I am very disappointed. We did not receive our order during the school graduation ceremonies this year. The moment we received our order (around 9:30 p.m.) we received a call from Sushipoint. According to the employee who called me to say that all victims received a discount, there was no end date attached to it. And now I wanted to order and wanted to inquire how much the discount was again, but I was told that I am not on the list because it has been too long. I just don't think this is fair. I had asked for confirmation of the discount, but the employee said that it is in the system and I just had to call first before ordering. So I did that, but it was a false promise. That employee today had consulted with his manager, who was able to give me a 25% discount on my next order, but you understand that I no longer believe in that. A regular customer.

Actually, we always order from Sushipoint and it is always good, sometimes just a little less but still okay and sometimes it seems to be super fresh. Today was such a super fresh day. The delivery time was 2 hours and we thought that was a shame, but luckily you can see exactly where you are in the entire ordering and delivery process on the website. So it was still on 'being prepared' and then our dog (an hour earlier) started barking at the gate (which was still locked because sushi point was not on its way yet). And then it turned out that there was already a friendly, smooth lady standing there with our sushi, who had already been scolded by our dog for 5 minutes - the poor girl. Unexpectedly fast and as mentioned, the sushi today was also super delicious. Gyoza and yakitori are still really hot - super nice - and sashimi and other sushi really fresh and really tasty. Everything was so good that I felt the need to type a review. Ergo: worth ordering. I say do it.

Very nice Sushi shop. It starts with a beautiful, customer-friendly website, order placed, picked up in no time and of course ready at the agreed time. The sushis themselves look beautiful, packaged in a beautiful luxurious box and they are all very tasty! Kudos!

Order here often, both delivery and takeaway. So far always good quality and on time. Often fun promotions. Last time I placed a decent order, it was neatly packaged and ready, we enjoyed it again.

What terrible service. You get brown acid raw fish! We have ordered sushi so many times, but for the first time in Almere at sushi point. We asked for flamed nigiri salmon, well look at the photo. We get brown weird and strong smelling fish. We called about this and unfortunately the response was very strange, while we very neatly indicated that this is really not good. Ultimately we have to send emails and photos because they don't believe our kind. In the end you are almost an hour further through this, paid a lot of money and waited for your food. What poor service and super unfriendly on the phone, as if we were talking about what a flamed salmon should look like.

Dear Sushi point Almere, I would like to file a complaint about my recent experience at Sushi Point Almere Markerkant. I am a regular customer at Sushi Point and wanted to place an order by phone. When I was helped by Nancy, I was treated very rudely. She was sassy and smart on the phone. I was so shocked by her behavior that I decided to place my order on the spot. Unfortunately, Nancy has continued her abusive attitude on location. When I asked for her boss's contact information, she claimed to be the supervisor and that she could not provide any information. This made me even more irritated and I'm sorry to say that it was my decision not to do business with Sushi Point in the future if Nancy works there. I always got the luxury menu and the products that are not halal are removed and replaced with sushi that is halal. Nancy was unable to assist me with these specific requests and was unwilling to attempt to resolve the matter. I am very sorry that you have now lost a customer due to her rudeness and lack of customer friendliness. I hope that you will take this complaint seriously and that measures will be taken to prevent such behavior from your employees in the future. Yours sincerely,

Always been satisfied so far. Not this time though. For €34.95 per menu box you don't expect cold sushi from the refrigerator, which gives the feeling of buying sushi in the supermarket. Really a shame. €98 was not worth our order. This will cost customers.

Ordered a poke bowl with chicken, which was minimal. It consisted of a lot of rice and minimal topping, which you can of course order extra. Dressing can also be ordered separately. In short, it wasn't worth the money, I'm used to better at a better price.

When we order sushi we always choose Sushipoint for good quality and fast delivery

Still the worst sushi I have ever ordered. Normally always order from Sushi Hikari because everything is fresh there. See the photo of what we ordered vs what we received. I think the box was left outside in the sun for an hour, everything was soggy and didn't look good at all. The taste wasn't too good either, tasteless and dry. After a few bites, I threw the box and contents away.

Wat is de sushi toch lekker en vers. Het was weer smullen!

Via ticketveiling kwamen we er terecht. De avond ervoor besteld want het niet 24 uur van te voren. Maar toen we aankwamen stond er geen bestelling genoteerd. Niet getreurd het werd gelijk in orde gemaakt. Heerlijk gegeten zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Jammer dat ik geen 2de veiling erbij genomen heb 😉

Best sushi restaurant in Almere! And I've tried most of them. The quality is great, delivery amazing and the staff's are unmatched! I occasionally request to swap some rolls because of my allergies, and they're always kind enough to do it! They deserve lots of five stars!

Als je van sushi houdt dan is dit the place to be. Ze doen aan bezorgen maar meestal haal ik mijn eten daar omdat het toch op de weg naar huis is. De sushi is vers,smaakt heerlijk en de prijs is goed. Je krijgt er echt waard voor je geld. Denk dat ik vanavond weer een lekker portie haal want het is bijna weekend en ik heb geen zin om te koken vanavond 😊

Dit is de beste, lekkerste en verse sushi die ik ooit ergens gegeten heb. Helaas is het geen restaurant maar een thuisbezorgdienst. Maar omdat je bij de sushi bakjes krijgt om je sojasaus en wasabi in te mixen, servetten en stokjes en daarbij de sushi in een mooie doos zit, krijg je aardig een uit-eten sfeer bij je thuis.

Delicious, great quality sushi! The only downside for me is that you can only order full rolls of 8 pieces. I would love to be able to order half rolls (4 pieces) and then I could have more variety in my order this way (there’s only so much one can eat…).

Sushi is altijd goed. Bij ophalen worden de warme gerechten. Klaar gemaakt als je het komt ophalen. Erg fijn.

Super lekker en vers en ook snel thuis gebracht top

Een héle lange tijd niet bij sushipoint besteld maar bij andere sushi toko's. De sushi was echt super vers en heel goed bereid! Dit word zeker nog een 2e keer of meer! Ik dacht ook dat een super sushi box te weinig was voor 2 mensen maar inc. Terriyaki stokjes precies goed! Terriyaki stokjes waren alleen koud maar dit was niet erg omdat de smaak erg lekker was!

Eerste keer besteld en zéér tevreden. Top dat ik hier vegan zalm en vegan garnaal kan eten naast de gebruikelijke vega(n) sushi. Mooi gepresenteerd, voldoende gember, wasabi en sojasaus. Echt erg lekker!

Bestelling gaat niet super snel maar de sushi smaakt erg goed. Fijn dat er ook veggie boxes zijn en de ingeschatte groottes (1 pp / 2 pp) zijn ook behoorlijk accuraat.

Goeie sushi. Normale maat, in tegenstelling tot "I love sushi" die elke keer kleinere rollen maakt.

Heerlijke sushi voor een prettige prijs.

Sushi smaakt goed, veel opties (ook voor vegetariërs). Prijs kwaliteit verhouding is prima. Positieve ervaring met afhalen!

De sushi is heerlijk maar als er aangegeven wordt dat er binnen 80 minuten geleverd wordt, dan ben je voorbereid dat het lang duurt, maar 2 uur wachten is me echt te gortig.

Top vers en ik heb alweer genoten van de lekkerste sushi.
