everything 🙃 When we got home, we were all shocked, and my dad wouldn't let me take it back. He threw it in the trash and said, "Now make something yourself and NEVER DO IT AGAIN!" I took pictures. The lamb was jet black and tough, with a strong flavor. The chicken breast was also charred black, the rice was cold and soggy, and the fries were just one big lump of starch fried in an old deep fryer! Unfortunately, Hira, an exceptionally bad experience 😒

I really regret that we went there, I don’t recommend it from the bottom of my heart. My English is bad, but the staff's English is even worse. Yes, the workers are polite and attentive, but I ordered a “small” pita to take away, it was 2 pieces of very tiny pita for 17 euros. Disappointment 😞 💔 😥 😞. While we were waiting in the kitchen, strangers just from the street kept coming in and hugging the workers. I wanted to leave, but I had to pay in advance. Very bad experience, be careful.

UITSTEKEND, Als ik meer sterren kon geven had ik het gedaan, Ps ( broodje shoarma) moet je ff proberen. De pizzas zijn ook heel lekker alles is heel lekker.

This Turkish restaurant has a lot to offer for a super decent price. My recommendation is Yoğurtlu kebab and their rice pudding is so good! Amazing quality for the right price! Great place when you like grilled meat or a simple pizza. These guys know what they are doing.

Eten was er na ruim 50 minuten. Bezorger bood netjes zijn excuses aan - zonder een reden te geven (bedenken) waarom hij vertraagd was. Kwaliteit van eten was goed, en het was nog warm.

Een eenvoudig restaurant. Ruime keuze, ruime porties. Allebei vooraf een salade van (o.a.) aubergine en knoflook, prima! Allebei als hoofdgerecht twee spiesen adana kebab met yoghurt - heel erg goed. Lekker toetje. Erg redelijk geprijsd, vlotte bediening. Geen parkeerproblemen.

Excelente restaurante - hermosa zona nueva muy bien de precio de Amsterdam. Amable y atento servicio. La comida era deliciosa, pasé la parrillada mixta y era muy comida y relación calidad-precio increíble.
