Bizarrely bad. I waited three hours and then couldn't eat my food due to a stated allergy! Before placing an order, I called because I had a sesame allergy and was told I could order it. To be on the safe side, I added it to the order as a comment. Two and a half hours after ordering, I called because it hadn't been delivered yet. The response I got was, "Sorry, the delivery drivers are sick." It's a shame you don't inform customers yourself. I was told it wasn't on its way yet. After three hours, I called again. It would be here soon. The website showed the order as delivered. Apparently, this often happens, the operator told me. The order finally arrived. I noticed there was sesame on the pokoebowl. I was told the manager would call me back, as she wasn't in at the time. I received the call fairly quickly. I didn't get the impression she understood how frustrating it is to wait three hours and not be able to eat. I was allowed to send her a Tikkie for the poke bowl. I sent a payment request for the full amount (including mini spring rolls and makis) because the service was so poor. At 9:30 PM, I received a call saying I would only be refunded for the poke bowl, and that I would get something free next time. I explained that I didn't plan on ordering again, as significant errors are made with allergies. We got into an argument, and ultimately, I sent a Tikkie for just the poke bowl. It's a real shame.

A few months ago, we ordered food for almost €100. The food that was delivered went straight in the bin. Everything fell apart, tasted awful, and wasn't prepared properly. After speaking with a staff member, we were told they couldn't deliver again because they were closing for a few weeks and that he would let us know so we could call again later and have it delivered. We gathered the family again and called I Love Sushi. Her response was, "No, ma'am, I don't know anything, so I can't help you." This is truly unacceptable!

Yesterday I ordered 2 boxes of sushi of €50 for 6 people in total. We got really sick from it, vomiting, diarrhea and such. When I wanted to call the store to report this problem, it turned out that they were already closed. I then called the next day to report this and to ask for compensation. I spoke to the owner and the owner did not want to cooperate even though I ordered several times. The owner was very difficult and wanted a doctor's note as if I had to make this up. People, please do not order from here anymore. This is not customer friendly at all and you have to keep your customers good, I will never order from here again!!!!!!

I ordered food yesterday at 7:43 PM. It wasn't delivered until 10:30 PM, almost three hours later. I can understand it taking a little longer due to busy times, but I would appreciate it being communicated. I had to call 30 times, but they didn't answer. Once they answered, and after 10 seconds, they hung up. After more than two hours, they finally answered and apologized for the delay. They said they would add extra drinks and prawn crackers and that the order would be brought by the next delivery driver. After this, it took another 30 minutes for the food to arrive. The extra items weren't even included—no big deal, but just don't mention it... I also asked to change the crab sushi in the sushi box to something else. It wouldn't have mattered what it was, but it was still there. It's a shame the service went this way. The sushi itself was "okay," but if you order dinner for a certain time, you can't expect it to arrive almost midnight. In that case, the company should simply say they're no longer accepting orders due to the rush.

I always get my poke bowls at I love Sushi. Friendly staff, food is fresh and always ready on time after I have placed my order. Today we received a little extra from the chef, something that is not yet on the menu. Was very tasty! It was some kind of crispy sushi sandwich with salmon. Recommended!😉

Very bad there was hair in my sushi. It also took 2 hours for the order to arrive. The first time my order was delivered, a puddle of moisture came out of which the entire hallway became wet. This has been sent back. After another hour the food finally arrives and I then find a hair in it. When calling, the lady tries to indicate that it could happen that there is a hair in the food. It is also very difficult to give money back. They try very hard to make their problem your problem... not worth repeating and very customer unfriendly.

Ordered a few times now but every time the food is LATE!! Much later than they indicate on the website and so much later that you have to call. Food is reasonable, but they are curt on the phone and they regularly forget the wasabi/ginger/chopsticks (I even asked for extra this time and got nothing) and sometimes even a flyer and receipt.... By the time they bring it everyone has already finished eating... SHAME

Very bad service. I fall for it every time, but every time it takes ages for the order to be delivered. More than 1.5 hours while I literally live around the corner. And when you call, they always say that they are on their way, even though it still takes more than half an hour. Complaint emails are not responded to. After several attempts, I have now permanently deleted the app and my account. NEVER again for me I love sushi Almere!

Food is tasty but delivery service is BAD. You get the option to choose a time for delivery or deliver “as quickly as possible”, but after 1 hour and 45 minutes still no delivery! This is not the first time, I like giving chances, but this is structurally a pitfall of theirs. Very sad!

Bubble tea box was delicious. We enjoyed. Everything was still warm and delivered on time. Update: Sushi has been really tasty and fresh lately. If you are unsure about ordering, definitely do so. I think the quality is an improvement than before. The delivery person was also on time today despite the storm and always very friendly. Very satisfied!

De afgelopen 5 keer dat ik heb besteld, heb ik achter het eten moeten aanbellen. "Hij is onderweg" is telkens het relaas. Let wel, ze zitten op 5 minuten afstand van mij. Vandaag is de laatste keer, volop kansen geweest. Wil je lekkere sushi, maar vind je het geen probleem om 1.5 tot 2 uur te wachten op je eten, bestel dan bij I love sushi. Redelijke sushi, maar niet heel erg klantgericht. Dat je zonder mondkapje niet naar binnen mag om te bestellen is natuurlijk prima (hoewel de deuren constant open staan, er maximaal 2 klanten naar binnen mogen en er dus ruim voldoende ventilatie is), maar om vervolgens goedkope wegwerpmondkapjes voor 1 euro per stuk aan klanten te verkopen, dat gaat mij wat te ver. Daarnaast liep een van de bezorgers constant zonder mondkapje naar binnen en liep binnen uitgebreid te telefoneren. Hoezo consequente richtlijnen? Hier draait alles om geld verdienen, massa is kassa. Weinig aandacht voor kwaliteit en service.

Variëteit qua boxen is voldoende. Smaak ok, heb wel eens beter gegeten. Prijs m.b.t. grootte porties mag wel iets goedkoper. Er wordt met je meegedacht als een bepaalde box niet meer beschikbaar is.
