I came here five times over the last few months. I asked for a sourdough every time and every time they told me it's sold out. I usually came between 10am and 3pm. If it was actually sold out every time they should make more. Products shouldn't be sold out at 10am. The more plausible answer to me is that they just don't make a sourdough but then why lie to the customer? They did offer that I can preorder it so that's nice but a sourdough is one of the most basic breads and I expect it to be available when I walk in. Generally, they are nice and the other breads are okay. Nothing outstanding though.

You absolutely must try the crunchy muesli. It's simply delicious!! Thank you also for the lovely service!

A charming, old-fashioned bakery with expertly crafted pastries, bread, and other delicacies. It has a cozy atmosphere, friendly service, and Annemiek's humor is especially impressive. You won't find another bakery like Hofje van Noman in Scheveningen.

Not over-rated, I love the place and can highly recommend if you enjoy having a home-made delicious breakfast.

We were pleasantly surprised upon coming across this bakery while walking through Scheveningen. It has an old-fashioned vibe to it, which we really liked. The lady working at the counter was very nice and friendly. Now let’s talk about their products! A-plus. We bought different pastries and they were all very tasty. You could taste the fresh products. The bakery has a little lunchroom and a couple of tables for outdoor seating with nice weather. Had the most delicious Tosti with salami and cheese here. Their breads are amazing and they serve a decent espresso as well.

The best apple pie so far. However, the cream was even more convincing, super fresh and creamy like a dream. The coffee is fine. An old ladies coffee. Bitter and watery, but there is also a target group for that.

Last weekend on Saturday I came here around 10 am. And I must say it is a nice old-fashioned bakery! and good employees, everyone does their best to please the customer. The tompouce was delicious and the coffee was very good. The mint tea also tasted good. I will definitely come back again.

What a wonderful Scheveningen pearl, this bakery. This business is run by people who love their products and their customers. I really had a moment of happiness when the hot chocolate arrived on the table, luckily old-fashioned with real cocoa and delicious whipped cream. You don't see that anywhere anymore. The pastries are delicious and so are the sandwiches. Everything is clearly made with love, taste and a sense of quality without any pretensions. Great deal.

Great cafe. We happened to pass by there with 9 people and they immediately made sure that we had space together. Totally child-friendly, thanks for the glass, my son is still blown away. Price performance ratio top. The bread can only be recommended.

The small bakery was bustling with activity as many people bought freshly baked bread and other traditional foods. We also enjoyed the delicious, traditional dishes, which were a little more expensive than in Germany, but worth the price. In the small bakkerij there was a drink, there was a lot of canned food and other traditional dishes were cooked. Well, we have a strong reputation for traditional justice, the goods that lasted a long time were in Germany, but the price was still there.

It all looks good. But I came for sea jaw. An online advertisement stated that this business would sell sea jaws. But the salesman behind the counter did not understand me and I had the feeling that he did not know at all what sea jaw is.

The bakery is perfect. Everything was delicious. We enjoyed an extensive breakfast. All products were very fresh and homemade. The service was very friendly. Absolutely recommendable!

Not surprised from 4.8 rating. Great location in a nice area and vibrant street, staff is very welcoming and we felt very welcomed as they are hosting guests at home. The coffee was good like all other Dutch places, but the apple pie was special, one of the best t I have ever tried. The decoration is nice and infused with the area’s most important attractions. Products are fresh. Highly recommended.

Loved this place..just briefly visiting and bought delicious large almond studded biscuit. Baker said he'd had it in the oven all night and it would be fresh in four days when I got home. It was fresh and delicious over a week later and the little box of chocs was fab also. Thanks from London :-))

Absolutely amazing pastries made fresh in the bakery. It is close to the beach and worth every penny. The sandwiches (broodjes) are also mouthwatering. The service is great, the selection is vast and it is also very affordable.

I dont really understand those good reviews. The coffee was no real coffee, it was just powder with hot milk/water? Did not for both of us at all. There are better places to grab a coffee in this street.

In one word, great! This bakery lunchroom is one of a kind and is rarely seen anymore. Top service, attention to the guest and artisanal products. This is what you drive around for!

A comfy cafe bakery which has quite a good selection of bread and pastries. I had a very nice hawaiian sandwich with a hot chocolate which was perfect on a raining winters day. The staff was so polite and friendly as she took the time to switch to English when she realised I didn't speak Dutch. Will surely come back here again 🥰

Leckeres Haselnuss/Baiser-Törtchen und Apfelkäsekuchen bei guten Kakao mit sehr schmackhafter Sahne und starken Kaffee. Service ist ausgezeichnet, unsere blonde weibliche Bedienung war sehr freundlich und freigebig (ich durfte etwas probieren). Wir waren in 3 Tagen zweimal dort und haben noch Kekse und andere Backwaren für daheim mitgenommen; soeben probiert und für echt lecker befunden. 😋

Am 1. Tag zufällig gefunden und zu unserem täglichen Ziel gemacht. Das von außen altmodisch bis traditionell aussehene Lokal ist ein Juwel: hier ist alles Eigenproduktion. Die vielen verschiedenen Brot- und Brötchensorten frisch aus der Backstube. Frühstück reichhaltig und ALLES frisch, Cafe, Tee, Saft: frisch, kleine kalte und warme Gerichte und die selbstbereiteten Suppen: hervorragend und reichlich. Die Vielfalt an Torten, Kuchen, Plätzchen und Pralinen erschlägt einen und ist unglaublich (gut!). Dass die Inhaber ihr Metier lieben und mit Herzblut betreiben, merkt man auch an der wohltuenden Freundlickeit, mit der man bedient und behandelt wird. Beste Referenz ist wohl auch die Masse an Waren die von der (vermutlich größtenteils einheimischen) Kundschaft von hier herausgetragen wird. Nicht umsonst unser tägliches "Domizil" - egal zu welcher Uhrzeit.

Very special pastries and cakes that cannot be found anywhere else. I personally go for the lemon tart, but the other flavors are also delicious. Also note the “lattice” of chocolate that you only find here. There are also delicious cookies in Scheveningen fish shape, lightly spiced and silky soft.

Super süße Bäckerei, in der man frühstücken kann. Wir haben pro Person etwa 10€ bezahlt für ein belegtes Brötchen mit Kaffee. Das Brötchen war warm und fluffig. Sehr lecker. Würden wiederkommen!

Was für eine tolle Bäckerei. Wie haben hier ein Mal sehr lecker gefrühstückt und die anderen Male haben wir uns etwas mitgenommen sowie einen Coffee to go bestellt. Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit und Herzlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen! Sehr leckeres Gebäck und die Cookies, die man zum Kaffee bekommt, sind ausgezeichnet. :)

This is a great place! They’re so incredibly helpful and patient and their sandwiches, hot and cold are fantastic. The cold ones are made fresh, the roll cut open just as your order and the hot sandwiches come with a salad that has fantastic dressing. Genuine kind people and great food.

Eérst even door de winkelruit naar binnen loeren, ja, zou het wat zijn, gaan we naar binnen!?! De drempel blijkt lager dan gedacht. Verrast door alle vriendelijkheid en uitstekende bediening. Prijs - Kwaliteit: ouderwets prima! Zowel de belegde broodjes als de bediening... daar zou de horeca in de nabije strandtenten nog wel wat van kunnen leren, hahaha. Híer komen we na uitgewaaid te zijn zéker terug. Gewoon hartstikke goed.

Een feest om daar een gebakje met een kop koffie op het terrasje te gebruiken. (Keizerstraat). Een uitzonderlijke brood en banketzaak! Heeft kwaliteit hoog in het vaandel staan! Vriendelijke en nette bediening.
