Incredibly slow service. Highly frustrating. Waited for 35 mins in store as they made about 100 orders of uber eats before making mine, including people who came after me! and left uber eats orders in a pile which were not collected til after i left

Love the special pride bags. Unfortunately my extra 3 ingredients didn't came with the order which made the dish less tasty for me :( But the rest was okay!

I had ordered 2 poke bowls for 18:15 and 18:20. They should have been ready by then. I deliberately arrived a little later, around 18:25. I had to wait 5 minutes due to busyness, as it turned out, because the entire reservation hadn't been looked at. He prepared the order, then re-prepared it, and I was told I had to wait a maximum of 10 minutes. But more and more people came in after that, and they were also able to pick up their orders within 10 minutes. At 19:05, I still had nothing. It turned out that the prepared order still hadn't been made. I was only able to pick up the order at 19:10. Having to wait almost 55 minutes for an order placed in advance. Rubbish! In the meantime, I also had to incur extra parking costs due to the poor handling of the order.

Ordering this every other week!

I walked in and the staff started throwing the gastronorm containers around and deliberately hitting each other hard; it was very inappropriate. I was finished at the self-service kiosk and suddenly I heard, "...where yu paying for." There were two young staff members behind the counter, and they were still giggling and nonchalant. Then the young man came with the food already wrapped, even though I wanted to eat it there and it was also on the receipt. I opened it and found a VERY LONG HAIR INSIDE. The young man was speechless but knew immediately what to do, and I received the food afterwards on a normal plate from the lady. It was presented quite sloppily; I had indicated that I wanted it served separately, and there was a lot of sauce in it.

I’ve always loved Sushito. Today, I was actually in the area and got to sit down there to eat for the first time. Shout out to Alex, such a nice employee who helped me out perfectly with my order. I always appreciate a smiling, welcoming face in horeca! (Friendliness is not necessarily common in generally understaffed, underrewarded Dutch horeca). I loved the ahi tuna. Gorgeous color. Ingredients were fresh and ample in quantity. The way it should be. 🥰 And today, it means I’ll be able to enjoy this lovely food tonight as well. I should probably come here more often. See you guys soon. 🫶🏻

The poke bowls are great most of the time and ingredients are fresh. However whenever we order, it feels like Russian roulette. Sometimes portions are generous, other times it’s stingy with toppings. I think they could work on consistency in that regard. It also takes FOREVER to get your order with no realistic updates. Delivery times are always horrible.

This is the best poke bowl in Amsterdam in my opinion. I’ve tried many places but any sushito branch I’ve been to beats any other spot.

Just ordered food through Thuisbezorgd. After waiting an hour, I received a text message saying my order had been canceled. Absolutely unacceptable. You can no longer leave reviews through Thuisbezorgd, so I'm doing it here. Poor service.

Ordered for 50 euros and got the wrong delivery from someone. It happens. We called the restaurant to ask if we wanted to pick up the food, but when we arrived a minute after closing, all the food containers were still there, and what did they say? Unfortunately, we were closed, bye bye. In English, of course, because Dutch wasn't an option. So incredibly poor service.

Always very good, but today I ordered via uber eats, and one of two items was not delivered!! This is crazy! How hard it can be to put just 2 items in the order? Order # 06887

I never write reviews, but after last night, I just had to—they truly deserve them. I've been to Sushito West a few times now, and the food is always amazing: fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. The staff is also exceptionally friendly—the tall girl working yesterday was honestly the friendliest employee I've ever encountered. Absolutely recommended, 1000%!

I have arrived at the restaurant at 12.15 Order placed at 12.19 ( see image ) Order served at 12.48 ( see image There wasnt anyone else at the restaurant, 30 minutes waiting in a fast food chain is not acceptable in a empty restaurant. Food was okeish, it was fresh but not correctly assembled. not recommendable.

I love sushito! I live nearby and come quite often, and it’s always delicious. Last time I came in, Barney kindly explained the menu and made my dining experience very nice. All the employees are helpful and welcoming, and I always look forward to my weekly bowl :)

I have ordered there few times already and the food is realllyyy good and well-made. The portions are perfect. The staff is also nice, and few times I encountered there a polish or ukrainian girl (sorry not sure- tall and smileyyy) and she is super friendly and kind! I higly recommend!

Best poke bowls in Amsterdam! I come here often cause Sushito has become my go-to comfort food. But it’s not just the food—the service never dissapoints either. Barney is hilarious and never fails to make me laugh, creating a welcoming vibe that truly makes Sushito feel like home.

The flavors are good, but the proportions are completely lost in the pokébowl. Hardly any tuna to be found and also quite sparse in terms of vegetables. The bowl is approximately 70% filled with rice. That could be much better.

Today I ordered thru thuisbezorgd and my order didn’t come because of thuis bezorgd. But There is the sweetest guy working here at Sushito, I think Spanish with dark hair and was wearing a cap! Thank you so much for helping us. You’re very kind

I've been a loyal customer of Sushito for years :) Delicious food, generous portions (one burrito and I'm FULL! 🤣). It can be busy, but that says enough! The service has been great lately—especially the Latina girl with green eyes, super attentive! 👏 I will definitely come back.

We had lunch there yesterday, it was a new experience for us. The girl working there helped us with choosing and understanding the concept! We will always have that place in mind for delicious food!

The poke bowls are tasty with a generous serving size. You can also customize your own bowl. They also have sushi burritos and other tasty treats and drinks. The dining area is cozy and quiet if you wish to stay a while and enjoy some downtime.

The lady working here needs to learn how to behave with delivery riders, as soon as you enter she rudely informs you to stand outside in freezing cold even though the store is empty with no customers inside and later after waiting outside the lady forgets to handover the food!!! Pathetic!!!

I’ve always been a fan of the salmon burrito. In terms of the service, I find the people working there not always the most friendly or smiley. The ordering machines already make it very impersonal. The manager however is the right example, she is very friendly and helpful and not afraid to make some human connection.

Excellent food for a reasonable price. Luxury take away. Wouldn't eat there unless it's not nice at home. Order screen (touch screen) works quite slowly. Food is delivered quickly.

Cute location on a nice street. Lots of seating plus a bathroom. Food is always nice, they have a good system for making their stuff. I was just in time for the lunch deal, can recommend :)

Food was great. For those of you who says it’s bland. Use some of the tasty sauces. I did soy sauce with wasabi. They also blow torched the salmon a bit for me. Very yum

What BAD SERVICE you get as a customer in the store!!! I drive from another city all the way to Amsterdam West to get a poke bowl. On the way we called to say we would be there at 9:17 pm and whether that was a problem and whether we could still be helped. No problem at all, one said employee on the phone. Once I arrived, I was informed that it was not possible to pay by card due to an ATM problem. No problem either, after AH they are sent to pay by card and apparently you can't even pay by card there. Back to Sushito, I am sent again to go to the ATM a street further away and that is no problem either. And when I asked them if I can't order in advance and then withdraw money so that my food is ready when I get back, a female employee (WHO WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL) says that she doesn't want to do that because I'll be coming later not back. I suggested leaving my driver's license to assure her that I was coming back after checking out to pick up my food. After talking back and forth with 3 different employees, she finally wants to take my order. Would I like to place my order (put together my own Poke Bowl) she says casually, actually we are already closed!!! So after driving back and forth for 30 minutes, looking for a parking space, running to AH, speaking to 3 employees and explaining everything each time, I was allowed to drive home empty-handed. WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT!!! You will never see me and my people here again. Such a shame!

I Orderd 2 pokebowls on the app but only one arrived. The lady answering the phone was not trying to help or compansate the order at all and she said we need clear it with uber eats. Now i have paid 18€ expecting 2 pokebowls but now i only received 1. Do not trust their deals! Absolute scam!!! Food did not even taste good!!!

I have been coming here as a local resident for years. Because I really like this kind of food, But the service is getting worse and worse, and the portions are smaller and more expensive. The staff is unkind and disinterested. It seems like Sushito is doing everything it can to scare away (regular) customers. At least it worked for me. I won't go here again.

We ordered 2 poke bowls through uber eats, and we only received one.. it can happen, so we called Sushito and the girl that picked up the phone spoke as a rude teenager and was not trying to help at all. How can you not help ur own customers? Super weird, never ordering here again because its a scam. That girl should be fired and needs to get thought some manners because this is not how you work in restaurants or talk to people. The poke bowl it self was also not even good and is super bland in taste. Go to Poke perfect, they have the best poké bowls from Amsterdam and friendly people that have good manners.

I ordered a bowl of salmon for delivery, but I got it with tuna, and I am allergic to tuna. Also, they do not put chopsticks, but it is okay. 😔

Whoooo the girl with a disco ball on her right arm deserves a price. Finally a ‘sushi’ place who does not make the bowl half full and greedy like poke perfect. The pokebowl consisted mainly of rice. Ordered with salmon, but you had to look for it. Also some corn and soy beans and brown avocado. Unpleasant taste. The sushi roll is so large that it immediately falls apart as soon as you start eating. This is partly due to the dry, grainy rice. This is supposed to be sushi rice, which is sticky. Spicy tuna? Hardly any tuna found and tasteless. And then for prices that don't lie. It may turn out badly once in a while, but after 3 bad experiences I have been here for the last time. I hate to write a bad review, but for these prices, you expect quality

Big fan of this for lunch. Once you get your head around the menu (which can be a little daunting) it is really good and they make a very tasty bowl. I usually go for the DIY Bowl with mixed Rice & Quinoa, Marinated Salmon, then 4 toppings and the Miso sauce and the crispy tempura on top. Get it all mixed up together that is the key!!

I used to come here a lot and liked it, but the quality of the bowls are not like they used to be. There were pieces of plastic in my bowl last time I was there and the whole bowl was drowning in sauce, it was just too much. The salad leaves were brown and not fresh at all. It really depends on who’s working whether you’re getting proper service and a decent bowl. The quality is quite unreliable.

Ordered 2 poke a bowls for 45 euros. The store looked nice so I had confidence in it. Even when I asked if I could change 2 more ingredients, that was no problem. The food didn't look bad, but it was put in a paper bag. I realized that the handles were made of paper, but I thought this would work. Unfortunately, this paper bag was apparently so thin that a little rain caused the 2 poke a bowls to fall to the ground! Also when I called the store they said this was not their problem and I should have used a plastic bag myself. But they provide a thin paper bag themselves. It seems logical to me that if I get a bag that it can last 5 minutes on the bike... Part of a compensation was also not included. Away 45 euros. Too bad because I would have liked to try the poke a bowl, but I will never go there again!

Very strange experience. We came in when there were no other customers and were not greeted. When I started talking myself, I was told: “you should order on the screen”, although the employees both spoke Dutch to each other and so did I and my friend. The employee brought the poke bowls, we asked if we could get chopsticks, so I would have to get up and get them myself. No problem, walked with her to the counter. The ordered wasabi was not delivered, so we walked back to the counter again. Employees both pretend not to see you until you start speaking. After dinner I took the waste to the counter myself, so that the staff did not have to collect it. I was only told “there is a trashcan over there”. Since I was doing her job, a “thank you” seemed more appropriate.

Your regular sushito BUT we had a huge order (12 pokes) for take out for a team event and the two women working there were incredibly helpful, helped us make that order in an organized way, label them AND they nailed the ingredients in all 12 pokes! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
