If you go on vacation, adjust the opening hours. This is very bad; you end up standing in front of a closed door.

What a wonderful experience this was. Everything was perfectly fresh and the taste was truly fantastic. The sushi was deliciously crispy thanks to the golden brown crust. The rolls with the fresh cucumber inside were a particular hit with us at the table. It was exactly what we were in the mood for. We will definitely be back here soon for more.

Very disappointed. I'm not one for bad reviews! But this is really not normal. Called the place. And it's a misunderstanding, otherwise you can do whatever you want. Super thick, thick rice and hardly any filling!

I ordered sushi last Friday, but upon arrival, everything was scattered throughout the box. The rolls were jumbled and partially disintegrated. I politely emailed them about this, but unfortunately, they didn't respond. It's a shame, as this detracts from the expected quality. Hopefully, something will be done about this.

We now order regularly, it always gives extras and we are very satisfied with the delivery, always fast and friendly and the quality of the food is also good.

What a huge disappointment. I ordered sushi from you, and I only regret it. The food was old, tasteless, and sloppily presented. The sushi pieces were cut way too thick and fell apart completely. It went straight in the bin. On top of that, the service was downright terrible. Unprofessional staff. Especially a small, attention-seeking girl who raised her voice when she saw a man. All in all, a chaotic, unpleasant experience. In short: a sad affair. I strongly advise against ordering or eating here. Never again for me.

Waited over an hour and a half for an order that wasn't ready yet. After calling six times, I finally managed to reach someone who said the order wasn't ready yet and was on its way.

Really shitty customer service. The delivery was already two hours late, and when we called to ask where the order was, they kept saying it would be with us in 5 minutes. It never arrived. I believe they messed up and it was never made or sent out for delivery. Ruined our evening

Very satisfied with the order. Very tasty and fresh. And an extra container. Enough soy/wasabi/ginger. It might be useful to provide 2 extra chopsticks, but we also had those at home, so no problem for us. In short, highly recommended!! I can't give any stars for atmosphere, because we didn't go inside.

As I know it, the sushi here is fine, but it is very disturbing that the staff refuses to help me when I can only pay by card and therefore have no cash with me. This has been the case for over 2 years and it bothers me every time.

After waiting 2 hours, I still haven't received my food. This while the delivery time was 45 minutes in the confirmation email. Called 3 times with a lady on the phone and she could only say that the food is on its way. Never again.

I usually never leave reviews but this place deserves it. I didnt have to wait long on my order and they have some really good deals like right now if you order for 25 euros or more you get a free roll. On top of that they gave me a free extra in the form of a cola. Employees were also very friendly. Overall a great experience would very much recommend😊👍🏻

I was a loyal customer until today. Ordered today at 6:00 PM. After two hours still no sushi. When I call, someone answers and says I'll put you on hold. Then I'm on hold for 8 minutes without speaking to anyone. I then called several times, but the phone was not answered. When my husband drove to the shop and asked where the sushi went, the lady said 'oh we haven't received an order' and she also made a comment saying: be happy that your sushi is freshly prepared. Strange because money has been debited. The order was then processed after 2.50 hours, but when we got home the order turned out to be incomplete. Called several times again, but the phone was again not answered. Such bad service. I will never order from here again.

Shushi arrived fresh and hygienic, only the sauces were too little for two people, especially the pickles, which made it hard for me to eat them. My vegan son bought it with crab and salmon. I think they could send some of the pickle on a medium-sized plate, it's a must to change the taste.

The sushi is good, but the delivery time is horrible. We were waiting once for 2 hours, and where told that guys card broke on the way. So we have ordered the second time and we were waiting for almost 2 hours and were told that they are busy today, and this will not happened again ( lady was not very nice), so we tried a third time 😂😂😂🫣, and….. after 1,5 hours and 5 called to the call center they delivered the sushi, the person on the phone was extremely rude.
