Had a really bad meal yesterday, just not tasty and either cooked too long or not long enough. Also, that doorbell ringing for everyone coming in and out is incredibly annoying. Friendly staff, but that's about it.

A fantastic restaurant, with very friendly and attentive staff. They truly put their customers first. They take time for you, and the food is truly excellent. We had a wonderful, enjoyable evening. One minor criticism: it took a little getting used to ordering, and it was a bit tricky to find vegetarian dishes. But this was also perfectly resolved. Unlike other restaurants, there was a huge selection of vegetarian options.

Unfortunately, the sushi rice was very dry, causing everything to fall apart when I picked it up. It was probably made (more than) a day before serving. Such a shame, especially after an otherwise enjoyable evening!

It was delicious and ready very quickly.

Despite the long wait due to a malfunction, they were incredibly helpful. The food is good.

We ordered online, you have to pay additional for soja and wasabi. Makis are small, fish was ok but not especially good. Recommend the California Golden Hour which was really good!

We arrived late, so we could only order à la carte. Despite that, we still got some delicious vegan food. The food arrived very quickly and was of very high quality. Excellent service and very friendly! I highly recommend it. If we come back, we definitely want to try the all-you-can-eat option!

The quality of the sushi and the ingredients used is poor. The sushi rice is dry and falls apart. You can't even tell the difference between the salmon and the fried shrimp. They also spread a sweet sauce on almost every piece of sushi, which overpowers the soy sauce. The QR ordering system only works on one phone and constantly malfunctions, requiring a staff member to reset it. At the end, I ordered a few scoops of ice cream, and they arrived completely melted, resembling a milkshake. All in all, a disappointing experience for the price charged.

Had a great meal with the whole family. Everything looked great and the taste was very good! We will definitely go back for another evening of Asian food.

Sashimi 9.50, was a few slices of dry salmon. Food wasn't that fresh, it seemed. Not like it used to be.

Unfortunately, quality has deteriorated enormously. The vegetarian menu is no longer, and all dishes that were said to be vegan contained eggs. Many dishes did not taste fresh. Staff is nice.

What a nice Sushi restaurant. Good reception; The host immediately knew who my girlfriend was because of the dog. But he just knew. Top. Friendly and charming staff; nice relaxed atmosphere. We were there on May 4. A bit surreal for someone from an Indian background, but perhaps that makes it good. It was nice that two minutes of silence were observed at eight o'clock. Nice. The dishes looked beautiful. And tasted very good. We had a nice evening there and will definitely come back.

Na vele verschillende recenties gelezen te hebben toch maar proberen. Na een keurig net ontvangst van Ties zijn we ook door de rest van het persooneel keurig netjes behandeld. Het eten was top! Had an early meal with 2 young kids. The food is delicious, service good and nice price!

I really never complain and will say it to the people themselves first. But : I don't think the ordering system works well. Logging in with a QR code is so far possible, but it had to be “reset” several times (this happens more often). You can only work with 1 device, otherwise the bill will be incorrect and various bills will be created! If there are 2 of you, it's okay (I didn't think so)' But if there are several of you, that is not possible (German table next to us for 8 people) Dipping all Sushi lightly once in the soy, it immediately fell apart into 100 pieces, beef was so tough that I am still chewing! I'm sorry but the last time I was there it was clearer and better. 2023 In my opinion, prices could be more clearly indicated in that app. because I had to swallow. The sushi is normally much better. I hope for improvement. Everyone has their own opinion.

I don't like to give bad reviews, but we really felt a bit cheated here. The food was absolutely not OK. I don't understand how people can find this tasty and good food. The 'Japanese Fine dining' (the slogan) was too dry or too salty or too greasy. We actually couldn't believe that you paid +-45 for this. The staff was fine by the way

If you choose one place to eat for your entire visit, make THIS the place! First and foremost, the hospitality was incredible! The staff were warm and welcoming, patient with all my questions about the area, and went above and beyond to ensure I knew about special places to make this trip unforgettable. Next, the food was DELICIOUS!!! Ingredients were fresh, each bite was thoughtfully planned with sauces and combinations that were creative and satisfying. The cadence of the meal wasn't rushed, nor did it drag on ~ I had a great time, enjoyed excellent conversation, and before I knew it, it was 11 p.m. Treat this meal like a destination, and it won't disappoint. Finally, I highly recommend the "All you can taste" option. You get an extensive and comprehensive menu to order from, at a flat rate, for as much as you want to order, at perfect portions to facilitate variety. I was able to order and taste more than I could possibly have done at full portions, including dessert, without breaking the bank. I left excited, satisfied, and happy. If you like good food, their selections will leave you inspired and eager to come back.

Rude waitresses and manager. Customers are discriminated against. If you are a customer of color, they make you sit in a hidden back table, and not next to the window. Administration is protecting this discriminatory practice!

Had a large sushi bowl with salmon. It was delicious. Even our dog was warmly welcomed and offered salmon. The dessert was also very tasty. The service is excellent. Ate here last night. The place looked a bit messy. The heating was not working, so it was quite chilly and in the toilet there was a garden hose on the floor from a tap all the way to the boiler house. Food was fine, the sushi was okay, the hot dishes were better. Staff are friendly.

The sushi was delicious, well prepared and everything looked good! Wasabi was a bit mild, could be a bit sharper. Service was smooth and neat. Recommended! Update 26-1-2025: recently ate again and again it was good! Smooth and friendly service too. Tip for serving: tell what is being put on the table so that people know what they will get from what they ordered.

Simply delicious sushi. friendly staff. Cozy restaurant, not as large and unpleasant as a standard all you can eat restaurant. You can order as much as you want per round, as long as you eat it. Unfortunately, entire rounds did not come to our table, so we had to wait a long time in between. It was resolved quickly afterwards, but only by the third person we asked. Received no compensation for this. Many of the dishes are also included in the price. That's a shame.

Quite tasty, but above all a pleasant meal. I especially thought the service was great. The only downside is that the restaurant is not really wheelchair accessible and with 3 wheelchair users, it is quite a job to get everyone "upstairs".

Delicious food, improved/changed from the last time we were here. You can now stay longer than 2 hours, various deserts and delicious dishes. You can order via your own phone and you don't have to wait long before it is on the table. Definitely recommended!

The sushi was fine. However, the fish dishes and meat dishes were overcooked or tough. Meat and fish seem to be heated up. The price per person is therefore much too high.

Wat een deceptie! Etentje voor de verjaardag voor onze dochter, besteld via socialdeal voor 3 personen kwam een 4e persoon persoon bij die niet meer in de deal mee kon. Hiervoor alle begrip en het volledige bedrag daarvoor betaald. Naast het feit dat onze 1ste tafeldame ons netjes heeft geholpen ging het vanaf daar aardig mis. Bestellingen kwamen niet door en het wachten op de gerechten duurde erg lang. Vlees in grote lijnen droog en koud. Er werd continue gevraagd of de bordjes konden worden opgehaald, wederom ook begrijpelijk om de snelheid erin te houden maar er zijn ook wel grenzen hierin lijkt mij? Bij de vraag waarom er eea mis ging? Gaf men aan dat ze het erg druk hadden. Ook daar willen wij begrip voor hebben, wellicht wel netjes en handig om dit vooraf dan even te melden? Dan zou erbij het toetje een aardigheidje voor de jarige job worden gegeven, u kent het wel ‘vuurwerk’ bij het dessert. Hiervoor speciaal vroeg van te voren naar het restaurant gegaan om dit te regelen….u raad het al, ook dit is helaas niet gebeurd. Nou heb ik nog nooit een negatieve referentie geplaatst, maar hier ontkom ik in dit geval niet aan. Graag had ik dit persoonlijk verteld aan het personeel bij het afrekenen, echter kwam ook hier de vraag niet…’heeft het jullie gesmaakt’? Zegt voor mij voldoende….180€ armer en een slechte ervaring…zonde en vooral jammer…

Das Restaurant arbeitet mit Bestellung über Ap. So weit so gut... aber die Hälfte der Bestellung kommt nicht. Wir warteten teilweise über 1,5 Stunden. Als wir zahlen wollten sagte man uns, das es ein "all you can war" ist und wir mehr als doppelt so viel zahlen sollen wie unsere Bestellung laut Karte kosten sollten. Service daher mangelhaft. Essen auch nur OK. Sushi geht besser.

It's all really delicious! Super fresh fish, beautifully served. Really all little works of art. Very nice service, they take their time for you. Personal. Real attention and a joke. Beautifully decorated. We really liked the poke bowl, salmon salad and basically everything. And it's great that there are dessert ice cream options for people with cow's milk allergy! Mango sorbet ice cream is very tasty! Very nice place to come!

We had dinner here last week, we were warmly greeted upon arrival and the dog was given a bowl of water and salmon. The food, on the other hand, is not tasty and tastes very old (as if everything has already been pre-rolled). The hot dishes were okay, but not great. In addition, I found the staff too young and clumsy; not professional enough to be in a catering restaurant. Unfortunately not worth repeating.

The flavor in general is good, however some rolls are too big to eat or fall apart when you eat them. The service was a little slow. The place is cozy and well located, you can enjoy a bit of the sunset.

Located on the seafront in Noordwijk, the restaurant looks welcoming. If you choose the "all you can eat" formula, the kitchen has a very quick service. The dining room staff is attentive and kind. In my opinion, however, there were too many fried dishes on the menu and the meat was not exciting. The beer glasses were not filled in the canonical manner. It can be improved

What a bad restaurant. It certainly wasn't busy. Yet it took 20 minutes before we were helped, all dishes are miniature and of poor quality, only the nigiri is tasty. Once but never again

Food was very disappointing. Steak was dry, tough and the pieces were too large and impossible to remove. Salmon was very small and dry. Sushi was not impressive but simple. Too bad for such a beautiful thing.

We wilden gezellig uit eten gaan ivm verjaardag. Overdag was het warm weer dus ik reserveerde een tafel op het terras. In de avond was het toch wat fris, dus ik vroeg bij aankomst of er nog een tafel binnen beschikbaar was. Er is nog plek bij de afwas werd tot 2 maal toe gezegd door een meneer die bij de ontvangst stond. Ik waardeerde deze grap niet, er was tenslotte iemand jarig. Een van de tafelgenoten kreeg een drankje in een vies glas. Toen zij hiermee naar de bar liep, werd door een medewerker gezegd: "de volgende keer doe ik wel handschoenen aan om je glas te spoelen" waarna zij een ander glas in haar handen kreeg geduwd. Qua eten werden per ronde meerdere gerechtjes niet aan tafel gebracht. Het bezoek was echt een tereurstelling. We komen hier niet meer terug.

Unfortunately, our app did not work and we had to wait 45 minutes to an hour. Staff is young and friendly, but inexperienced. We decided to leave because we felt unseen. We just had to pay for the only drink we could drink. It would have been nice if they had given this for free out of good grace and apology. Very disappointed.

We ate here for the first time last week. We were warmly welcomed with our four-legged friend and baby in the buggy. There were many options and they thought along with us regarding: a nice place to sit with our dog. Finally took a seat outside and was helped quickly and friendly. The food was also delicious, but we had already heard this from the reviews! Even our dog was offered a slice of salmon. That is absolutely great and sweet, we will definitely come back. This time we were influenced by the pictures. You can't complain about the taste. That's why it was given 3 stars. The quality of the sushi was really not good. The rice was not firm and partly poorly rolled. The service was very overwhelming even though it wasn't full. Everything was free inside and it wasn't completely full outside either. They apologized but we didn't get everything we ordered. For the price it was an experience that I will not repeat.

Staff friendly but the food is really disappointing! It's all not fresh at all. The gyoza is too dry. The salmon was literally a 2cm piece. The salad was a bit brownish. At this type of restaurant you should taste garlic in some dishes, but you don't taste it at all. It took way too long to get the food. During the next round you still get the food from the previous round. First and last time I come here. Furthermore, friendly staff.

Gemiddeld goed - all you can tast concept fijn - alleen prijzig wanneer je moet bijbetalen voor een aantal gerechten - wat jammer is. Dat staat niet vermeld op de site. Eten is grotendeels smaakvol en soms echt niet (te zout/niet vers/droog). Niet alle bestelde gerechten zijn uitgeserveerd, maar dubbel besteld dan. Ambiance en bediening best prima. Let even op de prijs van een glas wijn, daar zit veel verschil in.

Unfortunately I really didn't enjoy the food. Sushi didn't taste fresh at all. The fried shrimp roll was not crispy, as it should be. It looked like chewing gum. The sushi rice was like rice porridge. Too bad, but never again.

I give my review 3 stars. This is because the sushi tasted and looked fresh in a few pieces and others did not at all. Service is strange, they are all young girls, not that it matters, but when someone puts something on your table you expect them to say something. Don't put anything and everything close to your arm, don't even put it further on the table, which is a pity, luckily it's only points. We ordered something from the chip shop and a few pieces of sushi, but it took a very long time before we got it. We already ordered round 2 and when round 2 arrived we received a few more things from round 1, very strange, but that's my opinion. The soy sauce bottle was also very gross. We ordered wine and received a dirty, filthy wine glass with someone's lipstick on it. You would expect that when you give someone a glass that you would check it, but not. Some restaurants do not use the reviews they receive from people, which is a shame because they would certainly have received more points because other people have already indicated these points. Asian fondue (34€ pp)! It should have been ok and indeed all fresh vegetables and bouillon were very good! But what about the accompanying meat or fish? Only from the deep frozen industrial processed food industry ....disgusting and unacceptable! Shrimps on the advert picture were big buy in reality we had 3 tiny ones that had nothing to see with the picture of the website . Happily the restaurant aknowledged this criticism and offered us the bottle of wine (32€). Thanks for that! But next time please reply those disgusting deep frozen products by fresh fishes like salmon , tuna, or cabillaud....and it will be perfect!

The food always tastes great and the choice on the menu is diverse. The decor is very pleasant, creating a cozy and peaceful atmosphere. That's why I've been coming there for years with great pleasure. The staff is attentive and happy to help. Toppers!

Heerlijke ontspannen avond met lekker eten. Ik ben zelf geen fan van vis maar genoeg andere keuzes. Personeel is vriendelijk, en bediening lekker vlot.

All you can eat sushi was great. Lots of options, ordered by tablet. Very friendly and quick service. Sorbet ice for desert and coffee were excellent. Done just in time to watch the sunset on the beach :)

Took the hotpot. This actually had to be reserved 2 days in advance, but we were "lucky" because it was now also possible upon request, the waitress said. Long story short, don't have hotpot. I've never eaten something so disgusting in a restaurant before. Tasteless, frozen meat, tasteless rice, and tough meat. Immediately complained and apologies were made. Got first 2 drinks and some sushi to ease the pain and hunger. It would have been nice to say you don't have to pay for both, because hardly any of it was eaten. Sushi was tasty, but we won't recommend it or come back again. An expensive evening €76 for 2 cokes and a few pieces of sushi
