Sushi De Luxe in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

Had a delicious sushi cake delivered! Truly incredibly tasty! The rice is very special, and as a lover and connoisseur of authentic Japanese sushi, you can simply taste that this is of a high standard. Everything was fresh and made with care. Plus, a super nice owner! Absolutely recommended! You will definitely see me back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The quality of Sushi Deluxe has declined sharply over the past few years. Last Sunday's order was disastrous. The sushi was excessively sticky, looked like some kind of rice porridge stuck around ingredients, and had absolutely no rice texture left. Normally, there are also orange balls around the sushi, but this time it was just a sort of orange powder. And to top it all off, I have been sitting on the toilet with a stomach ache for the past two days. I immediately sent Sushi Deluxe an email about this, but received no response or apology whatsoever.

Delicious fresh sushi! Worth repeating.

Delicious sushi, super fresh and beautifully presented 🍱 highly recommended!

We had a delicious meal at Sushi de Luxe in Almere, with a beautiful wabi-sabi atmosphere and a true Japanese experience. The chef from Osaka was very friendly and open and took the time to talk about Japan, which was extra special given my upcoming trip. This is not a standard Asian restaurant, but pure and authentic Japanese, and that makes it truly unique.

I recently drove past again on my way home from work on April 9, 2026. Delicious sushi, prepared while you wait. You can also order. Lots of variety. Nice and delicious specials. Very friendly people. The price-quality ratio is really good. I even got a piece on the house while I waited. Warm and very tasty. I will definitely be coming here often. Highly recommended!

The only real Japanese sushi restaurant in Almere! Authentic flavors, super fresh sushi, and prepared with love by a real Japanese chef. Thank you, Chef Kakutani, for the delicious sushi. Also, compliments to the entire staff: incredibly friendly people and a lovely multicultural atmosphere. Absolutely worth 5 stars!

Sushi Deluxe is one of the better sushi restaurants in the Netherlands. I’ve been coming here for years and it simply remains top-notch. What I really admire is how they always take the time for you, even on busy evenings; they are never rushed or abrupt. The menu is creative; you are served combinations that you really won't see anywhere else. And then, every now and then, you even get a free dish to take home as a surprise. It just feels like a local pub, but for sushi. They also have excellent workshops, so if you are considering an activity, outing, or similar, I highly recommend it!

Obtained a package via TGTG, very good quality (fresh) and good quantity, very friendly staff, definitely recommended.

Delicious sushi, nice people. Party!!

I accidentally picked up my order on Valentine's Day. I ordered hours in advance, but on that day, there was an order overload. The staff remained friendly and really went above and beyond to help people. My order wasn't ready yet, but everyone received a sushi snack on the house while they waited. In my opinion, one of the best (non-Japanese) sushi places I know.

I've been ordering from here for years. Delicious sushi!

Delicious sushi. Perfect online and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

Valentine's Day. Busy evening, but friendly guys who think outside the box. Delicious sushi! Worth the wait. Thanks, guys, for the sushi while waiting for my order. Best regards, De Waalstraat

Today I ordered a beautiful sushi box from Sushi de Luxe. Yesterday I called to ask if it was possible to order the Exclusive Box in advance for my wife’s birthday. Normally it’s only available from February 14 if you order a day ahead, but they kindly accepted my request. The result: a very happy wife! The sushi was top quality, beautifully presented, and perfectly rolled. The restaurant looks great, the staff is friendly, and what makes it even more authentic is that they have real Japanese chefs.

The quality of the sushi is excellent. The staff is very friendly. And the place is beautiful.

Got takeout from Sushi Deluxe. The service was super friendly and it was delicious!

I've been coming here for years. The sushi is excellent. Freshly prepared. For me, the best in Almere. I also give it a solid 10.

Hands-down the best takeout sushi in Almere. I think even the surrounding area. I sometimes order twice a week because I love it so much! And I've been a customer for about 15 years. Delicious!

Delicious sushi and super friendly staff, they'll be seeing me more often :)

We had delicious, high-quality sushi, the staff were very friendly, and the restaurant itself had a great atmosphere. Definitely recommended if you want the best sushi!

Good morning, I'd like to say something about my order from last week. We had to wait two hours, I had to call twice, and the hot dishes were cold. On the phone, they said the full order would be refunded, so I sent a Tikkie to the mobile number provided. But so far, there's been no response at all—no apology, no message, nothing. This isn't the first time this has happened. Honestly, I find this very disappointing. Not only because the food wasn't good, but especially because of the service afterward. That's no way to treat customers. I really don't feel taken seriously. As a hardworking entrepreneur, I know how important it is to keep agreements and speak politely, so maybe that's why this bothers me even more. I just wanted a nice evening with my daughter, whom I don't see often. This whole mess completely ruined the atmosphere. As a customer, I simply expect honesty, clarity, and follow-through on promises. That's the least I can do. I assume the compensation will be arranged as agreed. Will you let me know today? Best, Charissa

Delicious sushi, much better quality than other places in Almere. I also took a workshop for work. It was super fun and delicious, of course!

Delicious sushi. Lots of variety in flavors, especially the rolls were great!

I'm not easily satisfied, but this sushi place exceeded all my expectations. A beautiful and hygienic place, fast service, and very friendly staff. Highly recommended!!

Super friendly people, the owner himself works as head chef in the restaurant and the service is top-notch and the food is super fresh. I had the Tori No Amani chicken appetizers, which were the tastiest appetizers I've ever had at a sushi restaurant because I don't really like sushi. Yes, I'll definitely be back for the other side dishes and of course the Tori No Amani appetizers.

1.5 hours after I placed an order and my food still hadn't arrived, I called the restaurant to check if my order had been received, since the amount had already been debited from my account. An employee told me that my order was ready and that the delivery person would leave in 15 minutes. After waiting another hour after my call to the restaurant, my husband called again. Again, the employee kept saying that the food was already on its way. And that we should be patient. I will never order from here again. It's a shame to experience such bad service. Disgraceful!

Had ordered poke bowl with chicken and edamame separately. For a small portion of edamame I paid 3 euros, they looked like they were 3 weeks old and half was black (see photo). Poke bowl had too much mayonnaise and no vegetables, only corn and rice. Disappointing and will not order here again.

Today we did a sushi workshop at Sushi Deluxe with 11 people. And it was very successful! When we entered, the tables were already set and everything was ready for the workshop. Under the guidance of chef Mo, who learned to make sushi as a chef at the Okura Hotel in Amsterdam, we were explained all the intricacies of sushi. We were able to make different types of sushi and then also 'freestyle' a bit in terms of filling. After two hours the workshop was over and we were able to stick around for something to drink. Also nice, we also received a recipe booklet by email. In short, we had a fantastic workshop and it was certainly noticeable that they work here with fresh and good quality products.

Real Japanese quality, will definitely come back

Delicious, fresh sushi with top-quality fish. Friendly service and a cozy atmosphere. Definitely recommended!

Good sushi, but certainly not the best in Almere. Although the order had already been placed at 4 p.m., the sushi was only delivered at 6:45 p.m. instead of 6 p.m. The excuse was that it was the delivery person's first day at work. Certainly never heard of Google Maps. So IF we order here again, we will pick up.

I ordered on Sunday around 6:00 PM, a busy time. After telephone contact, I received good help and collection turned out to be faster than delivery. My order was ready within 40 minutes, and I received a free fresh handroll for waiting, upon arrival. Great service, that's why 5 stars!

Best sushi in Almere, always fresh, friendly staff and a good price ratio. Recommended for weddings and birthdays. Very nice sushi cakes. And a mobile band where you create a sushi bar.

Review: Sushi Delux – Highly recommended! What a wonderful experience at Sushi Delux! From the moment we walked in, we felt incredibly welcome. The owner and his son are not only friendly, but also genuinely hospitable. They really take the time to talk to you and make you feel like a valued guest. And then the food… INSANELY delicious! The sushi is fresh, perfectly prepared and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the care with which everything is made. From the classic rolls to the house specialties – everything was great! If you are looking for a place where you not only eat delicious sushi, but also experience a warm, hospitable atmosphere, then Sushi Delux is the place. We will definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Delicious, fresh sushi, always fast delivery, I'm very satisfied, highly recommended

Very fast service. Tasty sushi pieces. Definitely worth the money. We also received 1 whole maki cucumber (3 pieces). We were also paid 1 euro 20. So a total of just 3 euros 20 saved. Super nice people and I will definitely come back here more often

The store looks neat and the staff is very friendly and service-oriented We even received the order without being able to pay immediately because the PIN device was with the delivery person. And they will send it a little later. What are you doing with that? We also had very tasty sushi Live in Lelystad but will definitely come back

Sushi perfect, fresh products! Unfortunately the ginger and wasabi were forgotten.

Very friendly owner! Good price for great quality sushi

We had the sushi Akita and other items. They were really good then we ordered more. Very recommended this sushi restaurant 🫶

Great food, service is always good. Enjoy ordering here and know that it will always be delivered on time.

Including delicious fresh sushi and poke bowls! Kids only want "Deluxe" sushi from Mo!

We have also been customers for more than 10 years and after our move from Almere Stad to Almere Haven, we are happy that they also deliver there. We order sushi here almost every Friday. The quality and taste are still of high quality. Fresh and prepared with great care. And that's why 5 stars. More than deserved Mo & the whole team!!

This sushi is super tasty, I'm addicted to it. We get it regularly and enjoy it at home and for me there is absolutely no better sushi in the area.

Even the rice is tasty! Whether it's Shushi rolIls, Maki's, Pokébowls, offer menus or specials, Chef Mo and his team have been consistently delivering high quality for many years. You taste the dedication and see the results, for example the Crispy Sandwiches. The service in the store and on the telephone is always friendly and the delivery friendly. Sometimes delivery could be faster, but hey, quality comes before speed for me!

I've been coming here every month for years. The sushi is made perfectly. In my opinion there is no better one in Almere. And it's still super tasty. I also give it a big 10.

A household name in the film district for years!

The best sushi in Almere and surrounding areas. For the specials! Poke bawl is always delicious and the ebi shrimps… and the most important thing is… Everything is always fresh! definitely recommended👍🏻

Great business! Delicious sushi.

Tastiest Suhi Restaurant in Almere Always on site, freshly prepared You will be helped by very nice people and there is always a pleasant atmosphere

Every time I stay with my aunt, we always get sushi here! The food is of good quality and prepared quickly. The delivery is absolutely great, and pick-up is also fast! The prices are not too expensive. There is a wide choice of different types of sushi, so we are far from tired and will definitely come here more often to get delicious sushi!

The tastiest sushi in Almere, always super fresh, made to order, by very nice people!

Delicious food. You can taste that fresh products are used.

We have often ordered sushi, but also eaten in the restaurant itself. It really is the best sushi in Almere. The owner Mo is always friendly and has a heart for the business. Highly recommended!

Top quality sushi and other dishes, always fresh, correct and fast delivery, and what craftsmanship.

Sushi Deluxe is by far the best sushi place in Almere. Always and always fresh and quality. You just taste that it is better and there is craftsmanship. The difference is in the details regarding taste, spices and the right amount of rice - fish or meat ratio...

I have been getting the tastiest sushi in Almere here for years. In addition to the delicious sushi, I also find the staff always friendly. You are not a number but a valued customer.

SushiDeluxe is by far the tastiest sushi restaurant in Almere! The owner has also given a sushi workshop at our work several times and decorated several birthdays with a sushi boat. Absolutely recommended!!

I bought a set today, sushi is very tasty, 2 guys cooked with love, nice, kind people. Thank you so much 🙏🥰

The best sushi in Almere! Fresh products and preparations make the food worth the wait! Whether you need it for 2 people or 20 people. The poke bowls are also very good and the Tori Karaage is recommended for children. Enjoy your meal!

The service was excellent; they helped me a lot in choosing a suitable menu. The food was delicious!

Delicious sushi, always fresh products.

Nothing is too crazy if we want something different that is not in a menu

Sushi Deluxe Almere - A Decade of Excellence I have been a loyal customer of Sushi Deluxe Almere for 12 years, and every visit feels like a culinary journey to Japan. This eatery not only offers the freshest and most flavorful sushi, but also an unforgettable experience that will keep you coming back again and again. The quality of the ingredients is always sublime. The fish is fresh, the rice cooked perfectly and the presentation is always artful. The menu offers a wide selection of classic and creative sushi rolls, as well as other Japanese delicacies that will continue to delight your taste buds. The staff are friendly and attentive, with an in-depth knowledge of the menu and a genuine passion for what they do. They always make you feel welcome and that every meal is special. After 12 years, I am still impressed by the consistency and commitment to excellence that Sushi Deluxe Almere demonstrates every time. It is without a doubt the best sushi experience in Almere and the surrounding area. I can recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and delicious sushi experience.

Excellent service, I have never eaten sushi so delicious anywhere, I recommend this service with a very good, friendly manager

Friendly staff. Delicious sushi. Me and the children enjoyed it

One of the few places in Almere where you can get high-quality sushi. The sushi always tastes good and there is a variety of choices. The price-quality ratio is very good. Delivery is often on time and in the event of a delay we will contact you. The staff is always very friendly when picking up. Definitely recommended!

We had a very delicious meal on site, everything was fresh and the service was great and super friendly

If you are looking for the tastiest sushi in Almere, Sushi De Luxe is certainly number 1! Always fresh and you can taste it! Never again for me anywhere else!!

A sushi restaurant in Almere that serves real, authentic Japanese sushi. Been a regular customer for years and the quality never disappoints. The owner and chefs are incredibly friendly, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommended for anyone who likes tasty, fresh sushi, without unnecessary additives or unnecessary sauces that you often see nowadays!

We ordered veggie pokebowl and salmon and we think it's a shame that my veggie only consists of sweets and is quite cold. I have tofu bubbles, peppers, corn tamago avocado and the sauce is very sweet, even though I have added soy sauce, my pokebowl is very sweet and that also applies to the pokebowl salmon, it is also a pity that everything is quite cold and they do not have create your own bowl. delivery on time.

Delicious sushi, I always order here when I want to treat myself and my guests to a delicious meal. The service is excellent, tonight I ordered a sushi box containing tuna nigiri. I received a call that the tuna had run out (it was around 8:30 PM) and I was offered excellent alternatives. Highly recommended!

The best sushi in all of Almere. Top quality, everything is freshly made in a Japanese way.

We ate very tasty sushi. I can only say that the service is great. Something went wrong with the checkout, but they handled it so nicely and very correctly. Men can take a joke and join in with you. The atmosphere is certainly good too!

Shame! Ordered sushi via UberEats and received a message after 20 minutes that the order had been canceled and the restaurant was closed.

This is by far the most disgusting sushi I have ever tasted, never again.

Painfully slow with delivery. People indicate between 20-55 minutes, but usually it is 1.5 hours. Quality of it is average

Very tasty sushi, atmosphere not that important, quality must be good. After all, it is takeout 😉

Good quality sushi, Japanese style, as well nicely presented on occasional partys

A number of people who wanted to make things their own way were of great help. Everyone in the business remained calm and handled it top notch. The food was delicious as always and the staff was friendly as always. E highly recommended!!

The only sushi we eat, always fresh and super quality. The rice is super fresh and so full of flavor.

Ordered a too good to go box from you with a value of supposedly €15, then received half of the box only maki cucumber which is really only €4 on your site. Got little variety and the staff was unfriendly and looked dead and didn't even think about a bag, some soy sauce or wasabi. Only on request. And gave one of the worst boxes you could give. Absolutely not recommended. Waste of money and you don't save anything on "ecowaste", because what remains is really the stupidest sushi. (box wasn't even full)

Really good thing they gave me extra food for my sister birthday this is the best sushi place ever and the food was unbelievably good

I have been ordering from Sushi Deluxe for years and think their sushi is one of the best in Almere. They provide good services and quality. Recommended are: the flambéed salmon and flambéed salmon roll :).

Echt heerlijk gegeten !

I ordered for delivery. The sushi was great, really fresh and tasty. The gyoza is super jummie, all crunchie and tasty. I never haf it like that before. I will defenitely order again!

I think Sushi de Luxe has been a household name in Almere for years. Mo and his colleagues work hard to prepare the tastiest Sushi from the region fresh day in, day out. Regardless of what is on the menu, you can also simply ask them to make something special for you. Trust me, it may cost a bit more, but it is certainly surprising! And if you are having a business or private party, you can of course call on Sushi de Luxe for the catering! All in all, highly recommended! Keep up the good work Mo!

This sushi place is highly recommended! As a regular customer, I am always impressed with the fresh and flavorful sushi they deliver. The quality is always top and the presentation is beautiful. In addition, the service is always friendly and helpful.

Super tasty food and incredibly nice people. Will definitely order here more often, highly recommended!

Rounded up to 4 stars. The most important......the taste of the sushi is good. But they can't get much smaller anymore. Plus a delivery time of 1 hour 20 minutes was a bit too much. When I called to ask how and when, I was told: "They have been on their way for a while. If you still don't get anything, please call us again." Oh well, I'm just a paying customer.

we reden gisteravond toevallig langs & hadden zin in sushi. het was oprecht heerlijk & daarnaast waren de werknemers vriendelijk :)

Sushi was great and the employees there where very nice. Service was 10/10.

Was geweldig. Mijn Bedrijft is Dameyon B.V. te Almere
