I LOVE CHURROS in Burgwallen-Oude Zijde

Went here yesterday! The guy serving thinks he is that boss who walks up in a Rolls-Royce at work. Very rude - Very unprofessional- worst place to go in Amsterdam. Please avoid at all costs you will have the worst experience of your life. Charging 15 euros for something the next door is charging 5 euro + The rudeness towards the customer is unacceptable. We asked him what do you recommend he said I don’t know and I don’t care (that was the answer from the guy who was serving) I hope it was the staff and not the owner.

One of the only places you can actually get fresh churros rather than reheated rubbish. Friendly service, lovely atmosphere andprime location. Churros are absolutely spectacular

Don't Go There! Don't go in! No entry! Absolute junk. 2 store-bought waffles with custard and 2-3 slices of fruit (kiwi/strawberry) and a coffee and cappuccino for 36!!! €. I'll write again for 36 €, and only scum behind the counter working there. A real tourist rip-off, but their own fault. The prices aren't listed anywhere. The ceiling is also moldy from water damage. Unfriendly. A truly run-down place.... Best to go somewhere else. The way they treat customers is also antisocial, but I think that's due to the understanding of our Western culture compared to their "professional" culture. The bottom line is, give it a wide berth. Don't go there!!!!

It was so disrespectful with us. He was asking for let the store from the first second and in so aggressive way. He didn’t ask for anything and when we arrived he was also speaking with the phone without say hello. So uncomfortable and expensive waffle for us.

We were looking for churros and we came across this store, the prices are exorbitant, 11€ per portion of Churros which are very small, some were not cooked lol and especially the NUTELLA, we thought that this would have been understood from it. price but nah!!!!! 3€ for a small dose of Nutella on churros, it's nonsense frankly. In addition, the staff was bitter, unfriendly, everything that made you not want to go to this "store". In short, even if you absolutely want to eat churros, don't go there, you'll be disgusted!!!

Unprofessional and unpolite staff. The language barrier meant that I had the impression that the salesman was not making any effort, although I tried to make myself understood in English, but he looked at his colleague and spoke in Dutch and smiled and the same with d other customers who were amused by the situation. Beyond that, it was super expensive for a strawberry skewer with chocolate at €12. I think I was scammed, because there were obviously no prices on the windows. It's a tourist trap, nothing more, nothing less, but it was late and I was too hungry lol In short, run away if you pass this sign. They don't like tourists!

The most delicious churros you will eat in your life.. and the service is wonderful.. I visited it twice on my trip to Amsterdam.. and the Bulgarian man is very nice and helpful.. but his problem is that there is no place to sit and eat, especially since the weather is very cold.. but it is worth a visit even if you eat it anywhere. Really on the principles..

The place is nice and very tidy which I wasn’t expecting. We bought two churros with chocolate on it and it was just what we needed. Crunchy enough so you have to chew but moist and fluffy enough to actually taste it. I will definietly come next year too!

Delicious everything. Me and my friends decided to have something sweet to go and we found this small shop very cozy typical Holland close to the central station of Amsterdam. They have a big variety of waffles and creeps and a few more things. The service was amazing and very friendly and very spotless. Highly recommend this place

I have been a regular in the last few years and i have to say they never disappoint….waffle and panckes are always fresh even at late night time and all the crew members are amazing…Morning time there is quite always a very friendly and helpful lady and at night time you ll find a crew of guys which they always deliver the proper service and the proper product…..5 STARS ALL DESERVED!
