I Love Sushi Arnhem in Centrum

Been constantly buying sushi from here for my kids' birthday parties and on normal days over the past two years. Keep up the great yummy food guys!

Been waiting for 1.5 years now and can't get in touch.

Delivery time sushi 2 hours Sushi was luke warm Unreachable by telephone (2 hours on the phone or on the phone) and by email or no response.

I order from here very often. But now, delivery isn't always possible during opening hours. Not through Thuiszorgd or their own website. So, I'm ordering from other providers now.

There was a hair in my food, I had to send a photo but a hair cannot be seen in a photo so they do not do anything with it and the spring rolls were cold because they had already been eaten, they could not do anything with it

Good sushi. Ordered many times for the family. Sushi always delivered on time. Quality is good. Service, however... Incomplete order, unwilling to correct. The young man stated that there was no proof that it had been delivered incompletely. Missed opportunity; one satisfied customer will not return.

I ordered food at 6pm and my food didn't arrive until 8pm. Because it was "busy". When the delivery guy came he said he stepped in at the last minute. And when I still didn't have my food after an hour I called and asked where it was. She first said it hadn't left yet, then she said it was pretty busy but would be here soon. Never again will I order anything from there.

What a terrible company this is. Called 10 times because they were over an hour late. Then say that they are on their way and then make you wait another half hour. I do not recommend this company!

I ordered a poke bowl from I Love Sushi and it took over an hour to be delivered. This is much longer than the expected delivery time. When my order finally arrived, the shrimp were super limp and clearly not fresh. This was very disappointing. I called to find a solution, but the young man on the phone spoke Chinese to the owner and in the end no solution was offered. To make matters worse, he hung up the phone in my ear and didn't want to look for a solution. This lack of service and communication makes the experience even worse. Better communication, faster delivery, fresh ingredients and customer-oriented service would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully this will be improved in the future.

Ordered food from I love Sushi Arnhem last Friday. The food was already not very fresh, and a few hours later it made me very nauseous. I'm still sick from it to this day, nauseous, stomach ache full feeling. And that for over €50. For me once and never again I love Sushi!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They actually don't deliver anymore, which I didn't know, but the boss came to deliver it to our address himself. The food is always super tasty and good quality. I always order my sushi here

Received food more than an hour late. Didn't receive any compensation and only got a 'yes they are on their way' when I called. A 10 minute ride suddenly took an hour...

There was just one hair on the sushi. I had to send proof of the scroll it was on. Only after verification in the kitchen did they believe it. They offered me more sushi! Unbelievable as if you want to eat some more of it. Very poor service and worse hygiene, apparently no hairnets in the kitchen. Be warned

Precies op tijd bezorgd. De tempura was nog warm en alles smaakte heerlijk. Enige merkwaardige was dat sommige handgevormde sushi's weinig rijst en veel topping hadden. Maar sat s beter dan andersom! 👍🏻

Ik had per ongeluk afhalen besteld in plaats van bezorgen. Vriendelijke man belde netjes op en kwam het (lekkere eten) alsnog bezorgen :)

De eten is echt heel lekker!!! Ik zal wel van deze sushi winkel kopen want ik had nooit een andere goedkopere sushi winkel gezien. Gezellig!!!

Kijk uit als je allergisch bent voor ei of veganistisch eet. Er zit ei in allerlei dingen, ondanks dat er geen ei genoemd wordt in de ingrediëntenlijst of op de foto te zien is, of dat er een vegan logo staat op de foto. Beetje apart. Daarnaast kregen we ook de zeewier niet. We hebben contact opgenomen eerst telefonisch, daarna via thuisbezorgd. Nadat thuisbezorgd had gebeld heeft I love sushi aangeboden nieuwe sushi te maken voor ons. De sushi was wel op tijd bezorgd en ziet er goed uit.

De beste Sushi die wij in tijden gegeten hebben. Zo vers en zo goed van smaak Complimenten!!

Ik heb hier vaak besteld en afgehaald. En voor mij is het altijd een gok, je krijgt of fantastisch sushi of smakeloos eten. Er lijkt nooit een middenweg te zijn en ook geen consistentie in het kwaliteit van het eten of de service.

Beste Sushi die ik ooit heb gegeten, super vers! Ook de service is prima. Aanrader!

Goede sushi, goede prijs, gisteren werd onze bestelling heel laat bezorgd vanwege de drukte maar de eigenaar heeft het vandaag heel netjes opgelost.

Heerlijke sushi! Snelle levering. Na 20 minuten netjes je bestelling optijd! Daarnaast vriendelijke mensen. Altijd tevreden over dit restaurant!

Heel snel bezorgd (20 min), meer dan prima sushi met net weer meer afwisseling dan andere bezorgers én een extraatje erbij, wat ook zeer gewaardeerd werd.

Took afhaal! Pokebowl was delicious! And sushi was good enough! Will visit again! Highly recommended!!
