What a fantastic experience with I Love Sushi Alkmaar! The order arrived no less than 20 minutes faster than planned, which was a pleasant surprise. The sushi was super fresh and delicious, really top quality. The Spicy Tuna pokébowl had a perfect flavor and the Chicken Satay Yakitori was wonderfully tender and well grilled. To my surprise, there was also an extra portion of sushi as a gift, which made my evening complete. The service was fast, friendly and attentive. Definitely recommended and I will definitely order from here again!

Delicious, fresh sushi. Communication was excellent when the delivery was 15 minutes late. I ordered twice and received two free treats.

I am completely disappointed and will never order from here again. The first problem is service. Shipping is just terrible. I waited for bubble tea for 1 hour and 15 minutes. although they promised 30 minutes. But that's not all. It was handed to me so carelessly that it just fell to the ground and instead of 5 pieces of tea I received only 3. The reaction was simply bombastic, the delivery man simply ran away. I'm shocked. But that's not all. It was expired and after I drank it I immediately ran and vomited everything (sorry for such details). I was very sick. I felt very sick after their teas. I do not recommend to anyone. They are not attentive and are not ready to answer for their actions. No one picks up the phone. Be careful if you order there. There is complete anti-synitarianism.

I also ordered sushi with cucumber and fried shrimp sushi, my favorite, and salmon sushi. I couldn't park so I was double parked. The parking attendant was handing out fines. And said I had to drive around again if I didn't want a fine because I was waiting in my car. The employees at Alkmaar are super nice, they came outside to bring the sushi to my car. I had called again that I was going for another ride when she was just about to bring out the sushi. Super sweet, after that they still brought it and waited for me. I was shocked by all the negative reviews on Google. So I wanted to write a positive review after my good experience. With i love sushi Alkmaar. Thank you very much for the high quality and the super hospitable service, really great. You are also treated politely on the telephone, which is really great. Very bad sushi. Was definitely not fresh. As if it came from the freezer. When we called them there was nothing they could do for us. Except that we had to bring the sushi to them (we had it delivered to our home), so they could check whether it was fresh or not. That says enough. Worthless thing.

Picked up here for the 2nd time. The first time went well. The second time the taste was much less. Not much better than supermarket sushi. Unfortunately I just had a runny nose last night. I guess the tuna was not good. 5 minutes is also too fast to prepare that much sushi. Maybe something was already ready. Won't be getting takeout from here next time.

Great sushi, tasty and very affordable! We got the 24 maki for 5 euro and were pleasantly suprised to even see salmon and tuna maki in there! We walked in and they got it ready in aboit 5 minutes and included some chopsticks, wasabi, and soy sauce. Will definitely come again and probably get 2 boxes then.
